No full textThe article explains the mearing of notion «innovative teacher\u27s activity, n do the structure and displays the level of professional activity of future primary school teachers. At chcidates, the pedagogical conditions of effective formation of innovative teacher\u27s so in the process of their professional activity.Розкрито сутність поняття «інноваційний стиль діяльності вчителя». Визначено структуру готовності вчителя до інноваційного стилю діяльності: мотиваційний, когнітивний, креативний і рефлексивний компоненти. Виявлено рівні сформованості професійної діяльності майбутніх учителів початкових класів. З’ясовано педагогічні умови ефективного формування інноваційного стилю учителів впродовж їх професійної діяльності. Запропоновано впровадження нових активних методик викладання педагогічних дисциплін у ВНЗ в процесі підготовки вчителів: діалогу, дискусій, ділових ігор, дебатів, моделювання ситуацій.

No full textThe author analyses the peculiarities of interaction between the teacher and students in the process of preparation the students to self-education activity.Розглянуто зміст курсу «Самовиховання конкурентоспроможної особистості», який розроблений і структурований у відповідності з принципами та якостями, характерними для екзістенціально орієнтованої освіти. Акцентовано особливу увагу на тому, що провідним компонентом розробленого курсу є взаємодія педагога зі студентами, що ґрунтується на цінностях екзистенціалізму. Описано особливості рефлексивного управління діяльністю студента. Рекомендовано в процесі підготовки студентів до самовиховання використовувати методи, які б сприяли розвитку активності та формуванню внутрішній мотивації до самовиховної діяльності
