This study aims to determine the relationship between the education system and education management and educators with education management. The method of writing this scientific article is qualitative and literature study or Library Research. Reviewing literature books by the theory discussed, especially in Education Management, analyzing reputable scientific papers and essays from non-reputable journals. In qualitative research, a literature review must be used consistently with methodological assumptions. The result of this study is that the education system affects the administration/management of education. If the education management system is implemented, education will be better.     THE EFFECT OF VERTICAL JUMP EXERCISES ON VOLLEYBALL SMASH ABILITIES

    The problem of this research is whether there is an effect of vertical jump training on the volleyball smash ability of Luwuk Muhammadiyah University students. This research aims to determine the effect of vertical jump training on volleyball smash ability. The research method used is Quasi-Experiment, while the design is a time series experiment. The subjects of this research were the Muhammadiyah Luwuk Banggai University volleyball team, consisting of 12 athletes. The research results showed that the t value of the initial test and final test of volleyball smash ability was 19.621 and the sig value. 0,000. Because tilapia sig. 0.000 < α 0.05, then the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the Null Hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This means that there is an influence of vertical jump training on volleyball smash ability. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of vertical jump training on the volleyball smash ability of the Luwuk Banggai Muhammadiyah University volleyball team

Penyelenggara Pemerintahan Desa untuk bisa mengadopsi program desa digital era revolusi industri 4.0. Tujuan Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini tidak lain adalah untuk memberikan penguatan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada Pemerintah Desa Dangkalan Kecamatan Banggai  Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam rangka pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut yaitu menggunakan metode pendampingan yang langsung ditujukan kepada Pemerintah Desa Dangkalan Kecamatan Banggai Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Adapun pelaksanaanya meliputi beberapa tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu dimulai dari observasi, melakukan koordinasi dengan pemerintah Desa selanjutnya dilaksanakan pendampingan yang dilakukan di kantor Desa Dangkalan yang dihadiri oleh unsur pemerintah desa. Hasil akhir yang diinginkan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pemerintah desa dalam Penerapan Sistem Informasi Kecamatan Banggai Yang Terintegrasi Dan Berbasis Website (Desa Digital)

    The lack of availability of adequate classroom reading corners and attracting students' attention has an impact on students' reading interest. This activity aims to implement the Class Reading Corner Surgery Program as an effort to improve student literacy in elementary schools. The method used is a participatory approach through collaboration between the activity implementation team, teachers, and students. The first phase was conducted an initial survey to evaluate the existing condition of the reading corner and based on the survey results, the reading corner surgery program was designed by involving physical renovation, procurement of new books, and development of interesting activities to improve students' interest and reading skills. The results of this program show a positive impact on significantly improving student literacy in elementary schools. After going through the process of renovation and procurement of books, the reading corner in the classroom becomes more interesting and comfortable for students. This Class Reading Corner Surgery Program not only focuses on the physical aspect, but also pays attention to the development of students' reading interest and reading skills. With this program, it is expected that students' literacy in elementary schools can increase significantly, having a positive impact on their learning and development

    Siswa SMK jurusan akuntansi haruslah mempunyai keahlian tambahan untuk mempunyai pemahaman menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku di Indonesia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan salah satu standar yang digunakan di Indonesia yakni SAK-ETAP. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari 47 orang siswa SMK  jurusan akuntansi.  Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, perancangan kegiatan, persiapan materi yang akan disampaikan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Peserta menunjukan antusiasme dan aktif dalam bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh narasumber. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, para siswa memperoleh peningkatan skill dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai SAK ETA

    Enhancing English Language Skills for Computer Students through Presentations

    Presentation affects the development of English-speaking skills because it requires good and fluent English-speaking skills. In fact, many students are not motivated to perform in-class presentations, especially using English. The study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of a presentation-based language learning approach The study was conducted using a survey design. The data is collected from 36 sample computer students through questionnaires. Interpreting the result of questionnaires and drawing conclusions is the way to analyze the data. Based on the results and findings, recommendations are made for how presentations can be used to enhance the English language skills of computer students are generally interested in and motivated by presentations to improve their English language skills. The majority of respondents stated that they were motivated to attend such presentations, and all agreed that they had gained a better understanding of the technical terms of computer science. For further improvement, there were various opinions on how the presentations could be improved to better enhance English language skill

    Small Group Discussion in Teaching Reading Comprehension at SMA Negeri 2 Toili

    This research aims to seek whether small group discussion can improve students’ reading comprehension at SMA Negeri 2 Toili or not. The research design of this study was quasi-experimental. The population of this research was eleven grade students of SMA Negeri 2 Toili consisted of 46 students from two classes, XI IPA (experimental) and XI IPS (control). Both classes were taken as the sample. Tests were administered as the research instruments. The results show that experimental class got the highest improvement compared to the control class, from 68,51 became 84,81 in post-test. Therefore, it was obtained the t-counted 7,740 with the significant level 0,05 is 1,680 and the (df) is 44. It means that, t-counted was higher than t-table. In conclusion, Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. In other words, small group discussion can improve students' reading comprehension achievement at SMA Negeri 2 Toili

    The Students' Perception of Using Vocabulary Tree in Learning English

    This study aims to find out students’ perception of using vocabulary tree in learning English. This research uses qualitative method with case study design. There are 18 students involved in this research which is chosen purposively. The data were collected through questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman model. The findings shows that students have perception positive responses, the enjoyment of the learning experience, and have vocabulary improvement. The majority of the students have perception of enjoy the vocabulary tree because it is a fun way of learning English. The data also shows that the students have enthusiasm in learning English using vocabulary tree and they also said can make simple sentences after learning using vocabulary tree. Some challenges are also detected but not much, some students are difficult to understand the meaning of words and making good sentences.Â

    Desain Pembelajaran Blended: Memfasilitasi Praktek Mengajar Mahasiswa Calon Guru

    Abstract : Higher education institutions must prioritize achieving graduate learning outcomes to produce excellent and competent graduates. Innovations in nurturing experienced prospective teachers in the field of education need to be directed towards creating professional teachers. Faculty members need to develop teacher education programs through consecutive approaches that integrate subject matter knowledge and pedagogical knowledge. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, education faces new learning challenges that prioritize data, technology, and human literacy. Faculty members must innovate learning to adopt these new literacies. The Fourth Industrial Revolution requires changes in managing prospective teacher students, particularly in independent learning mastery, problem-solving, and utilization of digital learning resources. Blended learning is an innovative learning model that can address these challenges. Through a combination of innovative learning and blended learning system patterns, students can learn flexibly and effectively. The outcome of this research is a pedagogical learning model that can be implemented by higher education institutions to enhance teacher education quality. This research applies the Research and Development (R&D) method, implementing several stages including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research findings show the development of a blended learning-based learning design that is valid and practical, categorized as excellent, and effectively enhances independent constructivism by 92% and guided constructivism by 85%, as well as independent social constructivism by 91% and guided social constructivism by 80%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that this learning design is deemed suitable for promoting the constructivism and social constructivism abilities of prospective teacher students.Abstrak: Perguruan tinggi harus memprioritaskan pemenuhan capaian pembelajaran lulusan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul dan kompeten. Terobosan dalam membina mahasiswa calon guru yang berpengalaman dalam bidang pembelajaran di sekolah perlu diarahkan untuk menciptakan guru yang profesional. Dosen perlu mengembangkan program pendidikan guru melalui pendekatan konsekutif yang memadukan pengetahuan materi ajar dan pengetahuan pedagogik. Di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, pendidikan menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran baru yang mengedepankan literasi data, teknologi, dan manusia. Dosen harus menghasilkan inovasi pembelajaran yang mengadopsi literasi baru ini. Revolusi industri 4.0 membutuhkan perubahan dalam pengelolaan mahasiswa calon guru, khususnya dalam penguasaan pembelajaran mandiri, pemecahan masalah, dan pemanfaatan sumber belajar digital. Blended learning adalah salah satu model pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Melalui kombinasi inovasi pembelajaran dengan pola sistem blended learning, mahasiswa dapat belajar secara fleksibel dan efektif. Luaran dari penelitian ini berupa model pedagogik pembelajaran yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan guru. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode Research and Development (R&D) yang mengimplementasikan beberapa tahapan antara Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengembangan desain pembelajaran berbasis blended learning yang valid dan praktis terkategori sangat bagus, serta efektif meningkatkan kemampuan constructivism secara mandiri 92% dan terbimbing 85% serta kemampuan social constructivism secara mandiri 91% dan terbimbing 80%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa desain pembelajaran ini dinyatakan layak dapat mempromosikan kemampuan constructivism dan social constructivism mahasiswa calon guru

This community service activity carried out is sports tutoring for students in the form of tutoring, PE sports intended for SD Negeri Ranga-Ranga. The purpose of teaching sports to children carried out is to find out various types of sports at SD Negeri Ranga-Ranga, Masama District, Banggai Regency. The method used is meeting with children to introduce the basics of sports such as floor gymnastics. The results in tutoring students at SD Negeri Ranga-Ranga so that students are able to follow and understand the material taught in tutoring
