    GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING (BK) TEACHER COMMUNICATION PATTERNS WITH STUDENT VICTIMS OF BULLYING

    A communication pattern is a form or design of a relationship between two or more people sending and receiving messages related to the two components. Communication strategies are carried out by making the right design to change people's behavior. This study aimed to determine the communication pattern of BK teachers with students who were victims of Bullying at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. The method used in the study is the qualitative research method. The data analysis methodology uses Miles and Huberman's data analysis methodology, which consists of the data collection stage, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/evaluation drawing stage. As a result, it was found that the communication pattern between BK teachers and students who were victims of Bullying was a one-way communication pattern where only BK teachers and BK teachers spoke. Students actively communicate their messages. A two-way communication pattern that involves the BK teacher as a listener, notes, and responses from students and many stakeholders: BK teachers, class teachers, parents, and student friends Involves multi-way communication patterns and interactions in the communication process.Â

    For adults, the problem in reading the Qur'an is based on how to read the Qur'an and the appropriate method. This research focuses on learning to read the Qur'an for adults with the implementation of the Griya Al-Qur'an method in the taklim assembly. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. This research was conducted at Taklim Council Masjid Umar bin Abdul Aziz Tembung. Through this research, it was found that the implementation of the Griya Al-Qur'an method in learning the Qur'an includes planning, implementing learning abbreviated as SUBUH (Salam, Repeat, Give, Test and Hamdalah), and evaluation in the form of oral and written tests. The obstacles to the implementation of the Griya Al-Qur'an method are internal obstacles that differ in ability and age factors. External barriers are related to activities, time and learning motivation. The solution to these obstacles is to straighten out sincere intentions, pray and make efforts before and after learning. The achievement of the Griya Al-Qur'an method based on the material is conditional, the number of participants who succeed in reading the Qur'an according to the rules and there is no punishment in learning

    Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan, masih kurangnya karakter serta kompetensi guru PAUD dalam implementasi merdeka bermain. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pemahaman karakter guru dan pengetahuan guru-guru PAUD dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka bermain terutama para guru yang belum memiliki latar belakang Pendidikan sarjana PG PAUD. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dalam bentuk sosialisasi singkat mengenai Karakter guru PAUD, Motivasi terbaik seorang pendidik, Implementasi Merdeka Bermain dan Assessment dalam Merdeka Bermain. Digunakan pendekatan Participatory     Action     Research (PAR) dimana peserta diberikan pemaparan materi dengan metode klasikal yaitu pemberian materi dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. Peserta kegiatan yaitu para guru se-Kabupaten Tangerang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman mitra terhadap karakter yang harus dimiliki guru dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka bermain dapat terakomodir. Kegiatan pun berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil kuesioner kepuasan yang diberikan kepada peserta setelah selesai acar

    Learning at PPWNI Klang Malaysia is limited in many ways, one of which is the teaching staff. There are only 2 teachers so the teacher's role is not optimal, especially in the preparation of teaching media. On the other hand, learning mathematics for elementary school students still requires concrete media as a learning tool. Therefore it is necessary to provide training for teachers at PPWNI Klang Malaysia in preparing mathematics teaching media. In the context of efficiency and effectiveness of media preparation, media based on a contextual approach were selected. The output target of this service is an increase in the competence of teachers at PPWNI Klang Malaysia in preparing mathematics teaching media. Held directly at PPWNI Klang Malaysia every working day for a full month. Training is carried out after the implementation of learning in class. Followed by mentoring activities for the development of mathematics teaching media by teachers in groups. The result of this dedication is the increased competence of teachers at PPWNI Klang Malaysia in creating learning media, as evidenced by the media that has been created

Hal ini dibuktikan dengan jarangnya mereka menggunakan Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa percakapan dan minimnya pemahaman ketika mendengar dari lawan bicara saat conversation. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan secara intensif kepada siswa sekolah menengah ChariyathamSuksa Foundation School Thailand dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan media buku berbasis QR Code dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, Pendampingan ini perlu dilakukan dengan melihat. Untuk itu pengabdian ini fokus terhadap pendampingan pembelajaran siswa dimana para siswa akan diberikan pengalaman interaktif dari media buku ini dibantu dengan Smart TV dan Tablet  untuk mempresentasikan isi dari buku tersebut. hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah penguasaan bahasa dan kemahiran berbahasa Inggris para siswa ChariyathamSuksa Foundation School sangat meningkat yang ditunjukkan percakapan para siswa dengan tim pengabdian

    Implementing Authentic Materials to Improve Reading Comprehension

    The aim of this research is to measure the implementation of authentic materials in improving students’ reading comprehension of the eighth grade students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Sausu. This research used quasi-experimental design.  It treated two classes namely experimental and control class. This quasi experimental research took 34 students of grade VIII B for the experimental class and 32 students of grade VIII A for the control. In choosing class to be a sample, this study used purposive sampling technique. This study used research instrument to collect data, namely questionnaire items and test. The result of data analysis indicate that the students’ mean score of the posttest is 66.9 in experimental class is higher than the mean score of the control class 52.5. It means that the students’ reading comprehension is improved because of  implementing the authentic materials since the mean score of pretest is significantly different from the mean score of posttest. In conclusion, the implementation of Authentic Materials can improve students’ reading comprehension

    Abstract: An area of 11 hectares is Tutuwoto Village, North Gorontalo Regency, located there (KPH Gorut, 2010). Tutuwoto Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency: The Mangrove Area was used as the location of this research. The three month period from April to June 2018 when this research was conducted. Crustacean samples were collected using simple fishing gear in the form of nets, nets and seser. Species abundance was calculated using the formula Odum, (1996). Calculation of diversity using the formula (Sannon-Wienner). The composition of the crustaceans numbered 110 individuals, consisting of 7 species, Scylla serrata 15 individuals, Scylla olivacea 14 individuals, Scylla tranquebarica 13 individuals, Carcinus maenas 14 individuals, Metapenaeus elegans 19 individuals, Penaeus latisulcatus, 20 individuals and Metapenaeus affinis 15 individuals. Based on the ODUM standard, the crustacean diversity values at the study sites ranged from 1.10 to 1.39. In 1993, the crustaceans at the study site were classified as medium because the value of 1H' was 3. With a value of 37.04%, Penaeus latisulcatus had the greatest abundance, and 26.79% of the family Portunidae dominated Scylla serrata. Type Many crustaceans are in the abundance category for all types according to Michael's criteria (1995) because the K value is more than 20. All locations generally have favorable environmental conditions for crustacean and mangrove lifeAbstrak: Ekosistem mangrove merupakan ekosistem pesisir terdiri dari sekumpulan spesies endemik pantai yang berfungsi sebagai pendukung kehidupan daerah pantai. Luas 11 hektar merupakan Desa Tutuwoto Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara terletak di sana (KPH Gorut, 2010). Desa Tutuwoto, Kecamatan Anggrek, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara: Kawasan Mangrove dijadikan sebagai lokasi penelitian ini. Periode tiga bulan dari bulan April hingga Juni 2018 saat penelitian ini dilakukan.Sampel Krustacea dikumpulkan dengan alat tangkap sederhana berupa Jaring, Jala, dan seser. Kelimpahan jenis dihitung menggunakan rumus Odum, (1996), Perhitungan keanekaragaman menggunakan rumus (Sannon-wienner). Komposisi Crustacea berjumlah 110 individu, yang terdiri dari 7 Spesies diantaranaya, Scylla serrata sebanyak 15 Individu, Scylla olivacea 14 Individu, Scylla tranquebarica 13 Individu, Carcinus maenas 14 Individu, Metapenaeus elegans 19 Individu, Penaeus latisulcatus, 20 Individu dan Metapenaeus affinis sebanyak 15 Individu.Berdasarkan standar ODUM, nilai keanekaragaman krustasea di lokasi penelitian berkisar antara 1,10 hingga 1,39.     Daun Gamal merupakan tanaman yang memiliki nilai nutrisi dan kandungan protein yang tinggi. Tanaman lamtoro merupakan salah satu tanaman legume yang mendukung unsur hara yang relatif tinggi terutama nitrogen yang dibandingkan dengan tanaman lainnya. Tanaman lamtoro mengandung unsur hara yang terdiri dari 3.84% N; 0.2% P; 2.06% K; 1.31% Ca; 0.33% Mg. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk bokashi Daun Gamal pada tanaman selada dan pemberian dosis POC Daun Lamtoro yang berbeda pada tanaman selada serta mengetahui interaksi antar pemberian Pupuk bokashi Daun Gamal dan Daun POC Lamtoro pada pertumbuhan tanaman selada. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap 2 faktor dengan 3x3= 9 perlakuan, yakni: G1 = 77 gr Pupuk bokashi daun gamal, G2 = 154 gr Pupuk bokashi daun gamal, G3 = 231 gr Pupuk bokashi daun gamal, L1 = 50 ml Pupuk organik cair daun lamtoro, L2 = 100 ml Pupuk organik cair daun lamtoro, L3 = 150 ml Pupuk organik cair daun lamtoro. Hasil penelitian memberikan hasil pengaruh perbedaan terhadap perlakuan pemberian pupuk bokashi daun gamal G1, G2, G3, terhadap tingkat Tinggi tanaman,Jumlah daun, Luas Daun, Berat segar pada tanaman selada memberikan hasil yang berbeda nyata. Demikian pula pengaruh pemberian POC daun lamtoro L1, L2, L3, terhadap tingkat Tinggi tanaman, Jumlah daun, Luas Daun, Berat segar pada tanaman selada memberikan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata. Semakin tinggi pemberian pupuk bokashi daun gamal dan POC daun lamtoro maka semakin memberikan hasil yang maksimal

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan konsentrasi terbaik insektisida nabati kombinasi ekstrak daun sirsak dan daun kirinyuh terhadap hama belalang sawah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelurahan sisipan kecamatan batui kabupaten banggai. Penelitian ini di mulai pada bulan juli – agustus 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 1 faktor yaitu ekstrak kombinasi insektisida daun kirinyuh dan daun sirsak. Sehingga mendapatkan 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Variabel penelitian yaitu mortalitas atau angka kematian serangga uji dan efikasi atau tingkat kemanjuran insektisida. Untuk mortalitas hasil penelitian dengan persentase mortalitas tertinggi pada perlakuan konsentrasi P4 20% dengan nilai persentase 54,17% dan nilai persentase terendah pada perlakuan konsentrasi P0 (kontrol) dengan nilai persentase 0%. Untuk tingkat efikasi insektisida daun kirinyuh dan daun sirsak persentase tertinggi pada perlakuan konsentrasi P4 20% dengan nilai persentase 51,87% dan terendah pada perlakuan P0 (kontrol) dengan nilai persentase 0%

    Social emotional intelligence is an important component in individual development that positively influences one's social and emotional life. Santri at Rumah Qur'an Al-Hafizh have special needs in developing their social-emotional intelligence to face challenges related to social interaction and emotional regulation in a social environment. This study aims to identify and analyze the efforts that can be made to develop the social emotional intelligence of the santri at Rumah Qur'an Al-Hafizh. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods where data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that there are several efforts that can be made for the development of social emotional intelligence of the santri at Rumah Qur'an Al-Hafizh, namely giving attention to the students, introducing students to various emotions and their effects, creating positive behavior in students, strengthening the behavior of students, building good communication with students, providing opportunities for students to carry out activities related to social-emotional intelligence, and establishing cooperation with parents or guardians of students. This research is expected to contribute to increasing understanding of the importance of developing social-emotional intelligence among santri at Rumah Qur'an Al-Hafizh. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for related parties, including educational institutions, teachers and parents, in designing programs and activities that support the development of the social-emotional intelligence of students
