    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara yuridis efektivitas penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang dalam penanganan tindak pidana pencucian uang sebagai tindak pidana khusus dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia. Tindak pidana pencucian uang merupakan kejahatan yang kompleks dan berdampak luas terhadap perekonomian serta ketertiban hukum nasional. Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 dibentuk untuk memberikan kerangka hukum yang jelas dalam pencegahan, penyidikan, penuntutan, serta pemidanaan pelaku tindak pidana pencucian uang. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan, serta literatur relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 telah membawa kemajuan dalam pengaturan tindak pidana pencucian uang, terdapat berbagai kendala dalam praktik penegakan hukumnya, antara lain interpretasi pasal yang kurang konsisten, keterbatasan sumber daya penyidik, serta integrasi data antar lembaga penegak hukum yang masih lemah. Kendala-kendala tersebut berimplikasi pada efektivitas penanganan perkara dan upaya pemberantasan pencucian uang di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa perlu adanya penyempurnaan regulasi, peningkatan kapasitas aparat penegak hukum, serta optimalisasi koordinasi lembaga untuk mewujudkan sistem peradilan pidana yang lebih efektif dalam menangani tindak pidana pencucian uang

    This research is motivated by the low level of students’ skills in writing popular scientific articles. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of using the Discovery Learning model on improving the writing skills of popular scientific articles among eleventh-grade students. The research method applied is an experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The population of the study consists of all eleventh-grade students, while the sample includes an experimental class taught using Discovery Learning and a control class taught through conventional instruction. The research instrument is a test of writing popular scientific articles that has been validated and tested for reliability. The findings reveal a significant difference in writing skills between the experimental and control groups. The implementation of Discovery Learning is proven to be more effective in enhancing students’ ability to write popular scientific articles

    This study aims to examine the role of teachers and student participation in ecobrick making activities within the Project to Strengthen the Profile of Pancasila Students at the elementary school level. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, involving one homeroom teacher and twelve third-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, as well as using Atlas.ti9 software through the stages of data input, coding, exploration, visualization, and data presentation. The results of the study show that: (1) Teachers play a significant role as communicators, facilitators, and demonstrators in ecobrick-making activities; (2) Students demonstrate active participation and enthusiasm during the activities; (3) Ecobrick-making contributes positively to shaping student character in accordance with the values of the Pancasila Student Profile, particularly in terms of environmental awareness and waste management. The optimal role of the teacher and the active participation of students in ecobrick- making activities make a tangible contribution to strengthening the character values of the Pancasila Student Profile at the elementary school level

    This study aims to explore the collaboration between principal leadership and teacher professionalism in improving the quality of education in the Merdeka Belajar era at the elementary school level. The basis of this research is the persistent gap between the expectations of national education policy and actual implementation in the field, particularly regarding the role of the principal and teacher professional skills. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study method at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Pati, which has successfully implemented the collaborative principle. Data collection methods included participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation analysis. The research findings indicate that transformational, collaborative, and visionary principal leadership can foster teacher professionalism through strengthening learning communities, ongoing training, and reflective communication. Effective collaboration contributes significantly to improving the quality of education, as evidenced by teacher enthusiasm, innovation in teaching, and improved student learning outcomes. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating innovative leadership styles and teacher professional development as a foundation for achieving the Merdeka Belajar goals. Practical and policy recommendations are proposed to strengthen the development of learning communities and the principal's role as a learning leader

    METODE BERMAIN PERAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERBICARA BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA THAILAND

    This study was conducted to improve the Indonesian speaking skills of Thai students using role-playing methods in the Matayum 3 Islam Witaya School, Thailand. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, each going through the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The study involved 20 Thai students, and data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. The results showed a quite striking improvement in speaking skills, especially in the aspects of pronunciation, word stress, tone, intonation, rhythm, as well as vocabulary selection and sentence structure. The average student score increased from 54 in the pre-action, to 69 in the first cycle, and reached 85 in the second cycle. In addition, the number of students in the very good category also increased from 0% before the action, to 15% in the first cycle, and 30% in the second cycle. These findings indicate that the use of role-playing methods is effective in improving the speaking skills of Thai students

    This study aims to analyze the influence of Teacher Professionalism and Student Creativity on the Learning Outcomes of Class VI Students of Kapanewon Pleret Yogyakarta. This study was conducted from December 2023 to January 2024. The research method used is quantitative research by means of In this study the sample was grade VI students in each cluster in Kapanewon Pleret, Bantul Regency which was calculated using a random sampling technique totaling 84 people determined by the Solvin formula. The results of this study indicate that the t-test results show that individually if teacher professionalism and student creativity each have a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes. The variable of teacher professionalism is more dominant than student creativity in influencing student learning outcomes. The results of the F test show that teacher professionalism and student creativity have a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Class VI students of Kapanewon Pleret. The results of the determinant analysis show that the variables of teacher professionalism and student creativity each have a sufficient correlation with learning outcomes. Both variables are able to explain their influence on learning outcomes by 39% while 61% is explained by other variables outside the research concept

    MOTIVASI SISWA MENGIKUTI EKSTRAKULIKULER FUTSAL DI SMA NEGERI 1 TERBANGGI BESAR

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 1 Terbanggi besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui angket tertutup yang terdiri dari 24 pernyataan skala Likert. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta ekstrakulikuler futsal yang berjumlah 40 siswa, dimana seluruhnya dijadikan sampel (total sampling). Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui kategori motivasi siswa berdasarkan nilai minimum, maksimum, rerata, dan standar deviasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal berada pada kategori cukup, dengan nilai minimum 2,292, nilai maksimum 3,875, rerata 3,205, dan standar deviasi 0,402. Distribusi kategori motivasi menunjukkan bahwa 3 siswa (7,50%) berada pada kategori sangat baik, 9 siswa (22,50%) kategori baik, 18 siswa (45%) kategori cukup, 5 siswa (12,50%) kategori kurang dan 5  siswa (12,50%) kategori sangat kurang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa baik motivasi intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik berada pada tingkat sedang, dan keduanya memberikan kontribusi yang relatif seimbang terhadap partisipasi siswa kegiatan futsal. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa motivasi siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui dukungan lingkungan, kualitas pembinaan, serta pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujuka  bagi sekolah, guru penjas, dan penelitian selanjutnya dalam upaya peningkatan motivasi siswa pada kegiatan ekstrakulikuler

    EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PUZZLE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PESERTA DIDIK DI SEKOLAH DASAR

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of puzzle media in improving the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students in social studies at Wado Elementary School. The background of this study is the low critical thinking skills in the social studies learning process. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects in this study were fifth-grade students consisting of 32 students from the experimental class and 30 students from the control class. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests (pretest and posttest). The results showed that there was a significant increase in posttest scores in the experimental class with an average of 71.29, which is included in the fairly effective category, while the control class only reached 31.43, which is included in the ineffective category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that puzzle media is effective in improving students' critical thinking skills in social studies learning in elementary schools

    PENGEMBANGAN E-STORYBOOK BERBANTUAN CANVA DAN BOOK CREATOR PADA MATERI BENTANG ALAM INDONESIA SISWA KELAS III SEKOLAH DASAR

    This study aims to develop learning media in the form of E-Storybook with the help of Canva and Book Creator applications as two main applications in developing E-Storybook media on Indonesian landscape material for third grade elementary school students. This study uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model approach. Data analysis in the study was carried out by analyzing validity data and practicality data analysis. The validation results by the validator on the E-Storybook obtained a total score of 93.53%, the criteria of "Very Valid" and the total score results in the student trial obtained a total score of 97.91%, the criteria of "Very Practical". Based on these two results, it can be concluded that the E-Storybook has been tested for validity and practicality as a learning medium that can be used to help the learning process in the classroom

    Bullying in educational settings remains a serious issue with significant academic, social, and psychological consequences for students, including those in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). The residential nature of pesantren, characterized by 24-hour supervision, intensive social interaction, and hierarchical relationships, presents both opportunities for character formation and risks of unmonitored bullying practices. In response to this challenge, the Child-Friendly Pesantren Program (Program Pesantren Ramah Anak/PRA) was developed to integrate child protection principles into pesantren governance and daily practices. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Child-Friendly Pesantren Program as an effort to prevent bullying among students at Pondok Pesantren Al-Basyariyah Bandung. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted inductively using the Deming PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) quality management framework. The findings indicate that the PRA program is implemented through the reinforcement of religious-humanistic values, role modeling by caregivers, the institutionalization of non-violent disciplinary practices, and the establishment of a Student Guidance and Counseling Unit (BK-Santri) serving both preventive and remedial functions. These initiatives have contributed to increased student awareness of empathy, improved access to safe reporting mechanisms, and a reduction in interpersonal conflicts and bullying incidents. However, challenges remain, particularly in the areas of systematic documentation, data-based evaluation, and dependence on key institutional actors. Overall, the study demonstrates that the Child-Friendly Pesantren Program has significant potential to create a safe, inclusive, and sustainable educational environment when supported by a continuous quality improvement approach based on the PDCA cycle
