    Financial Distress yang Persisten Pada Perusahaan Media di Indonesia: Analisis Altman Z-Score dan Ohlson O-Score Pada PT Mahaka Media Tbk.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi financial distress PT Mahaka Medika Tbk selama periode 2020–2024 dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score dan Ohlson O-Score. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PT Mahaka Medika Tbk mengalami kondisi financial distress yang signifikan, khususnya pada periode 2021–2022, yang ditandai dengan nilai Z-Score berada pada zona distress serta probabilitas kebangkrutan yang tinggi berdasarkan Ohlson O-Score. Meskipun terjadi perbaikan nilai Z-Score dan penurunan probabilitas kebangkrutan pada periode 2023–2024, perusahaan belum sepenuhnya keluar dari kondisi financial distress, karena nilai Z-Score masih berada pada grey zone dan indikator arus kas operasi serta profitabilitas menunjukkan kelemahan struktural. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perbaikan kinerja keuangan yang terjadi lebih mencerminkan fase early recovery yang bersifat rapuh (fragile recovery), bukan pemulihan keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur financial distress di Indonesia dengan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan simultan model Altman Z-Score dan Ohlson O-Score memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif dalam mendeteksi risiko kebangkrutan, khususnya pada sektor media yang mengalami disrupsi teknolog

    This study aims to explore the implementation of behavioral management strategies used by English teachers to improve engagement and discipline among students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) at SLB Negeri 1 Makassar. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through non-participatory classroom observation and field notes. The strategies observed included positive reinforcement, clear and structured instructions, and the use of visual aids. The findings show that these strategies effectively improve students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral engagement, as well as aspects of discipline such as compliance with rules, impulse control, and reduction of disruptive behavior. Positive reinforcement helped reduce anxiety and encouraged task completion, while clear instructions and adaptive visual aids-maintained focus and continuity of learning. This study concluded that supportive, structured, and empathetic behavior management strategies play an important role in creating an inclusive English learning environment for students with ADHD

    This study aims to analyze the cognitive understanding level of Grade VII students at SMP Advent Nabire regarding values and norms, their interpretation of the role of values in social interaction, and its contribution to the formation of self and environmental awareness. The background of this study is based on the unique challenges in Nabire, Central Papua, where students face complex interactions between religious values, local customs, and global influences through social media. This study uses a sequential exploratory mixed methods approach. Data were collected through cognitive tests, in-depth interviews, and observations of 30 Grade VII students. The results showed that students' cognitive understanding was in the medium category with an average of 68.5. Students tend to be strong in memorizing definitions but weak in case analysis (C4). Interpretatively, students adhere more to customary and family norms than formal school rules, and experience value ambivalence due to social media exposure. In conclusion, students' transactional understanding (fear of sanctions) has not contributed optimally to forming reflective self-awareness and consistent environmental awarenes

    PENGUATAN BAHASA INGGRIS DASAR KEPADA ANAK DIDIK YAYASAN DHARMA SATYA GRAHA, DESA MEKARJATI, INDRAMAYU

    This Community Service (PKM) focuses on strengthening basic English literacy at the Dharma Satya Graha Foundation, Mekarjati Village, Indramayu. The background of this activity is the importance of early vocabulary mastery, faced with the main problem of low vocabulary mastery (the initial average is only 8-9 words per student) and the limitations of interactive teaching methods in the partner environment. The main objective of PKM is to introduce daily vocabulary and provide a fun alternative learning method to increase students' interest and basic English language skills. The activity was carried out for three weeks in three meetings, adopting a participatory Action Research approach with 45 subjects from early childhood to junior high school levels. The training method intervention is divided into two main techniques: First, vocabulary training using specially designed flash card media (A5 size, printed in color, with basic themes such as animals, colors, numbers, and body parts). Second, strengthening memory and verbal courage through singing English songs accompanied by movements. Data were analyzed descriptively comparatively (pre-test and post-test). The results demonstrated significant effectiveness of the intervention, with basic vocabulary mastery increasing by an average of 12–14 words per student. Effectively, the singing method also successfully increased children's enthusiasm and self-concept, as measured by an average score increase of 23.3% (from 45% to 68.3%). In conclusion, the combination of edutainment methods (visual and auditory/kinesthetic) is a practical and proven solution to address limitations in learning facilities and motivation

    PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AUDIO LISTENING WORKSHEETS TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENYIMAK CERITA PENDEK SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 1 UNISMUH MAKASSAR

    This study aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of using audio listening worksheets in improving short story listening skills of tenth-grade students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Unismuh Makassar. This study employed a quantitative experimental method using a pretest-posttest control group design. The study population was all tenth-grade students, with a sample size of 44 divided into an experimental and a control class. The research instruments consisted of a multiple-choice test (10 items) and an essay test (1 item), along with documentation. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics, including tests for normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average pretest score in the control class decreased from 71.36 to 70.90 in the posttest. Conversely, the average pretest score in the experimental class increased from 70.90 to 82.27 in the posttest. This was accompanied by a decrease in the standard deviation, indicating consistent student learning outcomes. These findings demonstrate that the use of Audio Listening Worksheets has a positive and effective effect on improving students' short story listening skills

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Aplikasi Zep Quiz untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Murid Pada Mata Pelajaran IPAS Kelas V-B SDN Dukuh Kupang V Surabaya

    This study aimed to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of developing Zep Quiz learning media in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject, students’ responses after using the Zep Quiz learning media, students’ activities during the learning process using Zep Quiz, and students’ IPAS learning outcomes after using Zep Quiz on the topic of the human respiratory system. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model. The research subjects were 23 fifth-grade students of class V-B at SDN Dukuh Kupang V Surabaya. The results showed that the material expert validation obtained a percentage of 84%, categorized as very valid, while the Zep Quiz media validation obtained a percentage of 97.33%, categorized as very valid. Students’ responses toward the use of Zep Quiz achieved a percentage of 91.41%, categorized as very practical, and students’ learning activities reached 100%, categorized as very practical. The IPAS learning outcomes showed an increase from an average Pretest score of 54.78 to an average Posttest score of 88.47 after using Zep Quiz, with an N-gain value of 0.745, which falls into the high category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of Zep Quiz learning media in the IPAS subject is effective in improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students

    This study discusses the importance of classroom facilities and learning environments in supporting the comfort and effectiveness of the learning process at MTsS Al-Ihsan Pamulang, focusing on the physical condition of classroom facilities and learning environments, the management of facilities and infrastructure, and their implications for the learning process. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design, while data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the classroom facilities and learning environment at MTsS Al-Ihsan Pamulang are generally adequate to support the learning process, although they do not fully meet the ideal standards. The management of facilities and infrastructure is still contextual and situational, characterized by unstructured planning, unscheduled maintenance, and a simple inventory system. These conditions have implications for the learning process, in which learning can take place functionally, but the comfort of students and the flexibility of teachers in applying learning strategies are not yet optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of facilities and infrastructure so that the adequacy of classrooms and learning environments can be improved continuously.     PENGARUH MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV DI SD NEGERI 060841 MEDAN

    This study aims to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model of the Student Achievement Division (STAD) type on the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060841 Medan Petisah in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research employed a quantitative approach. The population of the study consisted of all students from grades I to VI at SD Negeri 060841 Medan Petisah, totaling 174 students. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with 23 fourth-grade students serving as the research sample. The results of the study indicated a correlation coefficient of 0.669, meaning that rcalculated ​ (0.669) ≥ rtable ​ (0.433); therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This result shows a very strong effect of the cooperative learning model of the Student Achievement Division (STAD) type on the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060841 Medan Petisah. Furthermore, the t-test results showed that tcalculated ​ ≥ ttable ​, namely 4.120 ≥ 2.069, confirming that Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of the cooperative learning model of the Student Achievement Division (STAD) type on the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060841 Medan Petisah in the 2024/2025 academic year

    PENGARUH MODEL GAME-BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN WAYGROUND AI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN KOSAKATA BAHASA INGGRIS SISWA KELAS IV DI SDN PARSANGA I

    The problems faced in English language learning at SDN Parsanga I are the students' low vocabulary mastery, caused by a lack of interactive learning media and the use of monotonous methods. Students have difficulty understanding and remembering vocabulary, as well as using it in the correct sentence context. This study aims to determine the effect of Game-Based Learning assisted by Wayground AI on the English vocabulary comprehension of fourth-grade students at SDN Parsanga I. This study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design, where students are given a pretest and posttest after the implementation of Wayground AI as a game-based learning medium. The research results show a significant improvement in vocabulary comprehension, with an average pretest score of 67.71 and a posttest score of 82.29. The paired sample t-test analysis shows a Sig. (2-tailed) value < 0.001, indicating a significant effect of using Wayground AI. The R Square test result of 0.611 indicates that 61.1% of the vocabulary comprehension improvement can be explained by this model. Additionally, the N-Gain results show an average increase of 0.45 or 45% (moderate category). This research suggests optimizing the use of technology in learning and providing continuous training for teachers.  Keywords: Game-Based Learning, Wayground AI, Vocabulary Comprehension, English Language Learning, Elementary School

    KEPEMIMPINAN BERBASIS KESADARAN DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN BUDDHIS: KAJIAN LITERATUR

    Educational development in the era of globalization and digital disruption is characterized by increasing demands for performance, efficiency, and institutional competitiveness. In practice, however, an excessive focus on technical and administrative aspects often shifts attention away from essential human dimensions, ethical considerations, and the psychological well-being of educational communities. This condition highlights the need for a leadership approach that is not solely outcome-oriented but also capable of addressing educational complexity through reflective and value-based practices. This study aims to examine and formulate a conceptual framework of mindfulness-based leadership within Buddhist educational management by integrating contemporary leadership theories with Buddhist principles of awareness. The study employs a literature review method by analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that mindfulness-based leadership contributes to the enhancement of self-awareness, ethical sensitivity, emotional intelligence, and the quality of leaders’ decision-making processes, while also fostering inclusive and adaptive organizational cultures. These findings suggest that integrating Buddhist awareness into educational leadership practices can serve as both a conceptual and practical foundation for the development of ethical, reflective, and holistic leadership in Buddhist educational institution
