PENGGUNAAN BAHASA DALAM NARASI SINGKAT MEDIA SOSIAL MAHASISWA

    No full text
Social media has become the main communication space for students, influencing interaction patterns and language use, particularly in writing short narratives (captions). In practice, students tend to use non-standard language, such as slang and mixed with foreign languages, as a more relaxed and interactive communication strategy. This phenomenon is interesting to study because it has the potential to influence the effectiveness of message delivery and attitudes towards language politeness. This study aims to describe the use of slang in students' social media captions and analyze its influence on the attractiveness of messages and attitudes towards standard Indonesian. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to active social media users from various study programs. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The results show that the majority of students are accustomed to writing captions and predominantly use slang, non-standard language, and a mixture of Indonesian and English. Most respondents believe that slang facilitates message delivery and increases the appeal of posts. Nevertheless, students still showed a positive attitude towards the importance of linguistic politeness and the use of standard Indonesian in formal and academic contexts. These findings indicate that language use in social media is contextual and adaptive, reflecting students' linguistic flexibility without shifting their awareness of linguistic norms

Embryogenesis in angiosperms is a critical phase that determines the success of seed development and subsequent plant viability. The analysis shows that embryogenesis proceeds through coordinated stages that include zygote formation, tissue differentiation at the dermatogen and globular stages, and the formation of the shoot apical meristem (SAM), root apical meristem (RAM), and cotyledons at the heart stage. The seed coat, derived from maternal tissue, also undergoes functional differentiation, including the formation of secondary cell walls and the accumulation of protective metabolites such as flavonoids. A comprehensive analysis indicates that Arabidopsis embryogenesis is an integrative process controlled by genetic regulation, interactions between seed compartments, and interdependent metabolic and structural controls. These findings confirm that successful embryo development depends not only on morphogenesis but also on the coordination between the embryo, endosperm, and testa in forming a vigorous and adaptive seed

The presence of students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in mainstream classrooms requires teachers to implement more dynamic classroom management strategies. This study explores the real-world challenges faced by a third-grade teacher at SDN Cipondok in guiding an ADHD student who exhibits hyperactive behavior and significant difficulty maintaining focus. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with the teacher, and an analysis of documents related to the student's development. The findings reveal that the primary obstacle lies in the teacher's dual workload, caused by the absence of a shadow teacher and a lack of specialized learning media to engage the student's attention. Furthermore, environmental factors and a lack of intensive collaboration with parents hinder the optimization of the learning process. This study suggests the critical need for specialized training for general classroom teachers to better manage the diverse needs of students in an inclusive school setting

Learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) at the elementary school level continues to face challenges in visualizing abstract concepts, such as the hydrological cycle, ecosystem structures, and socio-cultural dynamics, which necessitates innovative approaches to support young learners’ conceptual understanding. Augmented Reality (AR) is an emerging educational technology that integrates three-dimensional virtual objects into real-world environments in an interactive and contextual manner, aligning with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum in the post–COVID-19 era. This study aims to map research trends on Augmented Reality in elementary IPAS learning from 2018 to 2025 through a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA protocol on articles indexed in Scopus, complemented by bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer software. A total of 27 high-quality journal articles were selected through rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings indicate a substantial increase in publications after 2020, with major thematic clusters focusing on improvements in cognitive learning outcomes, students’ intrinsic motivation, inquiry- and project-based learning approaches, and personalized learning. Bibliometric mapping also reveals the dominance of Asian countries’ contributions, supported by multidisciplinary collaboration networks among researchers, institutions, and reputable journals. Despite these advancements, gaps remain in long-term longitudinal research designs and in addressing unequal access to AR technology, particularly in rural areas. Overall, this study provides valuable insights for the development of innovative and inclusive technology-enhanced IPAS learning, while contributing to curriculum advancement and supporting the realization of adaptive and innovative Pancasila Student Profiles

Miller, describes three basic principles of holistic education: connectedness, inclusion, and balance. Connectedness refers to a shift from a fragmented approach to curriculum to one that seeks to facilitate connections at every level of learning. Some of these connections include integrating analytical and intuitive thinking, connecting the body and mind, integrating subjects, connecting to the community, providing a link to the earth, and connecting to the soul and spirit. The theory of "The Courage to Teach" is a concept developed by Parker J. Palmer, an American author, educator, and activist, which emphasizes that effective teaching is rooted in the teacher's personal identity, self-integrity, and ability to be open to new possibilities. The "Whole Child Approach" theory is an educational philosophy that focuses on the holistic development of children, encompassing aspects such as physical health, safety, engagement in learning, emotional support, and cognitive and social challenges, rather than solely focusing on academic achievement. Authentic character-based assessment is the assessment of students' character development through observation and measurement of actual performance in learning activities relevant to everyday life
