The EFEKTIVITAS MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PjBL BERBANTUAN STEAM PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPAS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MI
Rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPAS menuntut penerapan model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terintegrasi pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen nonequivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan tes hasil belajar kognitif yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas, perhitungan N-Gain, uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank, dan uji Mann–Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen berada pada kategori tinggi dan secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran PjBL terintegrasi STEAM efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPAS dan dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran yang relevan dengan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di jenjang SD/MI
PEMBELAJARAN INKLUSIF SEBAGAI RUANG KEBERAGAMAN: TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG DI SEKOLAH REGULER
Pembelajaran inklusif merupakan pendekatan pendidikan yang mengakui dan
menghargai keberagaman siswa, termasuk siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus, siswa
dari latar belakang sosial ekonomi yang berbeda, dan siswa dengan kemampuan
yang beragam. Implementasi pembelajaran inklusif di sekolah reguler masih
menghadapi tantangan, seperti kurangnya sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan guru,
kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan inklusif, dan kurangnya
infrastruktur yang mendukung. Namun, pembelajaran inklusif juga menawarkan
peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, seperti meningkatkan
kesadaran akan keberagaman, meningkatkan toleransi, dan meningkatkan hasil
belajar siswa. Artikel ini membahas tantangan dan peluang pembelajaran inklusif di
sekolah reguler, serta strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan inklusif seperti pengembangan kurikulum yang inklusif, pelatihan guru, kolaborasi dengan
orang tua dan masyarakat, dan pengembangan infrastruktur yang mendukung

IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL BUDAYA LITERASI MEMBACA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU DIMENSI PROFIL LULUSAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR.
In essence, reading is an important part of literacy, considering that elementary school students are required to have basic reading skills. Learning activities are inseparable from reading knowledge and comprehension. Given the importance of elementary school students' reading skills, teachers need to stimulate students' interest and motivation to read through contextual literacy habits. Furthermore, teachers should also participate in various literacy webinars to identify various media and literacy learning models that suit the characteristics of elementary school students, such as the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) learning model used in this study. The general objective of this research is to determine the implementation of contextual learning of reading literacy culture in realizing the graduate profile dimension. The specific objectives of this study are to obtain an overview/information and analyze the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the implementation of contextual learning of reading literacy culture in improving the quality of the graduate profile dimension in elementary schools. The research method used was qualitative, utilizing interviews and observations. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of contextual learning for reading literacy culture can improve the quality of graduate profiles in educational units
PERAN PERSONALITY TRAITS TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DENGAN IMPOSTOR SYNDROME SEBAGAI MEDIATOR PADA KARYAWAN DI JABODETABEK
Changes in the work environment require employees to not only complete formal tasks, but also demonstrate extra-role behaviors such as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Various studies have mentioned that personality plays a role in bringing about OCB, but some findings show inconsistent results. On the other hand, impostor syndrome is often associated with psychological dynamics in the workplace, which opens up the possibility of exploring whether these psychological aspects play a role in linking personality and OCB. This study aims to determine the influence of personality traits on OCB and to test whether impostor syndrome mediates this relationship. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design and involved 189 employees in the Greater Jakarta area. Measurements were conducted using the Big Five Personality Inventory (BFI), OCB-C 20 Items, and Impostor Profile-30 (IPP-30). Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression and mediation tests. The results show that personality traits have a significant effect on OCB (β = 0.6970; t = 4.5022; p = 0.0000). However, personality traits do not affect impostor syndrome (β = 0.1919; p = 0.7347). Furthermore, impostor syndrome was not found to mediate the relationship between personality traits and OCB, as indicated by an indirect effect value of 0.0049 with a bootstrap interval that included zero (BOOTLLCI = –0.0286; BOOTULCI = 0.0565). These findings indicate that the influence of personality on OCB occurs directly without involving the psychological mechanism of impostor syndrome
OPTIMALISASI WORDWALL SEBAGAI APLIKASI PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA Studi Kasus di SMPN 1 Ibun Kabupaten Bandung
The use of digital learning media is one strategy to increase student learning motivation. At SMPN 1 Ibun, students still experience low learning motivation due to a lack of varied learning methods and minimal use of interactive media. This study aims to provide an overview of Wordwall management as a digital learning application to support student learning motivation at SMPN 1 Ibun. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The conceptual framework refers to learning motivation theory and the principles of technology-based learning. Wordwall management was analyzed using the PDCA approach: the Plan stage, which involves planning the use of Wordwalls according to learning objectives; the Do stage, which involves implementing media in learning activities; the Check stage, which involves observing student engagement and responses, as well as descriptive questionnaire results; and the Act stage, which involves reflection and subsequent learning improvements. The results showed an increase in learning motivation indicators, such as increased student enthusiasm and activeness during learning. Thus, Wordwall management has the potential to create a more engaging learning environment and support student learning motivation on an ongoing basis
STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN EFEKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BACA ANAK SD
ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai strategi pembelajaran yang dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang dilakukan melalui telaah mendalam terhadap sejumlah penelitian relevan yang diterbitkan dalam rentang waktu 2015–2025. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu menumbuhkan motivasi serta kebiasaan membaca pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran aktif seperti project-based learning, pembelajaran berbasis permainan, kegiatan membaca bersama, serta pembelajaran tematik dan kontekstual dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Integrasi teknologi pendidikan, seperti penggunaan e-book, media interaktif, dan aplikasi digital, turut memberikan dampak positif karena menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik anak yang menyukai visualisasi dan aktivitas interaktif. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan rumah memegang peranan penting dalam menumbuhkan budaya membaca anak sejak dini. Faktor-faktor seperti ketersediaan bahan bacaan, dukungan dari guru, serta sarana literasi di sekolah menjadi unsur yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan program peningkatan minat baca. Di sisi lain, kendala yang sering muncul antara lain minimnya pemahaman guru terhadap strategi literasi, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan pengaruh penggunaan teknologi secara berlebihan. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis teknologi menjadi kunci penting dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa sekolah dasar, dengan catatan harus disertai dukungan dari guru, orang tua, serta lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif
STRATEGI GURU AKHLAK DALAM MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN PEMBELAJARAN DI KELAS 4 SD IT IHYA AS-SUNNAH SINGKUT.
This research stems from issues in shaping the character of fourth-grade students in the digital era at SD IT Ihya As-Sunnah Singkut. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems experienced by teachers and how to overcome them. Using a descriptive analytical qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document collection, and then analyzed using the interactive model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings indicate that learning obstacles are largely caused by external factors: differences in family backgrounds, negative influences from peers, and disturbances caused by digital technology. Teachers use three integrated strategies to address these problems: (1) Collaborative Strategy by utilizing digital communication through WhatsApp groups to align the vision between school and home; (2) Managerial Strategy by conducting social engineering in the classroom, such as arranging seating and diverse study groups; and (3) Pedagogical Strategy by implementing the Joyful Learning method which includes Game-Based Learning, Storytelling, and interactive lectures. This method has been proven effective in increasing students' attention and reducing negative behavior
MENGELOLA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI ERA MODERN: REFLEKSI DAN LANGKAH STRATEGIS DI PONDOK PASANTREN AZZAKIYYAH
This study aims to examine the integration of philosophical reflection and the application of contemporary management strategies in the management of Islamic education at the Azzakiah Islamic Boarding School in Cileunyi. The study focuses on how Islamic philosophical principles can be used as a conceptual basis in facing the tide of modernization marked by technological developments, globalization, and rapid social dynamics. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and review of official documents. The results of the study show that although the pesantren has a philosophical orientation based on morals and spirituality, its application in the managerial realm is still limited. Pesantren have begun to adopt modern technology and management methods such as benchmarking and the PDCA cycle, but these applications are not yet fully integrated with Islamic values. Teachers play an important role in shaping the character of santri, although teacher competency development programs are still not well structured. Based on these findings, it is necessary to reconstruct Islamic education management strategies that synergize philosophical reflection with modern management tools so that Islamic educational institutions can be more adaptive to the demands of the times while maintaining their Islamic identity
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MAKE A MATCH TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SDN 100216
This study evaluates the effect of the Make A Match learning model on student learning activity in Social Science lessons (IPAS) in grade V at SDN 100216. The analysis results show that the implementation of this learning model significantly increases student learning activity, with the average activity score in the experimental class reaching 85%, compared to 70% in the control class. These findings indicate that the Make A Match learning model is effective in attracting students' interest and motivation to learn, and can be used as an alternative in the learning process
IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS GAMES EDUCAPLAY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SD
This study is motivated by the low learning interest and motivation of students caused by conventional teaching methods and limited use of interactive learning media. One innovative alternative is the use of digital game-based learning media such as Educaplay. This study aims to determine the implementation of game-based learning media Educaplay in improving learning interest and motivation of third-grade students at SD Islam Al Hikmah in Civic Education on the topic of rights and obligations. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of 16 third-grade students and a classroom teacher. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through triangulation techniques. The results indicate that the implementation of Educaplay creates a more interactive and participatory learning environment. Students showed increased enthusiasm, focus, and active involvement during the learning process. In addition, students’ learning interest and motivation improved, as reflected in stronger intrinsic interest, higher enthusiasm, active participation, and positive responses to learning activities. Therefore, game-based learning media Educaplay is effective in enhancing learning interest and motivation of elementary school students
