PENGARUH PERMAINAN LARI ESTAFET TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN GERAK DASAR PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 105388 KUALA BALI
Basic movement skills are essential for elementary school students as they form the foundation for physical development and mastery of various physical activities. However, based on observations at SDN 105388 Kuala Bali, fourth- grade students' basic movement skills are still relatively low, particularly in running ability, motor coordination, and accuracy in passing the baton in relay races. Therefore, effective and enjoyable learning methods are needed to improve these skills. This study aims to determine the effect of relay races on the basic movement skills of fourth-grade students at SDN 105388 Kuala Bali. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a One Group Pretest–Posttest design. The study sample consisted of 18 students selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through a basic movement skills test covering both process and outcome aspects, as well as a running test based on the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). Data analysis was performed using a t-test. The results showed an improvement in students' basic movement skills after being exposed to relay races. Therefore, it can be concluded that relay races have a significant effect on improving fourth-grade students' basic movement skills
PENGARUH SELF-REGULATED LEARNING DAN MANAJEMEN WAKTU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Self-Regulated Learning dan manajemen waktu terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan kemandirian belajar sebagai variabel intervening pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Angkatan 2021 di Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner serta data sekunder dari buku, jurnal, dan penelitian sebelumnya. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 88 responden, dengan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Path Analysis dengan bantuan software SPSS serta Uji Sobel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self-Regulated Learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dengan nilai koefisien regresi (β = 0,263) dan signifikansi (Sig. = 0,030 < 0,05). Manajemen waktu juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar dengan nilai koefisien regresi (β = 0,335) dan signifikansi (Sig. = 0,006 < 0,05), dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,261. Selanjutnya, Self-Regulated Learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan nilai koefisien regresi (β = 0,113) dan signifikansi (Sig. = 0,001 < 0,05). Manajemen waktu juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dengan nilai koefisien regresi (β = 0,257) dan signifikansi (Sig. = 0,030 < 0,05), dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,328. Kemandirian belajar terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan nilai koefisien regresi (β = 0,359) dan signifikansi (Sig. = 0,005 < 0,05). Dengan demikian, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Self-Regulated Learning, manajemen waktu, dan kemandirian belajar memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, dosen dan institusi pendidikan diharapkan dapat mendorong penguatan kemampuan regulasi diri, pengelolaan waktu yang baik, serta pengembangan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa guna meningkatkan motivasi belajar secara optimal
MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PAI DI ERA DIGITAL
The rapid development of digital technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 has significantly influenced the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Conventional learning approaches are no longer sufficient to meet the characteristics of Generation Z and Alpha students who are closely connected to digital media. This study aims to examine the forms of digital learning media used in PAI and their roles in supporting students’ motivation, engagement, and understanding. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through library research by reviewing relevant academic journals and scholarly books. The analysis focuses on identifying dominant types of digital media, their educational benefits, and the challenges faced in their implementation. The findings indicate that interactive multimedia, video-based learning, gamification, and immersive technologies help students understand abstract Islamic concepts more concretely and encourage active participation in learning. However, the effectiveness of digital learning media is highly dependent on teachers’ pedagogical readiness, digital competence, and supporting infrastructure. Therefore, thoughtful integration and continuous teacher development are essential to ensure meaningful and value-based PAI learning in the digital era
PENDEKATAN DEEP LEARNING BERBASIS KECERDASAN ARTIFICIAL PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS KELAS 3 SD
This study aims to analyze the effect of an artificial intelligence-based Deep Learning approach on English learning outcomes of third-grade elementary school students. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi- experimental design. The research subjects consisted of 45 students from two elementary schools, namely SDS Alam Madinah School and SD Swasta Plus Ar Rahmaniyah. English learning activities were conducted using Duolingo as an artificial intelligence- based learning application. Data were collected through pretest and posttest instruments, while data analysis was performed using SPSS, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, t-tests, F-tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and correlation analysis. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ English learning outcomes after the implementation of the AI-based Deep Learning approach. Statistical analysis confirms that the approach has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, the AI-based Deep Learning approach is proven to be effective in elementary English learning and can be recommended as an innovative instructional strategy in primary education
PENGARUH METODE MULTISENSORI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA PERMULAAN PESERTA DIDIK KELAS II SEKOLAH DASAR
This study was motivated by limited empirical research on the effectiveness of multisensory methods in improving beginning reading skills at the elementary school level. The study aimed to examine the effect of the multisensory (VAKT) method on the beginning reading skills of second-grade elementary school students using a quantitative quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two classes: Class II B, the experimental group, which received multisensory instruction, and Class II A, the control group, which received conventional instruction. Data were collected through a beginning reading skills test and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test, the Mann–Whitney U Test, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group following the implementation of the multisensory method, with high effectiveness as indicated by N-Gain results. Although no statistically significant difference was found between the experimental and control groups, descriptive analysis showed that the multisensory method positively supported students’ learning progress. The study concluded that the multisensory method demonstrated effectiveness in enhancing beginning reading skills within the experimental group and was recommended for elementary reading instruction
PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL KOOPERATIF LEARNING TIPE LISTENING TEAM TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPAS SISWA KELAS VI A SDN 005 SAMARINDA SEBERANG TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2024/2025
This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Listening Team Cooperative Learning model on the science and social studies learning outcomes of sixth-grade students at SDN 005 Samarinda Seberang in the 2024/2025 academic year. The background of this study stems from the low achievement of student learning outcomes, where 75% have not met the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria. This condition is thought to be influnced by the dominance of convensional methods that do not actively involve students. The type of research used is an experiment with a Quasi-Experimental Approach and a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The research population consisted of all sixth-grade students, with a sample of 48 students divided into experimental and control classes. The research insturments include tests (10 multiple-choice questions and 10 essay questions) and non-tests in the form of observations and documention. Data analysis was performed thourgh normality and homogeneity test, Independent Sample T-tests, and N-Gain calculations. The result showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control classes with a Sig. (2-tailed) velue of 0.000 (<0.05). This proves that the use of the Listening Team Cooperative Learning model can be an alternative effective learning strategy to increase student activity, understanding and involvement in the learning process
Sustainability Practices and Financial Performance in a High-Impact Industry: Evidence from Indonesian Chemical Firms
Firms in Indonesia’s chemical sub-sector face growing expectations to strengthen sustainability initiatives without undermining financial performance. Nevertheless, prior studies report inconsistent results on whether Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure, green accounting adoption, and intellectual capital contribute to improved financial outcomes, particularly in emerging markets. This study examines the influence of ESG disclosure, green accounting practices, and intellectual capital on the financial performance of chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using a quantitative approach, the study analyzes panel data covering the 2020–2023 period. A purposive sampling method yielded 18 firms that met the research criteria. Multiple linear regression was employed to test the proposed relationships, with STATA used for data processing and estimation. The results indicate that ESG disclosure, green accounting implementation, and intellectual capital do not significantly affect firms’ financial performance during the study period. PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, EFISIENSI OPERASIONAL, RASIO LIKUIDITAS, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS BANK DENGAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, operational efficiency,
liquidity ratio, and firm size on the profitability of national private banks in Indonesia,
with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. This research
employs a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from annual financial
statements and GCG implementation reports of national private banks listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2023 period. The research sample
consists of 11 national private banks with a total of 66 observations. Profitability is
measured using Return on Assets (ROA), capital structure is measured by the Debt
to Equity Ratio (DER), operational efficiency by the Operating Expense to Operating
Income ratio (BOPO), liquidity ratio by the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and firm
size by the natural logarithm of total assets. Data analysis was conducted using
panel data regression with moderation testing. The results indicate that capital
structure and operational efficiency have a significant effect on bank profitability,
while the liquidity ratio and firm size do not have a significant effect. Furthermore,
Good Corporate Governance is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure
and operational efficiency on profitability, but is able to moderate the effect of the
liquidity ratio and firm size on bank profitability. These findings suggest that the role
of GCG in enhancing bank profitability is contextual and depends on the
characteristics of the moderated variables
ANALISIS PERBEDAAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI MATEMATIKA MODEL PISA SISWA SMP PADA KONTEN SPACE AND SHAPE DITINJAU DARI GENDER
This study aims to analyze the differences in mathematical literacy skills based onthe PISA model among junior high school students in the Space and Shape contentarea in terms of gender. The research employed a quantitative comparativeapproach with an ex-post facto design. The subjects consisted of 29 eighth-gradestudents from SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat, comprising 16 male and 13 femalestudents. The research instrument was a set of five mathematical literacy test itemsbased on the PISA model focusing on Space and Shape. Data analysis began witha normality test using Shapiro-Wilk and a homogeneity of variance test usingLevene’s Test. The results showed that the data for female students were notnormally distributed (Sig. = 0.002), while the data for male students were normallydistributed (Sig. = 0.054), and both groups had homogeneous variances (Sig. =0.710). Therefore, the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test was used to test thehypothesis. The result showed a significance value of 0.180 (p > 0.05), indicatingthat there is no significant difference in mathematical literacy skills between maleand female students in the Space and Shape content based on the PISA model.These findings suggest that gender is not a significant factor in differentiatingstudents' mathematical literacy abilities in this context
Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, dan Firm Size Terhadap Kinerja keuangan Periode 2019-2023
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan good corporate governance yang diukur dengan kepemilikan institusional, komite audit dan dewan komisaris independen, leverage yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio dan firm size terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan Return On Equity (ROE). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Popolasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang secara konsisten menerbitkan laporan keuangan di BEI dari tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 26 perusahaan setiap tahunnya sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 111 data observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional, komite audit, leverage dan firm size tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan
