    PROSES KONSELING INDIVIDUAL DALAM MEMBANTU ANAK BINAAN DI LPKA KELAS I TANGERANG MEMAHAMI DIRI DAN MERENCANAKAN MASA DEPAN

    ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the process and outcomes of individual counseling in supporting the psychological development of adolescents at the Juvenile Correctional Institution (LPKA) Class I Tangerang. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed, involving one adolescent inmate identified as RA who experienced difficulties related to self-understanding, emotional regulation, assertiveness, and future orientation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations conducted during individual counseling sessions, and documentation in the form of counseling records. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis, encompassing data familiarization, initial coding, theme development, and meaning interpretation. Data credibility was ensured through technique triangulation. The findings indicate that individual counseling contributed to meaningful psychological changes in the counselee, reflected in improved self-understanding, greater emotional openness, more adaptive emotional regulation, enhanced assertive behavior, increased resilience, and clearer future orientation. These changes emerged gradually through an empathetic and supportive counseling relationship that facilitated self-reflection and constructive meaning-making of past experiences. The study highlights the relevance and effectiveness of individual counseling as a psychosocial intervention within juvenile correctional settings, particularly in fostering adolescents’ personal development and readiness for post-institutional life. Keywords: individual counseling; juvenile inmate; self-understanding; adolescents; future orientation ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses dan dampak pelaksanaan konseling individual dalam mendukung perkembangan psikologis anak binaan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas I Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus terhadap satu orang anak binaan berinisial RA yang menghadapi permasalahan pemahaman diri, regulasi emosi, sikap asertif, serta ketidakjelasan orientasi masa depan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi selama sesi konseling individual, dan studi dokumentasi berupa catatan proses konseling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis tematik melalui tahapan pengenalan data, pengodean, pengelompokan tema, serta penafsiran makna. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling individual berkontribusi terhadap perubahan psikologis positif pada konseli, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kemampuan memahami diri, keterbukaan dalam mengekspresikan emosi, regulasi emosi yang lebih adaptif, berkembangnya sikap asertif, serta meningkatnya resiliensi dan kejelasan orientasi masa depan. Perubahan tersebut berlangsung secara bertahap dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas hubungan konseling yang empatik dan suportif. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa konseling individual merupakan layanan yang relevan dan efektif dalam konteks pembinaan anak binaan, khususnya dalam mendukung perkembangan psikososial remaja dan kesiapan menghadapi kehidupan pasca pembinaan.   Kata Kunci: konseling individual; anak binaan; pemahaman diri; remaja; orientasi masa depa

    PENERAPAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS ASSEMBLR EDU DALAM MATA PELAJARAN IPA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 1 ULAWENG

    This study was conducted to analyze the improvement of students’ learning outcomes in science through the use of Assemblr Edu-based learning media for eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Ulaweng, Bone Regency. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach that is practical in nature and was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of four main stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 32 students of class VIII C in the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through learning achievement tests, observations of teacher and student activities, and supporting documentation. The learning achievement tests were administered in the form of pre-tests and post-tests to measure students’ comprehension improvement after the application of Assemblr Edu media based on Augmented Reality (AR). The results revealed that the use of Assemblr Edu media had a significant impact on improving students’ learning outcomes. The average pre-test score was 39.06 with a mastery level of 0%. After the implementation up to Cycle II, the average score increased to 79.84, with a 100% mastery rate, indicating that all students achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM ≥ 70). In addition to cognitive improvement, students also showed enhanced learning engagement, reflected in their active participation in discussions, group collaboration, and effective use of learning media. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of Assemblr Edu-based learning media is effective in improving both learning outcomes and learning activities of eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Ulaweng, Bone Regency, in science subjects

    Adolescence is a transitional period toward adulthood that is vulnerable to influence, marked by physical, cognitive, and socio-emotional changes. Parents and families play an important role in shaping the values, norms, and behaviors of adolescents. Healthy families help build self-confidence, emotional management skills, and adaptive behaviors. Conversely, dysfunctional families can trigger emotional instability and increase the risk of deviant behavior. The Tangerang Class I LPKA is a rehabilitation center for adolescents in conflict with the law. They are rehabilitated through training, skills development, and education to prepare them for reintegration into society. However, the length of the rehabilitation period with repetitive activities and minimal exposure to the outside world affects the socio-emotional condition of the children at the LPKA. Family support is essential in maintaining mental health, but access to communication is often limited due to the distance between their homes and Banten. This is where guidance and counseling, especially individual counseling, plays a role as a forum for the children to express their thoughts and feelings. Positive emotional encouragement enables them to find a deeper meaning in life. Through the Religious-Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach, it helps reduce irrational thinking patterns that influence how individuals control their emotions and behavior. A spiritual approach is also important in helping foster children find meaning in life, inner peace, and realize the value and morality in their actions and decisions

    ANALISIS PERAN MEDIA SOSIAL TIKTOK DALAM UPAYA PELESTARIAN BUDAYA BATAK OLEH REMAJA GEN Z

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara mendalam peran media sosial TikTok dalam upaya pelestarian budaya Batak oleh remaja Generasi Z (Gen Z) di tengah arus globalisasi. Fenomena Gen Z sebagai digital native dan karakteristik TikTok yang visual serta viral memberikan konteks baru bagi pelestarian warisan budaya lokal. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada remaja Batak Gen Z yang aktif memproduksi dan berinteraksi dengan konten budaya di TikTok, didukung oleh analisis konten terhadap unggahan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TikTok berperan secara signifikan melalui tiga aspek utama: instrumental (sebagai medium ekspresi kreatif adat dan seni Batak), edukatif (sebagai sarana transmisi pengetahuan filosofi dan bahasa Batak), dan promotif (memperluas jangkauan budaya Batak secara global melalui viralitas). Gen Z memanfaatkan fitur TikTok untuk memodifikasi tarian (Tor-Tor) dan bahasa (Hata Batak) agar tetap relevan dan menarik. Meskipun efektif dalam mempertahankan identitas di ruang digital, terdapat tantangan berupa risiko simplifikasi dan perdebatan otentisitas kultural demi popularitas. Secara keseluruhan, TikTok menjadi katalisator bagi pergeseran model pelestarian budaya Batak dari ranah tradisional ke ranah digital yang dinamis, menempatkan Gen Z sebagai agen kunci dalam menjaga keberlanjutan warisan leluhur

    PENGEMBANGAN BUKU CERITA ANAK BERBASIS PMR PADA MATERI MATEMATIKA KELAS IV SD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIS SISWA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku cerita anak berbasis PMR pada materi matematika kelas IV SD untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang telah teruji validitasnya oleh validator ahli, kepraktisannya oleh guru kelas dan peserta didik dan efektivitas berdasarkan ketuntasan hasil belajar klasikal dan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah serta hasil observasi guru kelas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau R&D Dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Buku cerita anak berbasis PMR pada materi matematika kelas IV SD ini dikembangkan lalu diuji kevalidan oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media kemudian dilanjutkan uji kepraktisan serta efektivitasnya. Hasil uji kevalidan skor validitas materi yang diperoleh adalah 83% dengan kategori “valid”, hasil uji validitas Bahasa 75% dengan kategori “valid”, dan hasil uji validitas media 87.5% dengan kategori “sangat valid”. Hasil kepraktisan ditinjau dari hasil analisis angket. Dari hasil analisis tersebut diperoleh rata-rata skor total kepraktisan 83,11% oleh dua guru kelas dengan kategori “praktis”. Ditambah lagi dengan uji kepraktisan oleh peserta didik sebanyak 27 orang dengan rata-rata skor kepraktisan 76,58% dengan kategori “praktis”. Sementara itu, hasil uji keefektifan ditinjau dari dua penilaian yakni: 1) hasil ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal yaitu 85,19%. Hasil telah memenuhi syarat karena telah melampaui batas minimal yaitu 85%. 2) Peningkatan kemampuan masalah dari hasil N-Gain berada dalam kategori “sedang” yaitu 0,62%. Sesuai dengan kriteria ketuntasan hasil belajar yang dijadikan acuan yaitu minimal 85% siswa yang mengikuti tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah mampu mencapai skor ≥75. Disimpulkan bahwa buku cerita anak berbasis PMR pada materi matematika kelas IV SD untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa dinyatakan layak, praktis, dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah

    This study analyzes the application of the Circular Model of SOME on the Instagram account of client @saliramart at TOS Creative Agency. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Primary data was collected through interviews, active participation, observation, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies. The results of the study show that the Circular Model ofSOME on the @saliramart account was systematically applied by TOS Creativethrough structured content planning, evaluation of engagement and reach metrics, and team management through Trello and WhatsApp. Challenges in the engage stage, due to changes in audience behavior, were overcome with polls, Q&A, and reposts. The implementation of SOME improved brand consistency, publication effectiveness, awareness, sales, and the image of Salira Mart as a local retailer that is friendly and close to its audience

    This research aims to develop an interactive learning medium based on the "Family 100" game that is valid, practical, and effective in fostering cooperation among fourth-grade students in Science and Social Studies (IPAS), specifically on the topic of Landscapes. The main problem underlying this research is the conventional teaching method (lectures) and the lack of interactive media, which result in low student collaboration skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results showed that the developed media is highly feasible, with a media expert validation percentage of 97,14% and material expert validation of 100%. This media is proven to trigger active interaction and group discussion through a game mechanism that requires team consensus in answering popular questions. &nbsp

    GAMBARAN TENTANG HASIL BELAJAR SISWA INTROVERT DI KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

    This study aims to describe the learning outcomes of introvert students in the fourth grade of elementary school. The type of research used in this is a case study. The research subjects studied were from the findings of information with class teachers, namely introvert students' learning outcomes in the attitude aspect that is not visible during the learning process. Data collection using non-test instruments in the form of observations using checklists, was carried out to obtain data on learning outcomes in the learning process, then interviews were conducted with teachers and introvert students, supported by video documentation. The results of the study found that stimuli in the form of attention, guidance, and support from teachers succeeded in fostering motivation to participate in learning activities for introvert students. Both in terms of social interaction, courage to take risks, in terms of depth of thinking, as well as in aspects of students' attitudes towards the subject matter based on the narrative of inner impulses. In the aspect of students' attitudes towards values or norms related to the subject matter and in expressing feelings, introvert students do learning predominantly through writing, teachers provide opportunities for introvert students to be involved in learning with what introvert students do. Emotional support, support for appreciation, and support for information are important for introvert students in elementary school

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kualitas pembelajaran di SDN Dukuhringin 01 akibat beban administratif guru yang berat dan kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital sebagai instrumen refleksi. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah proses refleksi pedagogis yang belum maksimal dan penggunaan metode mengajar yang repetitif. Sebagai solusi, dikembangkan aplikasi jurnal mengajar digital bernama "Si Padam Ajar" untuk mengintegrasikan desain pedagogis, kemitraan belajar, dan lingkungan digital dalam satu platform. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengamati bagaimana guru melakukan inkuiri kolaboratif melalui fitur-fitur aplikasi seperti Forum Diskusi, Fitur Supervisi, dan Materi Belajar Mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi melalui "Si Padam Ajar" berhasil mentransformasi budaya kerja guru dari sekadar menyelesaikan tugas administratif menjadi praktik reflektif yang mendalam. Guru mulai mengadopsi model Deep Learning dan memanfaatkan sumber daya digital secara optimal. Transformasi digital ini tidak hanya menyederhanakan birokrasi, tetapi juga meningkatkan antusiasme dan partisipasi aktif murid dalam proses pembelajaran yang lebih personal dan adaptif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan platform digital seperti 'Si Padam Ajar' sebagai instrumen standar bagi sekolah dasar untuk memitigasi beban administrasi sekaligus memperkuat budaya refleksi guru secara berkelanjutan. Implementasi teknologi ini diharapkan menjadi model transformasi manajerial yang dapat direplikasi di tingkat sekolah lain guna mewujudkan ekosistem Deep Learning yang adaptif dan berpusat pada murid

    The management of educational facilities and infrastructure and its role in improving the quality of educational services are the focus of this study. Educational facilities and infrastructure are important components that support the effectiveness of the learning process and the quality of services received by students. This study aims to analyze the stages of facilities and infrastructure management, which include planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, and supervision, as well as their implications for educational service quality. The research method used is library research by reviewing various relevant reference books and scientific journal articles. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis with a content analysis approach. The findings indicate that planned, integrated, and sustainable management of educational facilities and infrastructure contributes positively to improving the quality of educational services, particularly in terms of learning comfort, service effectiveness, and student satisfaction. Therefore, the management of educational facilities and infrastructure should be viewed as a strategic component in efforts to improve educational service quality
