PROMOSI PEMASARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING DI MADARASAH TSANAWIYAH TARBIYAH ISLAMIYAH KOTA JAMBI
This study aims to analyze educational marketing promotion in improving competitiveness at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah, Jambi City. The research is motivated by the intense competition among educational institutions in the digital era, which requires madrasahs to implement effective and adaptive promotional strategies. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, vice principals, teachers, parents, students, and the community. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through triangulation.
The findings indicate that marketing promotion has been carried out through conventional and digital media, such as brochures, banners, word-of-mouth promotion, and social media. However, the implementation has not been optimal due to limited human resources, inadequate digital-based promotional planning, and suboptimal management of promotional media. Supporting factors include leadership commitment, strategic location, and the Islamic identity of the institution, while inhibiting factors include limited budget and lack of digital marketing skills. Efforts to enhance competitiveness are carried out by strengthening the institutional image, improving the quality of educational services, and developing digital promotion based on Islamic values
PENERAPAN MODEL CTL (CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING) BERBANTUAN GAME INTERAKTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN
This study aims to describe the implementation of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model assisted by interactive games in improving the ability of children aged 5–6 years to sort organic and inorganic waste. The study is motivated by the importance of fostering environmental awareness from an early age and the limited effectiveness of conventional learning methods that tend to be monotonous and less contextual. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted at TK Negeri Pembina, Madiun City, involving children in Group B aged 5–6 years. Data were collected through observation using assessment rubrics focusing on children’s independence and responsibility. The results indicate that the CTL model assisted by interactive games effectively improves children’s ability to identify, differentiate, and properly sort organic and inorganic waste. In addition, this learning approach positively influences the development of independence and responsibility, which generally reached the category of Developing as Expected. These findings suggest that contextual learning integrated with interactive technology provides meaningful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for early childhood learners
Best Practice Penanaman Nilai Kemandirian melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek di SD
Character education, particularly the instillation of independence, is an important aspect in the development of elementary school students. However, in reality, there are still students who show low independence in learning, such as dependence on parents and teachers, lack of confidence, and low responsibility in completing tasks. This study aims to describe the implementation of Project-Based Learning and analyze its development in fostering independence among fourth-grade students at Kanisius Kalasan Elementary School. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with teachers and 15 fourth-grade students as subjects. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation during the implementation of a project on planting shallots using water as a medium in the subject of plants and their functions. The results showed that the application of Project-Based Learning was able to increase student active involvement and had a positive impact on the development of independence attitudes. Observation data showed an increase in students categorized as independent from 13% to 73%, as well as a decrease in students categorized as less independent from 67% to 7%. Project-based learning provides concrete, contextual learning experiences and encourages students to plan, implement, and take responsibility for the tasks assigned. Thus, Project Based Learning has proven to be effective not only in improving material comprehension, but also in instilling the value of independence in elementary school students in accordance with the independent dimension of the Pancasila Student Profile
KEEFEKTIFAN MEDIA KANTONG BILANGAN DITINJAU DARI PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA MATERI PENJUMLAHAN DAN PENGURANGAN KELAS II SD
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan penggunaan media kumpulan bilangan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika, khususnya pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan cacah, pada peserta didik kelas II SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 51 peserta didik kelas II SD yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelas II A sebagai kelompok eksperimen diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan media kantong bilangan, sedangkan kelas II B sebagai kelompok kontrol memperoleh pembelajaran dengan media garis bilangan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tes yang diberikan kepada peserta didik. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas dan homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa media kantong bilangan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen, yaitu dari 46,3 menjadi 85,7, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol meningkat dari 46,7 menjadi 76,6. Nilai signifikansi uji t sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa media kumpulan bilangan lebih efektif dibandingkan media garis bilangan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA KOMIK DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MATERI GEOMETRI BANGUN DATAR
This study aims to develop learning media in the form of digital comics that can increase students' interest in learning Mathematics, especially in the material of flat geometry in elementary schools. The background of this study is based on the low interest of students in learning mathematics which is considered difficult and less interesting, as well as the limitations of learning media used by teachers in conveying abstract geometric concepts. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) from Thiagarajan. The subjects of the trial in this study were fifth grade students at SD Swasta Kasih Ibu Medan. Data were obtained through validation questionnaires from material experts, media experts, teachers, and student learning interest questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the digital comic media developed had a high level of validity, good practicality, and significant effectiveness in increasing students' interest in learning. This media was declared suitable for use as a mathematics learning aid because it was able to visualize abstract concepts to be more concrete, fun, and easy for students to understand. Thus, digital comic media has proven to be an innovative solution in increasing students' interest in learning and enriching the variety of learning media in the classroom
PERAN PENGUASAAN BAHASA AKADEMIK DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR AKUNTANSI
This study aims to describe the level of academic language mastery and learning achievement of accounting students and to analyze the role of academic language mastery in improving students’ learning achievement. This research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design. The population consisted of students of the Accounting Department at Politeknik Negeri Bali, with samples selected using simple random sampling. Data on academic language mastery were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire, while learning achievement data were obtained from students’ Grade Point Average (GPA) records. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The results show that the mean score of students’ academic language mastery was 78.45 with a standard deviation of 6.21, which falls into the high category. Students’ learning achievement had a mean GPA of 3.42 with a standard deviation of 0.31, categorized as good. The regression analysis indicates that academic language mastery has a significant role in improving learning achievement, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) and a contribution of 31.6%. These findings indicate that academic language mastery is an important factor in supporting accounting students’ academic achievement
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PUZZLE HURUF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS I PADA PEMBELAJARAN PANCASILA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
This research is based on the limited use of learning media which causes students' learning outcomes to be classified as low. This research was conducted with the aim of developing a design, measuring feasibility, and assessing the effectiveness of the letter puzzle board media to improve the learning outcomes of grade I students at SD Negeri 56/I Desa Aro. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development stages. Techniques in data collection through interviews, observations, documentation, written tests and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques are in the form of normality tests, T tests, and N-gain tests. The research findings show that the letter puzzle board learning media received the "very feasible" category based on expert validation results with a score of 93% (media experts) and 91% (material experts). The T test results obtained indicate a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. The questionnaire responses of teachers (98%) and students (95%) obtained the "very feasible" category. The results of the N-Gain test obtained the "moderate" category (0.89) on a small scale and "high" (0.85) on a large scale. These results show that the letter puzzle board media is effective and very suitable for use to improve the learning outcomes of class I students at SD Negeri 56/I Desa Aro
KESIAPAN INFRASTRUKTUR TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DALAM MENDUKUNG TRANFORMASI DIGITAL DI SEKOLAH DASAR
This research aims to analyze the readiness of information technology infrastructure to support digital transformation at SDN 13/I Muara Bulian based on three main stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively. The research results show that in the planning aspect, schools have basic plans for the provision of ICT infrastructure, although they are still limited by budget availability. In the implementation aspect, the use of information technology infrastructure has been implemented in learning activities and is supported by teacher readiness, but still faces device and network limitations. Meanwhile, in the evaluation aspect, the assessment of ICT infrastructure is still carried out in a simple and unstructured manner. This research concludes that the readiness of information technology infrastructure at SDN 13/I Muara Bulian is in the quite ready category, but requires strengthening planning, optimizing implementation, and more systematic evaluation so that digital transformation can run sustainably
PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS TEKS NARASI MENGGUNAKAN MODEL THINK TALK WRITE (TTW) DI KELAS V SDN 24 PARUPUK TABING KOTA PADANG
This research was conducted because the narrative text writing skills of fifth-grade students at SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing, Padang City are still low. This is caused by the learning method that still prioritizes teachers, less active student participation, and the implementation of writing stages that are not optimal. The purpose of this research is to improve students' narrative text writing skills by using the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. To collect data, observation, test, and non-test techniques were used. The research subjects included class teachers as observers, researchers as practitioners, and fifth-grade students as participants. The results of the study showed improvements in various aspects. In cycle I, the assessment of the teaching module in cycle I obtained 90% (SB) and increased in cycle II to 95% (SB). The assessment of the teacher aspect reached 82.5% (B) and increased to 95% (SB) in cycle II. Meanwhile, the assessment of the student aspect in cycle I was 82.5% (B) and also increased to 95% (SB) in cycle II. The average narrative text writing skills of students in cycle I was 77.87% (C), and increased to 88.31% (B) in cycle II. Thus, the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model can improve the narrative text writing skills of fifth grade students of SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing, Padang City
IMPLEMENTASI KONSELING INDIVIDU DALAM MENGURANGI KECEMASAN DAN MASALAH EMOSIONAL ANAK BINAAN DI LPKA KELAS I TANGGERANG
Juvenile inmates at the Juvenile Correctional Institution (Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak/LPKA) constitute a group of adolescents who are in a developmental stage that is highly vulnerable to various psychological problems, particularly anxiety and emotional disturbances. This vulnerability is influenced by limited freedom, separation from family, sudden changes in the social environment, and social stigma associated with being juvenile inmates. These conditions often lead to psychological pressure that results in emotional instability, fear, excessive anxiety, and difficulties in managing negative emotions during the rehabilitation period. Therefore, appropriate and continuous interventions through psychological services that are tailored to the individual needs of juvenile inmates are necessary. One service considered effective in addressing these problems is individual counseling. Individual counseling provides a safe and supportive space for juvenile inmates to express their feelings, disclose personal issues, and reflect on their experiences without fear of negative judgment. Through the individual counseling process, counselors assist juvenile inmates in understanding the sources of their anxiety and emotional problems and in developing more adaptive emotional regulation strategies. This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the implementation of individual counseling as an effort to reduce anxiety levels and address emotional problems among juvenile inmates at LPKA. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include counseling interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that individual counseling plays a significant role in enhancing emotional awareness, reducing anxiety, and strengthening self-acceptance among juvenile inmates. This service also helps prepare the psychological condition of juvenile inmates to face the rehabilitation period and their post-release life. Overall, these findings support the strengthening of systematic, continuous, and rehabilitative-oriented individual counseling services within the LPKA environment
