    This study seeks to enhance the cognitive skills of Group B students at TK Kartika IV-21 Madiun by applying a joyful learning approach through the Wordwall game. The learning activities were structured to provide a stimulating and interactive environment, tailored to the developmental characteristics of young children. The study employed classroom action research implemented over two cycles, involving 19 students as participants. Findings indicate notable improvements in cognitive abilities, particularly in number recognition, sorting colors and shapes, and arranging simple patterns. Moreover, students demonstrated increased motivation, enthusiasm, and active engagement throughout the learning process. Consequently, Wordwall-based joyful learning proves to be an effective alternative strategy for fostering cognitive development in early childhood education within a sustainable and contextually integrated framework

    A positive school culture can help students develop strong personal values such as honesty, discipline, and work ethic. Therefore, to meet the needs of modern education, thorough research on these elements is crucial. However, many schools in Indonesia still struggle to build a culture that supports learning and builds student character. This problem is often caused by poor school management, lack of community support, and a lack of innovation in learning. This study emphasizes the importance of school culture in shaping students' awareness in terms of knowledge, spirituality, and morals. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that holistic education can be implemented by carrying out routine activities or habits, designing school discipline that is aligned with the goals of holistic education, a school culture approach, and instilling the core values of character-strengthening education outside the classroom and extracurricular activities. Educators act as role models, and religious activities such as group prayer and Quran recitation become routine character-building activities. Holistic education based on school culture can increase students' religious awareness and foster responsibility, social awareness, religious discipline, and social awareness. Simply put, a religious school environment has a significant contribution in the formation of students' spirituality or obedience holistically

    The development of digital technology has driven changes in dance learning practices, particularly in the use of media and learning strategies that are more adaptive to student characteristics. However, various studies related to digital technology-based dance learning still tend to be fragmented and focus on the use of specific media separately, thus not providing a complete picture of the pedagogical function of technology in dance learning. This article aims to analyze and map various forms of digital technology and their pedagogical functions in the development of dance learning, particularly in the context of elementary education. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by examining scientific articles relevant to the topic of digital technology-based dance learning. The results of the study indicate that visual digital media plays a role in supporting the understanding of movement structure and details, online learning platforms facilitate learning management and reflection, interactive applications increase engagement and personalization of practice, and social media opens up space for creative expression and collaborative appreciation. The integration of various forms of digital technology shows that dance learning becomes more effective when technology is designed in an integrated manner and aligned with the learning objectives and characteristics of movement-based learning. These findings provide conceptual implications for the development of dance arts learning designs that are more systemic, adaptive to technological developments, and still uphold the values ​​of creativity and aesthetic experiences of students

    Human resources are a key factor in improving the quality of education. The quality of teacher and educational staff management significantly determines the success of the learning process and the achievement of educational goals. However, in practice, human resource management in elementary schools, especially in rural areas, still faces various limitations. The focus of this research covers Henry Fayol's management functions: planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and supervising, as well as their impact on educational quality. This study aims to describe and analyze the application of human resource management in improving the quality of education at SDN Wanasuka, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects included the principal, teachers, and educational staff. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that human resource management at SDN Wanasuka has been implemented through planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and supervising. Human resource planning and coordination have been running quite well, while human resource development and evaluation are still suboptimal due to limited human resources and infrastructure. The main supporting factors include principal leadership and teacher commitment, while inhibiting factors include limited human resources and teacher administrative burdens. The study's conclusions indicate that human resource management plays a strategic role in improving educational quality, but ongoing strengthening and evaluation of human resources is necessary

    Learning IPAS in elementary schools still faces challenges related to students’ difficulties in understanding abstract concepts, particularly in the topic of the human respiratory system. This condition is influenced by the limited use of interactive and technology-based learning media. This study aimed to develop a WayGroundbased instructional video and to determine its validity, feasibility, and effectiveness in IPAS learning for fifth-grade elementary school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects were fifth-grade students of SDN Dukuh Kupang V Surabaya. Data were collected through expert validation, student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests using pre-test and post-test. The results showed that the WayGround-based instructional video achieved a high level of validity based on material and media expert assessments. The results of small-group, medium-group, and large-group trials indicated that students’ responses were categorized as very good. Furthermore, the effectiveness test revealed an improvement in students’ learning outcomes after using the developed media. Therefore, the WayGroundbased instructional video is considered valid, feasible, and effective for use in IPAS learning on the human respiratory system topic in elementary schools

    PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEADTOGETHER TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 106820 PANCUR BATU

    This research aims to analyze the influence of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model. The research results show that the average mathematics learning result for class IV is 81.2 in the good category. Of the 25 students studied, 19 students (76%) met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKTP), while 6 students (24%) did not meet the KKTP. This research is a type of quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class IV students at SDN 106820 Pancur Batu. The population is all class IV students, totaling 25 students. Samples were taken based on a saturated sampling technique, namely 25 students. Student learning results show that the average score for class IV pre-test students is 66.88 while the post-test score is 81.2. The results of this research show that students' mathematics learning outcomes using the Numbered Head Together cooperative learning model are included in the strong category with a correlation coefficient of 0.974, which means rcount (0.974) ≥ rtable (0.396), so Ha is accepted. Next, testing the hypothesis shows that tcount is 20.435, while ttable is 2.060, so it is proven that the hypothesis is greater than ttable, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the Numbered Head Together (X) type cooperative model has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes (Y). This shows that there is an influence of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model on students' mathematics learning outcomes. Thus, all questionnaire instruments in this study were declared reliable and trustworthy, because they met the minimum requirements that had been determined

    PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN WORDWALL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INGGRIS SISWA KELAS IV SDN BABBALAN

    This study aims to explore the impact of using Wordwall as a technology-based learning media on the Indonesian language learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Babbalan. The rapid development of educational technology provides opportunities to enhance student engagement in the classroom; however, challenges such as limited infrastructure and teachers' digital skills persist. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study was conducted with a sample of 25 students, focusing on comparing pretest and posttest results to measure improvements in Indonesian learning after the implementation of Wordwall. Data were collected through pretest and posttest scores, followed by normality testing using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, which showed normal distribution for both pretest and posttest (Sig. > 0.05). Homogeneity testing also indicated homogeneous data (Sig. > 0.05). Paired Sample T-Test results revealed a significant difference between pretest and posttest with a Sig. value < 0.001, indicating that Wordwall had a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. The average pretest score was 56.00, while the posttest score increased to 84.00. Additionally, the N-Gain analysis showed a value of 0.64, which falls within the moderate improvement category. This study recommends improving technology infrastructure in schools and providing continuous professional development for teachers to optimize the use of technology in education.  Keywords: Wordwall, Learning Media, Learning Outcomes, Indonesian Language, Elementary Schoo

    The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of successful learning among MDTA students at the Syukur Mosque in South Padang, the role of teachers in supporting successful learning among MDTA students at the Syukur Mosque in South Padang, and the leadership role of the principal in supporting successful learning among MDTA students at the Syukur Mosque in South Padang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using document review techniques, in-depth interviews, and observation. The sample in this study was a persuasive sample based on the relevance and depth of the information. This research was conducted at the Syukur Mosque Madrasah (MDTA) in South Padang in August 2024. The results of the research concluded that: first, student learning success begins with success in solving student learning problems. The characteristics of student learning success are seen from three aspects: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Learning success can also be seen from student achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. Second, as teachers, teachers must master the material being taught, possess good teaching methods, models, and techniques, and be able to conduct assessments. As mentors, teachers guide students to success in their learning and act as liaisons who can foster collaboration with parents. Third, the leadership of the madrasah principal as a manager, by optimizing the "golden triangle" consisting of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, parents, teachers, and the madrasah principal. Optimizing collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs, because the MDTA of the Syukur Mosque in South Padang is under its auspices, supervises the teaching and learning process, from learning materials to the teaching and learning process. The madrasah principal directs, motivates, establishes harmonious relationships, and collaborates with other parties to find new innovations

    The problem in this study is the existence of negative perceptions among some students regarding participation in student organizations, which is considered to interfere with study focus, as well as variations in interpersonal communication skills that affect students’ academic achievement. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Activeness and Interpersonal Communication Ability on the academic achievement of 2021 Stambuk Office Administration Education students. This research was conducted at the State University of Medan. This type of research is ex post facto, with the sampling technique using total sampling or the entire population of 88 students. The data collection instruments were observation, documentation, and a questionnaire. Instrument testing used validity and reliability tests conducted with SPSS software version 31. The data analysis techniques included normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test with SPSS version 31. The result of multiple linear regression calculations shows that partially, organizational activeness (X₁) has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement, with tcount= 5.981 > ttable = 1.676 and α = 0.000 < 0.05. Interpersonal communication ability (X₂) also has a positive and significant effect on academic achievement, with tcount = 14.613 > ttable = 1.676 and α = 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant effect on academic achievement, with Fcount = 2910.699 > F_table = 3.18 and α = 0.000 < 0.05, and the contribution of the independent variables to students’ academic achievement is 79.2%. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Activeness and Interpersonal Communication Ability on students’ academic achievement, both partially and simultaneously

    PENGEMBANGAN PERMAINAN DADU REWARD BERBASIS INKUIRI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH ANAK USIA 5–6 TAHUN

    This study aims to develop and validate a reward dice game learning media based on an inquiry learning model to improve problem-solving skills in children aged 5–6 years. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The resulting product is a reward dice game media equipped with a challenge book, game rules, and rewards as positive reinforcement, which are designed according to the characteristics of early childhood development and inquiry syntax. This research was conducted at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Banjarjo Kindergarten, Bancar, Tuban with group B children aged 5–6 years as subjects. The validation results showed that the reward dice game media was in the very valid category, with a feasibility percentage of 100% from material experts and 97,5% from media experts. Data analysis used a descriptive quantitative approach, while the reliability test of the observation instrument showed a value (α = 0,900). The results of limited trials showed that the use of reward dice games was able to increase children's active involvement, focus, and courage in solving problems. Thus, inquiry-based reward dice game media is considered suitable for use as an alternative effective and meaningful learning media for early childhood
