MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA GURU DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
This study aims to analyze teacher resource management in enhancing character education in elementary schools through a case study at SD Negeri Gunungkembang, Cianjur Regency, and SD Negeri Cibadak, Bandung Regency. The research is based on the strategic role of teachers as the main agents of character education and the importance of effective teacher management in supporting character development. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed, guided by G.R. Terry’s management framework, which includes planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving principals and teachers. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that both schools have implemented character education programs and established clear goals; however, teacher development planning has not been systematically documented. In terms of organizing, task distribution related to character education has been carried out, although overlapping roles among teachers were still found. In the actuating stage, character education was implemented through role modeling, value-based learning, and positive habituation, but its application was not yet evenly practiced by all teachers. In the controlling stage, supervision and monitoring were conducted, yet follow-up actions based on evaluation results were still limited. This study concludes that teacher resource management based on the POAC framework plays a significant role in improving the effectiveness of character education in elementary schools and should be strengthened through more structured, consistent, and sustainable implementation
MENELUSURI JEJAK PEMIKIRAN PENDIDIKAN K.H. AHMAD DAHLAN SEBAGAI FONDASI INOVASI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MASA KINI
This research examines the educational philosophy of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan and its role as a foundational reference for innovation in modern Islamic education. The study is motivated by contemporary issues in Islamic schooling, particularly the weakening of students’ character and the urgent need to harmonize religious teachings with modern scientific knowledge. The objective of this work is to explore Dahlan’s key educational principles, his instructional approaches, and their relevance in addressing present educational challenges. Employing a qualitative library research design, this study analyzes credible academic sources, including journal articles, books, and historical documentation. The results show that Dahlan highlighted the inseparability of religious and general sciences, promoted contextual interpretation of Qur’anic teachings, and emphasized character formation through exemplary conduct and real-life application of knowledge. His pedagogical strategies—such as contextual instruction, demonstration, and experiential learning—proved effective in developing students’ intellectual, ethical, and social competencies. The study concludes that Dahlan’s educational vision remains profoundly significant today, offering a holistic and adaptive framework that integrates cognitive growth, moral development, and social engagement. His ideas continue to provide a transformative model for Islamic education in responding to global changes while upholding essential moral and spiritual values
Workshop Media Pembelajaran Digital Book Creator 'Read Aloud' sebagai Media Latihan Zindani di TK Rabbani Purwakarta
Permasalahan yang dihadapi di TK Rabbani Purwakarta adalah minimnya ketersediaan media latihan yang inovatif dan berbasis digital untuk mendukung kegiatan Zindani (Zona Inspirasi Da'i Rabbani) khususnya yang dapat diakses dan digunakan oleh anak-anak dengan bimbingan orang tua di rumah. Kesenjangan ini membatasi kesinambungan pembelajaran dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses latihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi, pelatihan, dan meningkatkan kompetensi guru di TK Rabbani dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Book Creator sebagai media latihan digital Zindani 'Read Aloud' yang interaktif dan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif latihan di rumah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan fokus Evaluasi Program/Pelatihan (Workshop). Subjek penelitian adalah 16 orang guru TK Rabbani Purwakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses observasi lokakarya, angket evaluasi atau respon peserta, dan dokumentasi. Intervensi utama yang dilakukan adalah pelaksanaan workshop yang mengajarkan peserta dari tahap perencanaan materi Zindani hingga media publikasi digital Book Creator. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan lokakarya berjalan efektif dan mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Peserta (guru) memberikan respon positif yang tinggi terhadap materi dan media Book Creator karena dinilai mudah digunakan, menarik, dan relevan untuk latihan Zindani anak di rumah. Workshop berhasil memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis kepada peserta sehingga media Book Creator dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif latihan Zindani yang menjembatani pembelajaran di sekolah dan di rumah, sekaligus meningkatkan literasi digital orang tua dalam mendukung pendidikan anak usia dini
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN KECERDASAN BUATAN APLIKASI CHATGPT TERHADAP PERSEPSI KUALITAS BELAJAR MAHASISWA
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has transformed various sectors, including education. One of the most influential AI-based applications today is Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT), which is widely used by students as an interactive learning assistant. This study aims to examine the influence of ChatGPT usage on students’ perceptions of learning quality. This quantitative correlational research involved 100 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through the Chi-Square test and Ordinal Logistic Regression. The findings reveal a significant correlation between ChatGPT usage and students’ learning quality perception. These results indicate that the more frequently and critically students use ChatGPT, the more positive their perception of learning quality becomes. ChatGPT thus serves as an innovative and adaptive learning tool that enhances educational quality when utilized responsibly and ethically
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA SCRAPBOOK MATERI DAUR HIDUP HEWAN UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN IPA PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IV SDN 41 INPRES PAMINGGALAN KABUPATEN MAJENE
This study aimed to develop scrapbook-based learning media on animal life cycle material and to determine its validity and practicality in elementary science learning. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through validation questionnaires completed by material experts and media experts, as well as practicality questionnaires from teachers and students. The results showed that the scrapbook media was valid and practical. Material expert validation reached 81.66%, while media expert validation reached 85%. The practicality test showed a teacher response of 100% and a student response of 97%, both categorized as very practical. These findings indicate that scrapbook media is suitable to support science learning on animal life cycle concepts in elementary school
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA KONSELOR DI SEKOLAH SMPN KECAMATAN BATHIN VIII
Kinerja konselor merupakan determinan utama dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di sekolah. Kinerja tersebut tidak hanya dipengaruhi aspek kompetensi personal, tetapi juga faktor eksternal seperti gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pelaksanaan supervisi pendidikan. Kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran yang bertanggung jawab mengoordinasikan program, menciptakan iklim kerja kondusif, serta memberikan pembinaan profesional yang berkelanjutan kepada konselor. Namun, temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi BK di sekolah masih belum optimal, khususnya pada layanan akademik dan pembinaan profesional, sehingga kinerja konselor belum berkembang secara maksimal. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada analisis kondisi nyata di SMPN Kecamatan Bathin VIII, yang menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kepala sekolah lebih berorientasi administratif, komunikasi struktural belum terbangun intensif, dan pelaksanaan supervisi masih terbatas pada pemeriksaan administrasi dokumen BK. Keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung BK dan belum terintegrasinya program BK dengan manajemen sekolah menegaskan perlunya penguatan kepemimpinan dan supervisi sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja konselor. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara empiris pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan supervisi terhadap kinerja konselor sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi peningkatan mutu layanan BK di sekolah.
 
PENGARUH MEDIA GAME EDUKASI BERBASIS QUIZIZZ PAPER MODE TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM DAN SOSIAL PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 3 DUWET KLATEN
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of the use of Educational Game media based on Quizizz Paper Mode on the interest in learning Natural and Social Sciences of grade IV students of Elementary School 3 Duwet Klaten. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental method which means comparing the results of a treatment with no treatment, and implementing the Non Equivalent Control Group Design design. As a result, this study used 2 classes as research samples, namely the experimental class from Elementary School 3 Duwet with 16 students and the control class from Elementary School 1 Duwet with 17 students. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation with the research instrument being a learning interest questionnaire with the help of SPSS 22 which was carried out in two stages, namely before treatment (Pretest) and after treatment (Posttest). The data analysis technique in this study was in the form of a normality test, a homogeneity test, and a hypothesis test using a t-test with the Independent sample test type. Based on the results of the prerequisite analysis test, it shows that the data is normally distributed and homogeneous while in the t-test the results obtained are sig (2-tailed) = 0.000 ˂ 0.05. Thus, it is concluded that there is an influence of the use of Educational Game media Based on Quizizz Paper Mode on the interest in learning Natural and Social Sciences of grade IV students of State Elementary School 3 Duwet Klaten
PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA WORDWALL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENYIMAK KALIMAT SPOK SISWA KELAS III SD
This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of Wordwall-based interactive multimedia in enhancing listening skills for Subject–Predicate–Object–Description (SPOK) sentence patterns among grade III elementary school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The participants consisted of 20 third-grade students from SDN Teluk Pucung I. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments, student response questionnaires, and expert validation sheets. Validation results indicated that the Wordwall media was classified as “very valid,” with scores of 95% from the material expert, 93.3% from the language expert, and 88.6% from the media expert. The media was implemented in classroom learning supported by a projector and involved quizzes and audio-based interactive listening activities. The N-Gain analysis showed an improvement of 0.46 (medium category). The paired sample t-test revealed a t-value of -10 with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. These findings demonstrate that the Wordwall media is effective in improving students’ listening skills, particularly in understanding SPOK sentence structures. This study recommends integrating interactive digital media into Indonesian language learning to create a more engaging, contextual, and meaningful learning experience
IMPLEMENTASI MODEL DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN ASSURE BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA DALAM MENGATASI KESULITAN BELAJAR FIQH DI MI AT-TAQWA MADIUN
This study aims to examine the implementation of the ASSURE instructional design model (Analyze Learners, State Objectives, Select Methods, Media, and Materials, Utilize Media and Materials, Require Learner Participation, Evaluate and Revise) integrated with multimedia to overcome student learning difficulties in Fiqh. The research was conducted at MI At-Taqwa Madiun. Using a qualitative approach and a descriptive method, data was collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the application of the multimedia-based ASSURE model is an effective strategy. The process begins with an analysis of student characteristics and learning styles, followed by the selection of relevant methods, media, and teaching materials. The success of this model is also supported by active student participation, which has been shown to minimize their learning difficulties. In conclusion, the ASSURE model, enriched with multimedia, serves as a significant alternative solution to improve the quality of Fiqh learning
PENGEMBANGAN E-LKPD MENGGUNAKAN WEBSITE WIZER.ME PADA MATERI BUDAYA DAERAH INDONESIA
This study aims to develop E-LKPD (Electronic Student Worksheets) using the Wizer.me website on Indonesian regional culture material. This study uses a Research and Development approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research subjects were 28 fifth-grade students in class V-B at SDN Muara Beres Elementary School in Bogor Regency. The research was conducted in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. In this study, a validation test was conducted by experts, namely media experts, language experts, and subject matter experts. The validation results by media experts obtained 100% with a very feasible criterion, by language experts obtained 88% with a very feasible criterion, by lecturer subject matter experts obtained 94% with a very feasible criterion, and by teacher subject matter experts obtained 96% with a very feasible criterion. The student response questionnaire results obtained 97.21% with a very feasible category, and the average N-Gain learning outcome score was 0.7 with a high criterion. These results indicate that E-LKPD using the Wizer.me website is very feasible to use in the learning process and very effective in improving student learning outcomes
