MANAJEMEN KERJASAMA KEMITRAAN SMK KAUTSAR WAY SULAN DENGAN DUNIA USAHA DAN DUNIA INDUSTRI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU LULUSAN
Management of partnerships with the business and industrial world (DUDI) is one strategy to strengthen the link and match between the world of education and the world of work, so that vocational school graduates have competencies that match the needs of industry. The revitalization of vocational schools is a priority program of the government in order to produce graduates who have competencies that match the needs of the world of. The government's attention to the revitalization of vocational schools is outlined in Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2016, which was refined by the issuance of Ministerial Regulation No. 165/M/2021 as an effort to develop the quality of human resources in vocational schools through the Center of Excellence vocational school program, which emphasizes the importance of strategic partnerships with DUDI.
This study aims to describe how cooperation management is implemented at Kautsar Way Sulan Vocational School in establishing relationships with the business and industrial world. The cooperation programs carried out include curriculum synchronization, teacher training, field work practice (PKL), competency certification, and workforce distribution. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The results of the study show that partnership management is carried out by building fostered partners that are strengthened by Islamic principles such as deliberation, mutual assistance in goodness, and communication based on qoulan sadida, baligha, ma'rufa, karima, layyinan, and masyura. Cooperation is evaluated periodically to ensure the effectiveness of the program and as a basis for developing cooperation in the following year
PENGEMBANGAN METODE ANALISIS PERFORMA SALURAN UDARA TEGANGAN EKSTRA TINGGI (SUTET) 500kV TERHADAP SAMBARAN PETIR STUDI KASUS : SALURAN UDARA TEGANGAN EKSTRA TINGGI 500kV CAWANG BARU – BEKASI
This study evaluates the performance of the 500 kV Cawang Baru–Bekasi Extra High Voltage Transmission Line (SUTET) under lightning-induced impulse voltages. Given Indonesia’s high lightning density, lightning strikes were modeled probabilistically using Monte Carlo simulations based on FALLS data (2018–2024). The model achieved good accuracy (MAPE: 14% for strike probability, 12% for density, and 7% for current probability). Tower vulnerability was classified into three categories based on lightning density (N_g). Key factors causing impulse voltage to exceed BIL—triggering back flashover—include lightning current magnitude, ground resistance, and tower inductance. Findings highlight the need for optimizing grounding systems and lightning protection through probabilistic analysis to enhance transmission reliability

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU PADA SEKOLAH SMK SETIA BUDI BINJAI
Riset ini berorientasi untuk menganalisis dampak gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Setia Budi Binjai. Kepemimpinan transformasional yang mengakomodasi dimensi idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration dipersepsikan berpotensi mengkonstruksi atmosfer kerja yang kondusif bagi akselerasi motivasi guru. Penelitian mengoperasionalisasikan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sekaligus sampel berjumlah 40 guru melalui teknik total sampling. Akuisisi data diimplementasikan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis melalui regresi linier sederhana dan verifikasi hipotesis disertai uji normalitas, linearitas, serta homogenitas. Output penelitian menunjukkan nilai t_hitung sebesar 6,255 lebih superior dibandingkan t_tabeI pada threshold signifikan 0,05 yaitu 2,028, sehingga H₀ direjeksi dan H_a terakuisisi. Temuan empiris tersebut menegaskan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Implikasi riset ini mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional secara konsisten dapat mengoptimalkan komitmen dan performa guru, serta menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan sekolah untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di SMK Setia Budi Binja
MENANGKAL RADIKALISE DIGITAL PADA GENERASI Z
The digital paradox phenomenon among Indonesia's Generation Z shows that despite having unlimited access to information, their vulnerability to digital extremism remains high. Low levels of critical literacy and a lack of meaning in their search for identity make Gen Z susceptible to provocative narratives that offer identity and purpose in life. This study confirms that internalizing the values of Tawassuth (Islamic moderation) can serve as an ethical and cognitive foundation for enhancing digital resilience. The principles of Tawazun (balance), I'tidal (justice), Tasamuh (tolerance), and Tabayyun (clarification) are strongly relevant to critical digital literacy competencies in identifying misinformation and extremist propaganda. These values serve as an ethical "operating system" that helps Gen Z respond to digital content in a healthy and responsible manner. IMPLEMENTASI SUPERVISI MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KEPEMIMPINAN INSTRUKSIONAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PROSES PEMBELAJARAN
This study aims to analyze the implementation of principals’ managerial supervision and instructional leadership in improving the quality of the learning process. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies conducted at educational institutions that have consistently implemented supervision and teacher development programs. Data analysis was carried out thematically using an interactive model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the systematic implementation of principals’ managerial supervision through planning, organizing, implementation, and program evaluation plays a significant role in enhancing the orderliness of instructional administration, compliance with academic standards, and teachers’ professional responsibility. In addition, principals’ instructional leadership is reflected in their active involvement in supervising the learning process, conducting classroom observations, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating teachers’ professional development. The synergy between managerial supervision and instructional leadership contributes significantly to the improvement of the quality of the learning process, making it more structured, interactive, and oriented toward continuous improvement
PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PJBL) DI SEKOLAH DASAR
This study was motivated by the low social skills of students in the Social Science (IPAS) subject in Grade III at UPT SDN 010 Siabu. One of the solutions to overcome this problem was the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, and improvement of students’ social skills through the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in Grade III students of UPT SDN 010 Siabu in the 2024/2025 academic year, consisting of 21 students. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings, which included the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation and documentation using observation sheets of teacher and student activities as well as social skills observation sheets. The data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results showed that students’ social skills in the IPAS subject improved after the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. In the first cycle, students’ social skills were in the “fair” category with an average score of 77, where 13 students achieved mastery with a classical completeness of 62%. In the second cycle, students’ social skills increased to the “good” category with an average score of 84, where 18 students achieved mastery with a classical completeness of 86%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model can improve students’ social skills in the IPAS subject for Grade III at UPT SDN 010 Siabu
WALIMAT AL-’URSY PERSPEKTIF WAHBAH AZ-ZUHAILI DALAM AL-FIQH AL-ISLĀM WA ADILLATUHU
Abstrak
Walimat al-’urs merupakan salah satu tradisi penting dalam pelaksanaan pernikahan umat Islam yang memiliki dimensi hukum, sosial, dan religius. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep walimat al-’urs menurut Wahbah az-Zuhaili sebagaimana tertuang dalam karyanya Al-Fiqh al-Islām wa Adillatuhu, serta mengkaji relevansinya dengan hukum perkawinan di Indonesia, khususnya Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif-yuridis melalui studi pustaka terhadap sumber-sumber fikih klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Wahbah az-Zuhaili memandang walimat al-’urs sebagai sunnah mu’akkadah yang berfungsi menegaskan keabsahan pernikahan, menumbuhkan rasa syukur, dan memperkuat relasi sosial dalam masyarakat. Konsep ini memiliki titik temu dengan hukum positif Indonesia yang mengakui walimah sebagai bagian dari praktik sosial keagamaan, meskipun tidak diatur secara normatif. Dengan demikian, walimat al-’urs dapat dipahami sebagai instrumen penguatan nilai-nilai spiritual dan sosial dalam institusi perkawinan Islam.
 
KOLABORASI ORANG TUA DAN GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONALITAS PENDIDIK PAUD
Collaboration between parents and teachers is a strategic component in enhancing the professionalism of early childhood educators. In early childhood education, teacher professionalism is shaped not only by pedagogical competence but also by the ability to build partnerships with parents as the primary learning environment for children. This literature-based study analyzes various forms of parent–teacher collaboration and their contribution to improving teacher professionalism in early childhood education. The findings indicate that effective collaboration involves two-way communication, joint planning of learning activities, parent involvement in school programs, and the use of parental feedback to improve teacher capacity. Such synergy supports the development of pedagogical, social, personal, and professional competencies. The study concludes that partnership-oriented approaches rooted in trust, communication, and active participation are essential to improving PAUD educational quality
DAMPAK PERCERAIAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN ANAK
This study aims to analyze the impact of parental divorce on the fulfillment of children’s rights and obligations, particularly concerning the rights to financial support, education, care, and protection after divorce. This research employs a normative legal research method with a qualitative approach, focusing on the examination of legal norms governing parental obligations and the protection of children’s rights following divorce. The approaches used include statutory and conceptual approaches by reviewing relevant laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and previous studies related to children’s rights after divorce. The legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed using a qualitative-descriptive method. The results of the study indicate that, juridically, divorce does not eliminate parents’ obligations toward their children, as stipulated in the Marriage Law, the Compilation of Islamic Law, and child protection regulations. However, in practice, various problems are still found in fulfilling children’s rights after divorce. The findings reveal that the obligation to provide child support is often not carried out optimally, the fulfillment of children’s educational rights is hindered, child care tends to be borne by only one parent, and children’s psychological protection is weakened due to post-divorce conflicts. Therefore, parental divorce has a real impact on the neglect of children’s fundamental rights, highlighting the need to increase parents’ legal awareness, strengthen the active role of the courts, and enhance law enforcement to ensure the fulfillment of children’s rights and their best interests after divorce
