Логистика экспортных поставок из Эквадора
Get PDF[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The development of economic relations with countries in the Asia-Pacific region, and improving the efficiency of logistics contacts is one of the most promising directions of trade relations for Russia. Among its trading partners in the Asia-Pacific region Ecuador occupies an important place. The authors’ analysis gives a fairly clear picture of transport channels (sea and air) and costly mechanisms in the supply chain used by shippers and transiters of Ecuadorian products. It is proposed to use the concept of «logistics laws» to search for options to reduce costs in the supply chain of goods exported to Russia from this Latin American country. Предлагается использовать концепцию «законов логистики» для поиска вариантов снижения издержек в цепях поставок товаров, экспортируемых в Россию из латиноамериканской страны. Tariffs for transportation of coal by rail and transport (rail) component in the final price of this type of fuel were analyzed. It is shown how the railway tariffs and the transportation distance affect the competitiveness of the Russian coal industry. As an embodiment of methodology authors demonstrate initiated pilot project at Moscow railway. It is based on modeling of personnel management processes at the level of regional corporate center, development of regulations, standards, process management algorithms. Testing of the model promises a positive result. В его основе моделирование процессов управления персоналом на уровне регионального корпоративного центра, разработка регламентов, стандартов алгоритмов процессного управления. Get PDF[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The author proceeds from the fact that human-saving efforts, technically sound and environmentally efficient measures to reduce accident rate on roads (and especially on country roads) can bring the expected results only if there is a well-established system of accident prediction. These prediction methods should take into account the impact of a complex of factors, including the time of the day, traffic intensity, features of road environment and other significant aspects of the transport process. In the present study the focus is put on dependence of traffic accidents on the period of the day, the nature of day, night and twilight hours of a calendar cycle. Keywords: roads, time of traffic, accident rate, consequences of road accidents, human factor, forecasting, prevention.Автор исходит из того, что человекосберегающие усилия, технически рациональные и экологически эффективные меры по снижению аварийности на автодорожных трассах (и прежде всего загородных) могут принести ожидаемые результаты лишь при наличии четко отлаженной системы прогнозирования ДТП. При этом методы прогноза должны учитывать влияние комплекса факторов, включая время суток, интенсивность движения, особенности дорожной среды и другие значимые стороны транспортного процесса. В представленном исследовании акцент делается на зависимости дорожно-транспортных происшествий от периода суток, характера дневных, ночных и сумеречных часов того или иного календарного цикла
