Get PDFFor the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version).ABSTRACT In the article the questions connected with the choice of rational parameters of the vibration protection structures of the metro t rack superstructure are considered. Results of an assessment of ways to increase the efficiency of vibroprotective properties of blocks LVT-M are given. Proposals are made to improve the methodology for such an assessment, which should take into greater account the deformation characteristics of the track, the structural features of the tunnel and other structures in the metro zone. Particular emphasis is placed on the importance of using materials which dynamic stiffness is slightly higher than the static in the range of the studied frequencies of 2-63 Hz. Приведены результаты оценки способов повышения эффективности виброзащитных свойств блоков LVT-М. Даны предложения по совершенствованию методики такой оценки, которая должна в большей мере учитывать деформационные характеристики пути, конструкционные особенности тоннеля и других сооружений в метрозоне. Особый акцент сделан на важности применения материалов, динамическая жесткость которых незначительно выше статической в диапазоне исследуемых частот 2-63 Гц

The author argues that historical retrospective analysis proves the relationship between transport and transportation developments and economic and demographic situation. The developed graph model also can be used as a proof of positive influence of transport on economic development of countries and societies, in the growth of populations’ well-being thanks to extended customer choice. The author highlights the evident contributions of both passenger and freight transportation. Отмечено, что не только грузовой, но и пассажирский транспорт играют в этом свою несомненную роль

The object and area of research is the subsystem of material-technical supply at the operating domain of Kuibyshev Railway in the system of economic management of JSC Russian Railways. At the same time, the improved methodology for calculating the standard of production stocks is demonstrated, which excludes unreasonable decentralized purchases, reduces maintenance of inventories, operational costs of accompanying supplies of material assets, as well as operational, depreciation and tax expenses of the regional departments of Samara Directorate of Material-Technical Supply. Methods and technical solutions in the field of rail track monitoring based on aerospace technologies are shown. The results of the experimental operation of cars with an axial load of 27 tf / axis are presented, which included tracking the dynamics of the geometric parameters of the track and adjacent territories using tele-shooting using a drone (quadrocopter-drone). Get PDF[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT It was found in the course of the study that oscillations of the vehicle wheelset’s angular velocity during braking should be recognized as the principal cause of rail corrugation. Over a single period, two alternating events occur: an elastic interaction between the wheel and the rail, and their slipping relative to each other causing friction and formation of a valley. The wavelength of corrugation wear increases with the increase of the train speed and the value of the braking torque. In order to reduce the intensity of wear, the track stiffness should be increased, the braking torque reduced, and the suspension’s parameters optimized. При этом за один период происходит попеременно два события - упругое взаимодействие колеса и рельса и проскальзывание их относительно друг друга, из-за чего возникает трение и образуется впадина. Длина волны волнообразного износа увеличивается с увеличением скорости движения поезда, величины тормозного момента. Для снижения интенсивности износа рекомендуется увеличивать жёсткость рельсового пути, уменьшать тормозной момент и подбирать оптимальные параметры подвески

When using BIM-technology, the changes made are automatically synchronized and updated for all participants in the process. The review and the comparative analysis of the software complexes realizing a design task: Revit and Tekla is executed. The Revit program has a large number of building element libraries. There are no such libraries for bridges, so special tools are needed, the creation of which requires considerable effort and time. The Tekla program offers a large library of useful elements, a functional interface for designing nodes and convenient means of generating custom extensions. Выполнены обзор и сравнительный анализ программных комплексов, реализующих проектное задание: Revit и Tekla. Программа Revit имеет большое количество библиотек элементов для зданий. Для мостов таких библиотек нет, поэтому нужны специальные средства, создание которых требует немалых усилий и времени. Программа Tekla предлагает большую библиотеку пригодных элементов, функциональный интерфейс для проектирования узлов и удобные средства формирования пользовательских расширений

The advantages of inland waterway transport (low costs for transportation of bulk cargoes, low expenses for maintenance and repair of infrastructure, environmental friendliness, safety) are actualized in the justification of the expediency of transferring part of the cargo flows from bulk cargoes to land transport. The results of calculations of the multiplicative effect are presented on the example of the project of the development of water transport in the river basins of the European part of Russia are given. Актуализированы преимущества внутреннего водного транспорта (малые издержки при перевозке навалочных грузов, низкие расходы на содержание и ремонт инфраструктуры, экологичность, безопасность) при обосновании целесообразности передачи ему части грузопотоков навалочных грузов с наземных видов транспорта. Приведены результаты расчётов мультипликативного эффекта на примере проекта развития водного транспорта в речных бассейнах европейской части России
