Particularly, the authors suggest organization structure of current track maintenance, substantiate approaches to provision of track sections and local repair shops with track machinery, equipment and tools, arrangement of the number and locations of repair shops responsible for maintenance and repairing of track machinery and locomotives, of other technical equipment. Определено количество и места размещения мастерских на линии ВСМ-2, к функциям которых отнесены обслуживание и ремонт путевых машин и приписанных локомотивов, а также остальной используемой техники

The uniqueness of this road was that, as an object of the urban environment of the capital city, it should have an architectural ensemble of buildings, railway stations, infrastructure facilities, bridges, suitable for status purposes, and carry out passenger and freight traffic that meet the needs of the population. The article shows the main stages of project implementation, features of architectural solutions, a retrospective of development of the ring railway system up to the present day, including the largest reconstruction and modernization works of recent years. The analysis of the contradictions of the interests of science and business in modern Russian conditions is carried out. The shortcomings of scientific organizations (research institutes and universities) are revealed in terms of conformity of their efforts with the conjuncture of innovative inquiries. The key factors that limit the interaction of science and business in carrying out research and development work are identified. An alternative model of cooperation between scientific organizations and business transport enterprises is proposed, based on the expansion of communications and the organization of technological brokerage, taking into account the mutual interests of both sides. The generality of the accompanying tasks, solutions and synergy of their implementation are declared in the system of priorities of Total Quality Management (TQM) and modern innovation and communication technologies on the example of large, structurally heterogeneous, logistically complex infrastructural systems of the transport industry. The authors set a goal to show why these provisions acquire special significance precisely for infrastructure transport and logistics structures, where the price of risk, error, insufficient protection of information is too great. On the example of transport education, the authors of the article show how the Bologna model has violated the traditional forms of education, how school and university programs are combined in content and time, what impact is imposed by all of this on the specificity of the disciplines studied. At the same time, the role of educational standards, international and industry requirements is assessed, the issue of professional-public examination of the quality of education with the participation of employers and in the interests of the transport industry is raised. The discrepancy between the lengths of stopping points and the incoming traffic of buses is determined. Proposals are made to improve the quality of passenger transportation, taking into account safety intervals at bus stops and optimizing the routes of urban public transport, private buses and fixed-route taxis.
