The authors analyzed the state policy, studied the experience of foreign countries in the field of automotive industry regulation, as well as the dynamics of changes in the industry within the WTO. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the prospects for automakers are defined, measures of public support and participation in development of the automotive industry, including creation of special economic zones, investment policy, and customs control are justified. Get PDFFor the English full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version).ABSTRACT The article deals with the problems of using steganography methods for transmitting data. The authors justify their approach by arguing that the importance of cryptography in terms of transfer of hidden data i s obvious, however, being cryptographic, coded information maintains potential threat with the mere existence of an encrypted message, that is, an indication that it is necessary to apply cryptanalysis. With the help of steganography, mathematical methods are constructed that deprive the carrier of the potential threat of these prompts. The article proposes to transmit data encoded into a QR code, pre-masking it. In particular, for reliability of restoring the «original», it is proposed to solve the same problem by different methods through iteration using linear systems, the Radon transform, the boundary problem for the Poisson equation, and beyond this, methods based on probability theory. The advantages of this option include the possibility of using modern computer tools and software developed in the field of various types of tomography and in mathematical physics, while slightly modifying them. Get PDF[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT In real conditions, the schedule of transport maintenance of production facilities is very often violated, inter-operative downtime of technical equipment, of vehicles of cargo loading and unloading operations, production units and rolling stock arises. The authors propose to move towards the adaptive form of the schedule of organization of transportation through a dynamic transport task with delays in the network setting. The main criterion for optimization is establishing of minimum transport and production costs. The article presents a methodology for calculating the cost parameters needed to solve the task. The methodology allows to determine the cost of the components of the transport process, characteristic of the metallurgical plant. The calculation of cost coefficients is presented using the example of transportation required by the blast furnace shop. Авторы предлагают перейти к адаптивной форме графика организации перевозок посредством динамической транспортной задачи с задержками в сетевой постановке. Основной критерий оптимизации - минимальные транспортно- производственные расходы. В статье представлена методика расчёта стоимостных параметров, позволяющая определить затраты на компоненты транспортного процесса, характерные для металлургического комбината. Приведён расчёт стоимостных коэффициентов на примере перевозок, необходимых доменному цеху

ABSTRACT The book is devoted to the history of development of passenger aircrafts from the beginning of their appearance until the mid-1970s. The book tells how the first passenger aircrafts appeared and civil aviation became more and more in demand, which was intended to master the previously inaccessible long-distance routes, to turn into an independent powerful mode of transport, with its specific infrastructure, intercontinental transportation system, and the rapidly developing aircraft industry. The main stages and vectors of development of civil aircrafts are traced, evolution of their design, technical and economic characteristics is shown. The author focuses particularly on the growing level of comfort and safety of passenger aircrafts from the beginning of the commercial use of airlines. The work is intended for a wide range of people interested in the history of aviation. The results of the experimental identification of the static and dynamic parameters of the damping material of elastic elements of a multi-mass system are shown. The influence of geometric dimensions and temperature factors on the elastic-hysteresis properties of damping elements is determined. The energy analysis of the obtained data is carried out. The use of the obtained experimental data as input parameters of the designed damping element of the over-axle box unit of a freight car is proposed. Предложено использование полученных экспериментальных данных в качестве входных параметров проектируемого демпфирующего элемента надбуксового узла грузового вагона. On the basis of foreign experience, reasonable intervention of the state in the activities of participants in electronic document management is justified. According to the author, balanced, scientifically based control by the state over organization of the electronic document management is necessary in Russia as well, because the situation in managing the economy and especially transport needs more stringent office work and establishment of legal and regulatory framework in this area.
