Get PDFThe main feature of activity of an operator of X-ray introscope is that it is carried out not with a real object, but with its information model. The authors propose a variant of a multiparameter evaluation of professional work of an operator- introscopist taking into account perception specificity of visual information from the monitor screen. This method facilitates the creation of certification programs, conducting tests of knowledge in the field of transport safety, as well as the choice of evaluation criteria and principles of simulation of training tools.Главная особенность деятельности оператора рентгенотелевизионного интроскопа состоит в том, что она осуществляется не с реальным объектом, а его информационной моделью. Авторами журнальной публикации предложен вариант многопараметрической оценки профессиональной операторской работы интроскописта с учетом специфики восприятия визуальной информации с экрана монитора. Этот метод облегчает создание аттестационных программ, проведение тестирования знаний в области транспортной безопасности, а также выбор оценочных критериев и принципов моделирования обучающих средств

Get PDFA variant of the integration of international transport and transport-technological system of Southern Federal District is proposed with account of development strategy of inland water transport of Russia until 2030. Alternative directions of traffic and transshipment of containers are shown using the example of containers of «river-sea» type and economic effect of their use subject to ports and enterprises of Southern Federal District is calculated. The article highlights perspective of transport and logistics service of transit, outbound and inbound freight flows in the presence of state-controlled single control center that has regional branches.Предложен вариант интеграции международных перевозок и транспортно-коммуникационной системы Южного федерального округа с учетом стратегии развития внутреннего водного транспорта России до 2030 года. Показаны альтернативные направления движения и перегрузки контейнеров с помощью контейнеровозов типа «река-море» и рассчитан экономический эффект от их использования применительно к портам и предприятиям федерального округа. Подчеркивается перспективность транспортно-логистического обслуживания транзитных, выходящих и входящих грузопотоков при наличии контролируемого государством единого управляющего центра, имеющего региональные филиалы

Get PDFThis published review article shows that diesel engines of the first post World II generation were characterized by inherent structural deficiencies of new developments, unfinished ideas. The results of studies carried out in that period are considered, technical solutions taken at that time are critically analyzed, including those that aimed at addressing identified problems. The analysis allowed the authors, in particular, to draw conclusions that there were brands of used metals, wear resistance and fatigue strength of cast iron, features of bearing fillets, cylinder block group, the quality of welded joints that had fundamental importance for that generation of diesel engines. As follows from the obtained data, engine components are not equivalent in their impact on its reliability and working life, form a certain hierachy as for their importance for design of the engine structure as a system.В публикуемой обзорной статье показано, что для тепловозных дизелей первого послевоенного поколения были характерны свойственные новым разработкам конструкционные недостатки, незавершенные идеи. Рассмотрены результаты исследований, выполненных в тот период, проанализированы с критических позиций принятые в то время технические решения, в том числе нацеленные и на устранение выявленных проблем. Как вытекает из полученных данных, узлы двигателя неравнозначны по влиянию на его безотказность и ресурс, образуют свои уровни по значимости, «месту» в конструкции дизеля как системы

Get PDFIn the article the author assesses the impact of current reform of Russian railways on locomotive complex, where dramatic changes occur. The most challenging of them is shifting locomotive park service functions to private service organizations. In line with the prevailing trends, the author describes his groundwork (block diagram and aspects of work) to create an Automatical system of locomotive set reliability control (ASUNT). Simultaneously, criteria important for system building of service maintenance and monitoring of technical state of rolling stock are justified. In the analysis mathematical techniques are used, theoretical and methodological materials, quality management standards are reflected.В статье оценивается влияние идущей на железных дорогах России реформы на локомотивный комплекс, в котором происходят кардинальные изменения. Наиболее актуальное из них – перевод локомотивного парка на сервисное обслуживание в частные компании. В русле сложившихся тенденций автор описывает свои наработки (структурную схему и направление работ) по созданию автоматизированной системы управления надежностью тепловозов. Одновременно обосновываются критерии, важные для системных построений сервисного обслуживания и мониторинга технического состояния подвижного состава. В анализе используется математический аппарат, находят отражение теоретические и методические материалы, стандарты управления качеством

Get PDFTo get an objective assessment of the actual technical condition of a bridge, a mathematical model of the wear of artificial structures is designed. Weilbull law has appeared to be the best instrument between all studied laws of distribution that could be used to describe wear function. The model assesses the technical condition and its prediction in relation to the operating artificial structures on railways. The proposed design scheme, and graphs of wear function of bridge structures create conditions that will ensure maximum reliability of superstructures with a minimum of support costs.Чтобы получить объективную оценку фактического технического состояния моста, строится математическая модель износа искусственного сооружения. На основании проведенного анализа из всех рассмотренных законов распределения в качестве оптимального для функции износа выбирается закон Вейбулла. С помощью модели производится оценка технического состояния и его прогнозирование применительно к эксплуатируемым на железных дорогах искусственным сооружениям. Предлагаемая расчетная схема, используемые графики функций износа мостовых конструкций создают условия, позволяющие обеспечить максимум надежности пролетных строений при минимуме поддерживающих затрат

Get PDFResearch of wave regime and transformation of waterside relief in the coastal area of intense destruction of the road Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk – Okha, started in 2007, was continued in 2012–2013. Three detailed bottom bathymetric surveys were conducted, one of which showed a significant relief change. Comparison of the results of regular surveys and analysis of synoptic situation led to the conclusion that the most noticeable changes occur in autumn and winter periods, when the energy of cyclones attains maximum level, and it must be considered to ensure the safety of traffic on the Trans-Sakhalin road.Исследования волнового режима и трансформации прибрежного рельефа в районе интенсивного разрушения автомобильной дороги Южно-Сахалинск – Оха, начатые в 2007 году, были продолжены и в 2012–2013 годах. Проведены три подробные донные батиметрические съемки, одна из которых показала существенное изменение рельефа. Сравнение результатов регулярных съемок и анализ синоптической обстановки позволили заключить, что наиболее заметные изменения происходят в осеннее-зимний период, когда энергия циклонов максимальна, и это необходимо учитывать для обеспечения безопасности движения по транссахалинской автодороге

Get PDFThe harsh climate of the country imposes stringent requirements for all structures of equipment operated on rail transport. One of the adverse events is the formation of ice, fraught with increasing mechanical load on the structural elements of traction network, breach of electrical contact between the wire and the current collector, followed by arcing and burnout of trolley lines. Deicing on trolley lines and power lines is made by electrical, chemical and mechanical means. There are some negative aspects in the application of these methods: annealing danger, damage and deformation of wires, high energy consumption, low productivity, incomplete removal of ice. Many scientists deal with improvement of deicing methods with varying success throughout the time of electrification of railways. On the basis of performed tests the authors propose the use of a special durable coating to inhibit the formation of ice.Суровый климат страны предъявляет жесткие требования ко всем конструкциям эксплуатируемого оборудования на железнодорожном транспорте. К одному из неблагоприятных явлений относится образование гололеда, чреватое увеличением механической нагрузки на элементы конструкций тяговой сети, нарушением электрического контакта между проводом и токоприемником с последующим появлением электрической дуги и пережогом контактных проводов. Борьба с гололедом на проводах контактной сети и линий электропередач производится электрическими, химическими и механическими способами. Совершенствованием борьбы с гололедом с переменным успехом занимаются на протяжении всего времени электрификации железных дорог многие ученые. На основе проведенных испытаний авторами предлагается применение специального долговечного покрытия, препятствующего образованию гололеда

Particular attention is given to an innovative study course in English, which is developed by the author, «Passenger rail transport: Economics and Management» and methods of its teaching with account for growing requirements as for the competence of personnel.Современная железнодорожная отрасль нуждается в экономистах и менеджерах, владеющих иностранными языками, имеющих оперативный доступ к новым знаниям, оригинальным источникам информации и безбарьерному общению в профессиональных мировых сетях. Повышение качества подготовки таких специалистов расширит зону согласования интересов отрасли и высших учебных заведений. Особое внимание уделено при этом разработанному автором инновационному учебному курсу на английском языке «Passenger rail transport: Economics and Management» и методике его преподавания с учетом растущих требований к компетенциям персонала и вызовов времени
