Get PDFInternational transit as a unique form of transport services’ export is of particular importance for the country. Priority is the development of international economic relations between Europe and Asia, with a tendency of further growth. The author explores the competitive space of transit traffic through Russian transport communications. Comprehensive analysis of various trends and options for long-term predictions allowed the author to determine potential cargo flows on overland corridors of the Russian Federation, currently directed by maritime routes bypassing its territory. Special importance of rail transport in ensuring the development of foreign economic relations and international trade has been justified, need to create new overland transport corridors has been actualized.Международный транзит как своеобразная форма экспорта транспортных услуг имеет особое значение для России. Приоритетным направлением является развитие международных хозяйственных связей между странами Европы и Азии, имеющих тенденцию дальнейшего роста. Автор исследует конкурентное пространство транзитных перевозок. Комплексный анализ различных трендов и вариантов долгосрочных прогнозов позволил определить потенциальные объемы грузопотоков по сухопутным коридорам РФ, в данный момент направленных по морским маршрутам в обход ее территории. Обоснована растущая роль железнодорожного транспорта в обеспечении внешнеэкономических связей и развитии международной торговли, актуализирована необходимость в создании новых наземных транспортных коридоров

Alma mater symbols play identification, programming and cognitive role in the involvment of the students. Young people perceive through these symbols their belonging to a socially significant group, adapt to a certain selfprogramming using visual sense from the proposed images. It represents further personal development, future profession. This means that the symbols can communicate between educational brand and personality of a student.Автором обозначена актуальная проблема в коммуникативном пространстве образовательного бренда. В осознании причастности студентов к своей alma mater символы играют идентификационную, программирующую и когнитивную роли. Молодой человек посредством них воспринимает свою принадлежность к социально значимой группе, настраивается на некое самопрограммирование с помощью видимого в предложенных образах смысла. Get PDFThe article contains multiple criteria model developed on the basis of analytic networks method(ANM) and the description of this intelligent system for risk management, developed on its basis.ANM can be used to solve a wide range of decision-making tasks. It allows working with difficultly formalizable, multicriteria problems with mutual influence of criteria and alternatives. ANM is the development of a method of hierarchies’ analysis and provides estimates of priority of all elements of network structure with respect to the intended target in the presence of mutual influences and feedbacks.Intelligent system, developed on the basis of the method of analytic networks includes a database, a set of procedures for processing expert preferences, as well as block of methods of statistical analysis for extracting knowledge. Knowledge in the system is used to solve problems of forecasting, to identify the relationship between criteria and other elements of the problem,as well as expert judgments to check for consistency.The example under consideration shows analytical multicriteria risk assessment model related to output of different kinds of artificial fiber for products used in transport industry.В статье представлены многокритериальная модель, разработанная на основе метода аналитических сетей (МАС), и интеллектуальная система управления рисками. МАС является развитием метода анализа иерархий и позволяет получить оценки приоритетности всех элементов сетевой структуры относительно заданной цели при наличии взаимных влияний и обратных связей. Интеллектуальная система включает базу данных, широкий набор процедур обработки экспертных предпочтений, а также блок статистического анализа данных, предназначенный для извлечения знаний. Знания используются для решения задач прогнозирования, выявления взаимоотношений между критериями и другими элементами задачи, проверки экспертных суждений на непротиворечивость. В рассматриваемом примере показана аналитическая многокритериальная модель оценки риска в процессе выпуска различных видов искусственного волокна для транспортной отрасли

Get PDFRelevance of interaction problems between rail and sea transport is primarily connected with market environment of the economy, competition, tariff policy, investment resources. In Kazakhstan, due to the presence of sea port Aktau and two international transport corridors passing through the country principles of multimodality acquire a special meaning and are implemented using logistic resources and development of design methods of integrated staged development of multimodal network, including effective alternatives providing for the situation when the shape and capacity of the current system are changing. The authors substantiate three stages, which are of strategic importance for national and regional economics.Актуальность проблем взаимодействия железнодорожного и морского транспорта связана прежде всего с рыночной средой экономики, конкурентной борьбой, тарифной политикой, инвестиционными ресурсами. В условиях Казахстана при наличии торгового морского порта Актау и двух проходящих по территории страны международных транспортных коридоров принципы мультимодальности приобретают особый смысл и реализуются с помощью логистических ресурсов и разработки методов проектирования комплексного этапного развития мультимодальной сети, в том числе за счет формирования области эффективных альтернатив при изменении облика и мощности действующей системы. Weighted mean value of mathematical expectation of the arrival of goods to finite logistics link and of mathematical expectation of delivery time constitute an objective function of the model. The expenses of a company are equated to managerial impact.Теоретически обосновывается модель организации управления контейнерной компанией в логистической цепи на примере из четырех звеньев. В качестве целевой функции используется взвешенное среднее математическое ожидание сохранности груза в конечном логистическом звене и математическое ожидание времени доставки. Издержки компании отождествляются с «управляющим воздействием»

Get PDFIn the article the authors evaluate critically the existing calculation method of reliability and durability of rolling stock’s component parts basing on the results of non-destructive control and propose corrections which can make it more effective. Probability of failures at different running time, their empirical correlations were determined taking into account the distribution function. Results of testing of wheel set axles reliability calculations are given at the example of locomotives VL80 using the described technique. For calculations the authors used data obtained during maintenance of electric locomotives at locomotive depots of Privolzhskaya railway in 2010-2011. The calculations show that the running time to failure of wheel set axles obeys an exponential distribution law, the failure rate is constant, which means that the deterioration of their technical condition with increasing operating time of up to 4.5 million km does not occur, and failures are of random (sudden) character.В статье изложена методика расчёта показателей безотказности и долговечности деталей подвижного состава по результатам неразрушающего контроля. Апробация ее осуществлена на примере осей колесных пар электровозов ВЛ80. Для расчетов использовались данные, полученные при проведении технического обслуживания электровозов в локомотивных депо Приволжской железной дороги в 2010-2011 гг. Из полученных материалов следует, что наработка до отказа осей колесных пар подчиняется экспоненциальному закону распределения, интенсивность отказов постоянна, и это не предполагает ухудшения их технического состояния с увеличением наработки в пределах до 4,5 млн км, а сами отказы носят случайный (внезапный) характер

The article contains the description of adaptive mechanism and comparative analysis of static and adaptive mechanisms to provide resources through simulation models. Moreover it covers such computing figures for models as the average time for request processing, the level of service denial, the significance of general application of system resources with different inbound parameters.Статья посвящена особенностям предоставления виртуальных ресурсов в системах, основанных на облачных технологиях, но с учетом выполнения требований QoS. Описан адаптивный механизм, а также проведен сравнительный анализ работы адаптивного и статических механизмов предоставления ресурсов с помощью имитационных моделей. Рассмотрены такие вычислительные показатели для моделей, как среднее время обработки запроса, уровень отказа обслуживания, значение общего использования ресурсов системы при различных входных параметрах
