Get PDFWhen transporting hazardous liquid cargo by rail a need arises not only for immediate protection of people and infrastructure, but also for preventive measures relating to structural, technical features of tank wagons. At the same time improving reliability and safety of vehicles, according to the author, can be realized by the calculated model for damping devices and, in particular, elastomeric coupler draft gear. The objective of the author is to present a mathematical model of an elastomeric draft gear. To do this, the author uses simulation method, analysis, mathematical methods.An issue of traffic safety of tanks is considered. A mathematical model is developed, describing operation of elastomeric draft gear. This model is a dependence of device reaction and deformation rate, taking into account initial straining of a device and properties of working medium. Mathematical model allows for simulation of elastomeric draft gear operation at any options of shunting collision and transient modes of train motion.При перевозке по железной дороге опасных жидких грузов возникает потребность не только в непосредственной защите людей и инфраструктуры, но и в предупреждающих мерах, которые касаются конструкционных, технических особенностей вагонов-цистерн. При этом повысить надежность и безопасность перевозочных средств, по версии автора, поможет расчетная модель для демфирующих устройств и, в частности, эластомерного поглощающего аппарата автосцепки.Рассматривается вопрос обеспечения безопасности движения цистерн. Разработана математическая модель, описывающая работу эластомерного поглощающего аппарата. Данная модель представляет собой зависимость реакции аппарата от его деформации и скорости деформации, с учетом начальной затяжки аппарата и свойств рабочего тела. Она позволяет рассчитать ситуацию при любых вариантах маневрового соударения и переходных режимах движения поезда

Service maintenance in the article is analyzed within the framework of locomotive lifecycle management and on the basis of reliably organized information network. As a decision-making headquarters, the authors consider situation center in which each of action elements has its functions and is evaluated in conjunction with objectives and tasks to improve efficiency of maintenance and repair of rolling stock (equipment of locomotive depot).Как форма и средство технического обслуживания эта система сервиса предназначена для того, чтобы поддерживать рабочий ресурс железнодорожного подвижного состава. Сервисное обслуживание в статье анализируется в рамках управления жизненным циклом локомотива и на основе надежно организованной информационной сети. В качестве штаба, принимающего решения, авторами рассматривается ситуационный центр, в котором каждый из элементов действия имеет свои функции и оценивается в комплексе с целями и задачами по повышению эффективности ТО и ремонта подвижного состава (техники локомотивного депо)

Get PDFThe article is extracted from the issue 30–31 of the journal «Zheleznodorozhnoe delo» (Rail Business) of 1900, pp.225–226. The author, who signed the article by initials A.R., considered that the main problem was related to qualification of rail staff who was often unable to apply the correct rate among a very complicated system of special tariffs. Get PDFA partially non-selective system of protections is proposed, which provides, as well as non-selective system of protections, fault clearing at any point of the zone between substations without specified time, but with a small amount of non-selective disconnections of switches of traction substations. An algorithm for the identification of areas of nonselective disconnections is given. The reliability of the system and possibility of its use as a model are justified.Предлагается частично-неселективная система защит, обеспечивающая, как и неселективная система, отключение короткого замыкания в любой точке межподстанционной зоны без выдержки времени, но при незначительном количестве неселективных отключений выключателей тяговых подстанций.
