Get PDFLogistical approaches to organization of passenger transportation in Russia have taken practical shape quite recently. Basic terms of passenger logistics continue to be formed and still are interpreted differently. To ensure effective work in this area it is necessary to formulate common concepts and describe distinctive features of transportation, organized on the basis of logistic principles. The article deals with concepts such as territorial mobility of population, mobility of passengers, logistics of passenger transportation, logistic chain of passenger movement, passenger transport system, multi-modal transportation in passenger traffic, intermodal transportation in passenger traffic.Логистические подходы к организации пассажирских перевозок в России начали применять сравнительно недавно. Основные термины пассажирской логистики продолжают формироваться и толкуются до сих пор по-разному. Для обеспечения эффективной работы в этой сфере должны быть сформулированы единые понятия и описаны отличительные особенности перевозок, организуемых на базе логистических принципов. Get PDFApplication of non-contact soft regulation for electric train requires control of traction drive taking into account the restrictions on longitudinal dynamics, i. e. the intensity of increase in traction of train’s acceleration when it starts moving. This task is solved in a control system using a master element that implements restrictions on the intensity of acceleration growth. A block diagram is shown that provides the implementation of this criterion on digital elements.Применение плавного бесконтактного регулирования для электропоездов требует управления тяговым приводом с учетом ограничений по продольной динамике, то есть по интенсивности нарастания силы тяги ускорения поезда при его трогании. Эта задача решается в системе управления с помощью задающего элемента, реализующего ограничения по интенсивности нарастания ускорения. Приведена блок-схема, обеспечивающая реализацию этого критерия на цифровых элементах

Get PDFLocated in the center of the Eurasian continent, being an important link of a transcontinental bridge between Asia and Europe, and having a sufficient transit capacity Kazakhstan continues to take efforts to implement it while organizing freight delivery from China to Russia and Europe. In terms of transit potential of the country, the transit volume is not high enough today. This is due to the fact that available transport and logistics infrastructure cannot to full extent serve and meet the country’s logistical needs for the total transit volume. Hence, there is an urgency of solving the tasks aimed at development of transport and logistics infrastructure, in particular at formation of a rational interaction system between all modes of transport, at development of systems of transport and logistics centers, representing key components of quality enhancement of transport complex of the republic as a whole. The article considers existing approaches as well as strategic projects with regard to solution of above problems.С точки зрения имеющихся потенциальных возможностей страны объемы казахстанского транзита на сегодняшний день недостаточно высоки. Это связано с тем, что существующая транспортно-логистическая инфраструктура пока не в состоянии обслужить и удовлетворить растущие логистические потребности. Get PDFThe reliability of the transportation process, as well as the railway infrastructure capacity are provided by the organizational and technical complex. The objective of the authors is to review levels of organizational reliability of the transportation process in Russia regarding railways, to study different dependences, management levels and algorithms of the work of employees as a result of the deep reforming of the sector, using economic evaluation, general scientific methods, comparison. Reliability of transportation depends on a set of technical requirements, inherent to railways, but also on other parameters, which ensure satisfaction of customers. Customers are regarded as passengers, consignors, freight forwarders, and the owners of rolling stock. Actions of such contractors must comply with the rules established and adopted by market participants, which focus primarily on maintenance of the transportation process. Reliability is also provided by manufacturing plants that manufacture rolling stock. The article contains examples of new forms of interaction at macro- and micro- (local) of the actors of the rail industry. The authors state that as a result of structural changes rail transport has become a highly competitive environment that links together the various institutions of society and simultaneously adjusts the contradictions between the major sectors of the economy. Given the increasing role of rail traffic in the global economy increase in the reliability of organizational and technical systems at all levels will strengthen the competitive advantages of the national transport system.Надежность перевозочного процесса, как и дееспособность железнодорожной инфраструктуры, обеспечиваются действующим в холдинге «РЖД» организационно-техническим комплексом. Get PDFHarmonic interference of traction current in the power supply system of Moscow Metro is considered. Simulation model of traction power supply system for rolling stock is presented, which was created under MATLAB / Simulink. The results of simulation and experiment on evaluation of harmonic interference of traction current are given. The spectral analysis data were compared with norms for assessment of interfering effect of interference on devices of signaling, centralization and blocking (hereinafter - SCB) and automatic train signaling with automatic speed regulation (hereinafter-ATS ASR). According to the results of modeling and experimental measurements conclusion was drawn that exceeding the traction current at a frequency of 50 Hz is possible.Рассматриваются гармонические помехи тягового тока в системе электроснабжения Московского метрополитена. Представлена имитационная модель системы тягового электроснабжения для подвижного состава, созданная в среде MATLAB/Simulink. Приведены результаты моделирования и эксперимента по оценке гармонических помех тягового тока. Данные спектрального анализа сравнивались с нормами для оценки степени мешающего влияния помех на устройства СЦБ и АЛС-АРС. По результатам моделирования и экспериментальных замеров сделан вывод о возможности превышения тягового тока на частоте 50 Гц

Get PDFTechnical solution is proposed to ensure safe operation of diesel thanks to improved hydraulic drive system of a fan. The achieved cooling effect can eliminate such a negative phenomenon peculiar to hydraulic systems, as hydraulic impact, to avoid damage to pipelines under all application modes of hydraulic drive. The article describes operation principles and design characteristics of a damping device of fan hydraulic drive of locomotive's diesel cooling system. Recommendations regarding its application are suggested.Предложено техническое решение для обеспечения безопасной работы дизеля за счет более совершенной системы гидропривода вентилятора. Достигаемый охлаждающий эффект позволяет устранить столь негативное явление, свойственное гидросистемам, как гидроудар, избегать разрушения трубопроводов при любых режимах использования гидропривода. В статье изложены принцип действия и расчетные характеристики демпфирующего устройства гидропривода вентилятора системы охлаждения дизеля тепловоза. Даны рекомендации к его применению
