No full textThe article briefly evaluates the use of 3D-printing to create size-similar models of rocket and spacecrafts' elements suitable for conditions of aerodynamic ground testing. The practices of NASA regarding generative technology for aerodynamics simulation are considered. The authors built a model using AGARD calibration models, 3D printer Ultra 2 of EnvisionTEC, Digital Light Processing (DLP) and pho-topolymer HTM-140. Next described step was model's fault detection and analyze of roughness of surface layer. The results obtained enable to conclude on the potential of Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology and photopolymer HTM-140, their ability to meet the requirements for not only sub- and transonic modes in a wind tunnel, but also hypersonic.В статье оценивается возможность использования Зп-печати для создания размероподобных моделей элементов ракетно-космической техники, пригодных к условиям наземных аэродинамических испытаний. Get PDFModern single-track lines allow to develop cargo traffic for up to 16–18 million tons net per year in the same direction. However, with significant traffic flow the delay of trains dramatically increases. This reduces service speed, worsens indicators of rolling stock use, causes additional fuel loss, and ultimately increases transportation costs, reduces productivity [1–3]. Then a moment comes when one track cannot master increased flow of goods and there is a need to strengthen the transport capacity [4]. Design traffic and carrying capacity of communications of transport nodes, as well as priorities for building infrastructure are linked to long-term prospects of development of productive forces, regions, foreign trade [5, 6].Due to continuous growth of traffic on Ulaanbaatar railway, problems arise related to selection and economic feasibility of its technical equipment in the future. Consumer demand dictates the conditions, but it also stimulates carriers to improve organization of production and logistic support of goods movement on railways. In particular, this concerns loading / unloading of cars - with greater dependence on stochastic factors. The presence of such dependence leads to non-productive costs, economic losses. The article shows how to optimize distribution of traffic volumes, helping minimizing costs and maximizing revenue growth in the framework of interaction of operating companies and cargo owners.Рынок перевозок тесно связывает экономику и транспортные процессы. Потребительский спрос диктует свои условия, но и он же стимулирует перевозчика к совершенствованию организации производства и логистического сопровождения товародвижения на железных дорогах. В частности, это касается погрузки/разгрузки вагонов - операций, имеющих большую зависимость от стохастических факторов. Наличие такой зависимости приводит к непроизводительным затратам, экономическим потерям. Naturalization of economy occurred primarily in Western Europe, exchange of goods fell sharply. At the same time the geography of communication lines gradually expanded and technical innovations appeared that improved reliability, speed and efficiency of transportation. Thanks to this, nations that used to be on the periphery of the civilized world moved to a broad historical arena, economic, cultural, mental prerequisites were accumulated for further rapid development of commercial capitalism in Europe.Из-за опустошительных набегов «варварских» племен, затронувших большинство древних цивилизаций, перемещение товаров и людей в Средние века (с конца V до XV) резко сократилось. Moscow, Poly Print Service publ., 2014, 280 p. ISBN 978–5–904466–07–7.ABSTRACT OF THE BOOK (translated according to the text published in original Russian version). The monograph is devoted to the study of dynamic interaction of the sectors of economics. Simultaneously with the analysis of the problems of different economic sectors, its author pays special attention to the interaction of the industries with transport sector, first of all with railway, motor-road and road sectors. For the purpose of research on interindustry interaction the author uses a specially designed mathematical model that can be classified as a model of computable general equilibrium. It contains some newly developed blocks describing dynamics of basic production assets, their age structure, and impact of that structure on quality of production and economic efficiency, as well as some other blocks. Special modifications of general model have been developed in order to deeper examine interaction of economic sectors with rail and road transport. The author describes computer based implementation of developed mathematical models, and features of software. The book contains the results of experimental calculations made with the help of the described software.В монографии рассматриваются проблемы динамического взаимодействия отраслей экономики с транспортом, в первую очередь с магистральным железнодорожным и автомобильным. Инструментом исследования выступает математическая модель класса вычислимого общего равновесия. В нее включен ряд блоков, описывающих динамику формирования производственных основных фондов, их возрастной структуры, которая влияет на качество выпускаемой продукции и эффективность экономики. Для более детального изучения ситуации разработаны специальные модификации общей модели. Показаны компьютерная реализация математических подходов, характеристики созданного программного комплекса. Приведены результаты экспериментальных расчетов, выполненных с помощью демонстрируемых средств и механизмов

Get PDFThe article critically evaluates the current system of splitting a single-phase alternating current into a three-phase current, applied on Russian freight electric locomotives of alternating current to power auxiliary circuits. The drawbacks of this system are shown, particularly it was found that the low quality of supply is a major reason for the high number of failures of auxiliary machines and methods used to solve existing problems are not characterized by high efficiency and ease of implementation. The variant is offered, which allows significantly reducing the number of failures using to static phase splitter.Критически оценивается существующая система расщепления однофазного переменного тока в трёхфазный, применяемая на отечественных грузовых электровозах переменного тока для питания вспомогательных цепей. Показаны недостатки такой системы, установлено, что низкое качество питания является основной причиной высокого числа отказов вспомогательных машин, а используемые способы решения сложившейся проблемы не отличаются высокой эффективностью и простотой реализации. Get PDFAnalysis of inner corridors of the national railway network in Kazakhstan, on the basis of which EurAsEC transport routes are formed, is provided. Along them the bulk of cargo and passenger transportation in all kinds of messages is carried out. It is noted that among the main problems there is a high degree of wear of tracks, significantly reducing trains' speed, as well as a large number of single-track sections, limiting the capacity of lines operated. The article indicates directions for development and improvement of the railway infrastructure requiring urgent investment.Анализ состояния внутренних коридоров национальной сети железных дорог Казахстана, на базе которых формируются транспортные маршруты ЕАЭС. По ним осуществляется основной объём перевозок грузов и пассажиров во всех видах сообщений. Отмечается, что среди главных проблем при этом высокая степень износа рельсовых путей, существенно снижающая скорости движения поездов, а также большое количество однопутных участков, ограничивающих пропускную способность эксплуатируемых линий. В статье обозначены направления развития и совершенствования железнодорожной инфраструктуры, требующие первоочередных инвестиционных вложений
