SOCIALIZATION OF MORINGA LEAF PUDDING MAKING AS EFFORT TO PREVENT STUNTING IN BENDO HAMLET
Abstract - Stunting is a major health problem in Indonesia that threatens the quality of future generations. This condition is primarily caused by chronic malnutrition, especially insufficient intake of protein and essential micronutrients. One potential effort to address this issue is the use of moringa leaves, which are highly nutritious and locally available. This study aims to describe the implementation of socialization on moringa leaf pudding as an innovative supplementary food to prevent stunting in Bendo Hamlet. The research employed a Community-Based Research (CBR) approach that involved KKN students, posyandu cadres, PKK mothers, and mothers of toddlers in a participatory process from planning to evaluation. The findings showed improvements in community knowledge about the nutritional benefits of moringa leaves, enhanced skills in preparing pudding, and positive acceptance of the product among children. Acceptance was influenced by the pudding’s soft texture, balanced sweetness, and attractive natural green color. The success of the program was also supported by easy access to raw materials, a simple preparation method, and strong cadre commitment. Thus, moringa leaf pudding can serve as a practical and sustainable local food alternative to help fulfill children’s nutritional needs while strengthening family food security.

Abstrak - Stunting merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang masih menjadi perhatian di Indonesia karena berdampak pada kualitas generasi mendatang. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi kronis, terutama protein dan mikronutrien penting. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai bahan pangan lokal bergizi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi sosialisasi pembuatan puding daun kelor sebagai inovasi pangan tambahan dalam pencegahan stunting di Dusun Bendo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Community-Based Research (CBR) yang melibatkan mahasiswa KKN, kader posyandu, ibu PKK, dan ibu balita secara partisipatif mulai dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai manfaat gizi daun kelor, keterampilan dalam mengolah puding, serta penerimaan positif dari anak-anak terhadap produk tersebut. Faktor penerimaan dipengaruhi oleh tekstur lembut, rasa manis yang seimbang, serta warna hijau alami yang menarik. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini juga didukung oleh kemudahan memperoleh bahan baku, proses pembuatan yang sederhana, serta komitmen kader posyandu dalam melanjutkan praktik. Dengan demikian, puding daun kelor berpotensi menjadi alternatif pangan lokal yang tidak hanya membantu pemenuhan gizi anak, tetapi juga memperkuat ketahanan pangan keluarga serta mendukung upaya berkelanjutan dalam pencegahan stunting.

SPIRITUALITAS SOSIAL DAN BUDAYA JAWA DALAM MEMBANGUN WISATA DESA: STUDI KASUS DESA NGAWONGGO, JAWA TIMUR
The research aims to find propositions in linking aspects of spirituality with the social environment. This action is carried out on the model of the development of tourist destinations in Javanese culture. Tourists have an important role in running the tourism village business sector. This behavior is certainly based on patterns and actions in regulating the mechanism of running village tourism. The existing form of village tourism makes tourists must have interesting characteristics to survive. Until finally this form of tourism development follows the approach of Javanese tradition by emphasizing attitudes that are supported by spirituality. This research uses a qualitative approach, by conducting in-depth interviews with tourists. Tourists have mental strength in making traditions a model of tourism development. Various motives and benefits have been obtained by tourists. Until researchers found a pattern of relationships that make this tour develop quickly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, the results obtained in this study are expected to make a theoretical contribution related to the model of tourism village development that has strong Javanese cultural characteristics. Social spirituality becomes a bridge in the realm of thought of tourists in moving the values of religion then implemented in the development of social values. To give rise to a new concept in interpreting the thoughts of tourists and social actions carried out. In addition, researchers also get three values of social spirituality used, namely, Trust, Believe, and Sincere
Al-Quran dan Sastra: Bagaimana Bahasa Manusia Berjumpa dengan Dimensi Sastrawi Kitab Suci
Peranti-peranti sastra banyak digunakan di dalam al-Quran, seperti keserasian bunyi akhir ayat yang bernada, muatannya yang berisi kisah-kisah, dan cerita-cerita yang dihadirkan menggunakan perumpamaan (tamsil). Di samping itu, ungkapan al-Quran juga banyak menggunakan berbagai gaya bahasa serta makna-makna simbolik ungkapannya yang barangkali bisa teruraikan dengan baik jika ditelaah menggunakan pendekatan sastrawi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan bagaimana teks al-Quran untuk pertama kali ditanggapi, dipersepsi dan diidentifikasi oleh masyarakat Arab pra-Islam. Dan bagaimana pula hubungan antara al-Quran dengan puisi, cerita, serta Islam sendiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan sumber datanya diambil dari berbagai buku, dan sumber pustaka lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini mendedahkan beberapa hal di antaranya: kewajaran identifikasi teks-teks al-Quran sebagai bagian dari teks yang orang-orang Arab telah kenal, yaitu teks sastra. Kendati al-Quran bukan karya sastra, eksistensinya mempengaruhi perkembangan bahasa Arab, puisi, cerita, dan bentuk sastra Arab lainnya, juga bahwa Islam tidak pernah menolak atau melarang karya sastra
Dekonstruksi Tradisi Kudus Membaca Larangan Penyembelihan Sapi dalam Penyembelihan Sapi dalam Perspektif Pemikiran Mohammad Arkoun
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tradisi larangan penyembelihan sapi pada perayaan Idul Adha di Kudus melalui pendekatan dekontruksi pemikiran Mohammed Arkoun. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis wacana kritis terhadap praktik tradisi lokal serta konsep dekontruksi dalam Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah literatur historis, budaya, dan keagamaan yang berkaitan dengan tradisi Kudus serta pemikiran Mohammed Arkoun. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa larangan penyembelihan sapi di Kudus tidak merupakan bentuk penyimpangan terhadap prinsip-prinsip dasar ajaran Islam, melainkan manifestasi dari adaptasi budaya yang menekankan nilai-nilai toleransi dan humanisme. Tardisi ini merepresentasikan wajah Islam yang dinamis, kontekstual, dan responsif terhadap realitas sosial, tanpa mengabaikan keteguhan terhadap akidah Islam. Berdasarkan hasil tersbut, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan dekontruksi Arkoun memberikan kontribusi penting dalam membuka ruang interpretasi baru terhadap praktik keberagamaan lokal sebagai ekspresi keislamaan yang transedental dan kontekstual
Peluang dan Tantangan Produk Asuransi Syariah Berbasis Wakaf dalam Meningkatkan Perlindungan Sosial
Sharia insurance is one of the sharia financial instruments that functions as social protection for the community. However, the development of sharia insurance is still not optimal, especially in terms of the products and services offered. Waqf is one of the sharia financial instruments that can be used as a basis for developing innovative sharia insurance products. This study aims to identify opportunities and challenges in developing innovations in sharia insurance products based on waqf, as well as to find out how innovations in sharia insurance products based on waqf can improve social protection for the community. The results of the study indicate that there are several opportunities and challenges in developing innovations in sharia insurance products based on waqf, including low public awareness, lack of professional human resources, and ignorance about general sharia insurance products. However, with the innovation of sharia insurance products based on waqf, it is hoped that it can improve social protection for the community and increase public awareness of the importance of social protection
Social Raw And Women Bodies Identities In Post-Contemporary Transhumanism
Abstrak
Artikel ini membahas isu tubuh perempuan dalam pergeseran nalar humanisme pada nalar transhumanisme post-kontemporer yang berkaitan fatwa dalam interpretasi identitas gender. Salah satu akar ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan dalam tafsir klasik berasal dari stereotip yang cenderung merendahkan perempuan. Tulisan ini menggunakan cara kualitatif fenomenologis dengan epistemologi sosial-kritis-transformatif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini mendokumentasikan data dengan analisis isi. Paper ini menyajikan kritik terhadap tubuh perempuan dalam nalar Transhumanisme Post-Kontemporer, yang terbuka pada habit of mind dan absen terhadap sami\u27na wa atha\u27na tanpa proses berpikir, berargumen, dan perenungan. Kritik kedua mengekspolasi Fatwa MUI Nomor 24 Tahun 2017 tentang Peraturan dan Pedoman Muamalah Melalui Media Sosial dalam pembatasan hukum haram dalam postingan konten yang bersifat pribadi ke publik. Hal ini mensikapi kontroversi pose pada aurat tubuh dengan kontekstualisasi interpretasi untuk menjaga fitrah manusia dari pandangan fitnah dan nafsu. Perdebatan terakhir menjelaskan tubuh sebagai subjek yang harus dihargai sebagai anugerah dalam pemanfaatan aktualisasi diri sebagai makhluk biologis, spiritual, dan intelektual.

[This paper discusses gender issues about the female body in the humanist problem towards post-contemporary transhumanism with an exegesis fatwa on gender identity interpretation. One of the roots of injustice against women in the classical interpretation stems from stereotypes that tend to demean women. This Article is a phenomenological qualitative study with social-critical-transformative with epistemology role. The data collection technique uses a documentation study under content Social raw analysis. This paper talks about women\u27s bodies in Post-Contemporary Transhumanism with a habit of mind and delay of sami\u27na wa atha\u27na with spontaneity reaction. The second critic sees MUI’s Fatwa Number 24 of 2017 concerning Law and Guidelines for Muamalah through social media under Islamic law as haram, announced under private content in Social Raw. It responds to the debate of women\u27s social media posts on Aurat (private women\u27s bodies) with the contextualization of interpretation to protect human nature from slander and lust. The last critic put the body as a subject for appreciative self-actualisation act in biological being, spiritual being, and intellectual being.Keywords: Social Media, Women\u27s Body, Fatwa, Gender Identity, Post-Contemporary Transhumanism.
Islam Kebangsaan Inklusif Formulasi Gagasan Islam Rahmat Lil \u27Alamin dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika
The era of globalisation has changed the way Indonesian society perceives the relationship between Islam and nationality. The flow of global information has expanded intercultural interactions but has also given rise to political polarisation, digital tribalism, and a crisis of social tolerance. This study, through a descriptive-reflective approach, seeks to reformulate the relevance of integrating the Islamic value of Raḥmatan li al-‘Ālamīn and the spirit of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as an ethical paradigm in responding to the challenges of contemporary plurality. The results of the study gave birth to the concept of Inclusive National Islam, a religious paradigm that places compassion, justice, and universal humanity at the core of national morality. In socio-political practice, this idea is realised through a movement of religious moderation and the development of an ecosystem of moderation that fosters dialogue, critical reflection, and national solidarity. Thus, Inclusive National Islam is not only a conceptual offering but also a practical model that strengthens social cohesion and reinforces Indonesian civilisation rooted in Islamic spirituality and the spirit of diversity
“Yang Sakral” dalam Ritual Ziarah Kubur di Makam Kiai Nur Iman Mlangi Perspektif Mircea Eliade
The grave pilgrimage ritual in Dusun Mlangi, Yogyakarta centered at the tomb of Kiai Nur Iman represents a significant spiritual tradition among local Muslims. This study analyzes the ritual using Mircea Eliade\u27s perspective, particularly the concepts of hierophany, sacred time repetition, and sacred space. Employing a qualitative case study method, data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews with religious leaders and pilgrims. The findings reveal that the tomb is not merely a burial site, but a sacred space where the human and divine realms intersect. The ritual is perceived as a cyclical return to sacred time, providing pilgrims with inner peace and blessings. The tomb’s architecture, reflecting the grandeur of Mataraman Palace, functions symbolically to reinforce its spiritual aura and supports the idea of hierophany. Beyond its religious meaning, the ritual also nurtures communal bonds and enhances social cohesion. This study deepens our understanding of how local communities interpret sacredness not only as a theological construct, but also as a lived, socially unifying cultural experience.
[Ritual ziarah kubur di Dusun Mlangi, Yogyakarta tepatnya di makam Kiai Nur Iman merupakan tradisi spiritual penting bagi masyarakat Muslim setempat. Penelitian ini menganalisis ritual tersebut dengan menggunakan perspektif Mircea Eliade, khususnya konsep hierofani, pengulangan waktu sakral, dan ruang sakral. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh agama serta peziarah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa makam ini tidak sekadar tempat pemakaman, tetapi ruang sakral tempat dunia manusia dan dimensi ilahi saling bersentuhan. Ritual ziarah dipahami sebagai bentuk pengulangan waktu sakral yang memberikan ketenangan batin dan keberkahan bagi peziarah. Arsitektur makam yang menyerupai kemegahan Keraton Mataram memperkuat aura spiritual dan simbol hierofani. Selain dimensi religius, ritual ini juga mempererat ikatan sosial dan membangun kohesi antarwarga. Penelitian ini memperkaya pemahaman mengenai bagaimana masyarakat lokal memaknai kesakralan tidak hanya sebagai konsep teologis, tetapi juga sebagai pengalaman budaya yang hidup dan menyatukan sosial.
Islam Nusantara sebagai Paradigma Ustadz Hanan Attaki
Particularly in Indonesia, Islam Nusantara is a view initiated by Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in response to geographical dispersion. Traditionalist Islam, also known as Islam Nusantara, is a Sufi-inspired orientation and is often generalized in NU discourse as Indonesian Islam, thereby ignoring the differences between the two. It is a hybrid form of Islam developed mainly in Java since the 16th century, which gradually blended with Javanese adat (customary law), Hinduism, Buddhism, and mystical practices. Through this argument, the phenomenon of hijrah, especially in Indonesia, has become the author\u27s concern, one of which is the latest, namely the inclusion of Ustad Hannan Attaki in the largest organization in Indonesia, even the world, namely Nahdlatul Ulama. This study aims to describe aspects of Nahdlatul Ulama-style Islam Nusantara that can influence Ustad Hannan Attaki\u27s views. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research with various literature reviews. The results of this article show that the authority of Kiai as the main component of Nusantara Islam has influenced Ustad Hanan Attaki\u27s thinking paradigm, especially through the figure of KH. Marzuki Mustamar. For Ustaz Hanan Attaki, KH. Marzuki is not only a representation of scientific sanad, but also a role model. He realizes that adhering to Ahlusunnah wal Jamaah is not enough without NU attachment, so allegiance to Nahdlatul Ulama is a form of commitment to peaceful da\u27wah
Makna dan Peran Tradisi Nyadran dalam Kehidupan Sosial Keagamaan Masyarakat Jawa: Studi Kasus di Sidoarjo
The Nyadran tradition is one of the religious and cultural rituals that has been going on for a long time and is still maintained by the Javanese people, including in Sidoarjo Regency. Amidst the dynamics of social change and modernization, the continuity of the Nyadran tradition has become an interesting phenomenon to study, especially in relation to how people interpret and practice it in contemporary socio-religious life. This study aims to analyze the meaning and role of the Nyadran tradition in the socio-religious life of the Javanese community in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews with community leaders, religious leaders, and residents directly involved in the implementation of Nyadran, as well as documentation studies. Data analysis uses Max Weber\u27s social action theory to understand the motives and subjective meanings of people\u27s actions in following the Nyadran tradition, as well as Clifford Geertz\u27s symbolic theory to interpret Nyadran as a symbolic system that represents and shapes the Javanese people\u27s worldview. The results of the study show that the Nyadran tradition has multidimensional meanings. Spiritually, Nyadran is understood as a form of respect and prayer to ancestors as well as a means of self-reflection in preparing to welcome the holy month of Ramadan. Socially, this tradition functions as a mechanism for strengthening solidarity, mutual cooperation, and social equality through collective practices such as cleaning graves, praying together, and holding feasts. Culturally, Nyadran plays an important role in preserving local values and maintaining Javanese cultural identity amid the tide of modernization. Thus, Nyadran not only survives as a cultural heritage, but also as a dynamic and relevant socio-religious practice in the lives of modern Javanese society
