    Information systems and information technology has become an important part of businessand organizational success. Information systems have an important role is to support business processes and operations within the company to complete its tasks, and manage the data and obtain information, to improve the performance of companies or organization. To assess the performance of such systems based on user perceptions. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of SIM on user satisfaction on Pharmacy Installation of “X” Hospital in Cirebon. The research was conducted using questionnaires given to all users with SIM in Pharmacy Installation saturated sample method. Independent variables (system quality, information quality and service quality) with the dependent variable (user satisfaction) were analyzedby simple linier regression analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that the type of quality system have a significant effect of 43,90%, 60,70% of quality information and service quality for 74,40 while the quality system, quality information and quality services jointly significant effect on user satisfaction by 75,20%.Sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi telah menjadi bagian yang penting dari kesuksesan bisnis dan organisasi. Sistem informasi memiliki peran penting yaitu mendukung proses bisnis dan operasional dalam perusahaan untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya, serta mengelola data dan mendapatkan informasi, demi meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan maupun organisasi. Untuk menilai kinerja sistem antara lain berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh SIM terhadap kepuasan pengguna di Instalasi Farmasi RS “X” di Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada seluruh pengguna SIM di Instaasi Farmasi dengan metode sampel jenuh. Variabel bebas (kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan) dengan variabel tergantung (kepuasan pengguna) dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis kualitas sistem berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 43,90%, kualitas informasi sebesar 60,70% dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 74,40% sedangkan kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna sebesar 75,20%

    Red spinach leaves (Amarantus gangeticus Hort) is one of plant that contain phenolic compound which has benefit for human. The aim of this study was to determine total phenolic content on n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and water fractions of ethanolic extract of red spinach by Folin-Ciocalteu. Red spinach leaves were macerated by ethanol 70%, than were fractionated by of  n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and water. Extract and fractions were analyzed the total phenolic content by Folin-Ciocalteu method.  The study showed that total phenolic content of red spinach were (4,05%±0,175) GAE for ethanolic extract; (2,15%±0,045) GAE for n-hexane fraction, (11,03%±0,290) GAE for ethyl acetate fraction; (4,4%±0,180) GAE for water fraction.Daun bayam merah (Amarantus gangeticus Hort) merupakan salah satu tumbuhan yang mengandung senyawa fenol yang memiliki manfaat sangat besar bagi manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar fenolik total yang terkandung di dalam fraksi n-heksana, etil asetat, air, dan ekstrak etanolik pada daun bayam merah. Daun bayam merah diekstraksi secara maserasi dengan etanol 70%, kemudian difraksinasi dengan n-heksana, etil asetat, dan air. Ekstrak dan fraksi kemudian dianalisis kadar fenolik totalnya menggunakan metode Folin-Ciocalteau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar fenolik setara dengan asam galat pada ekstrak etanolik 4,05%± 0,175; fraksi n-heksana 2,15%±0,045; etil asetat 11,03%±0,290; dan air 4,4%±0,180 pada daun bayam merah (Amarantus gangeticus Hort)

    Abstract Community service activities with the theme of community empowerment through the development of the creative economy of brooch accessories which were held in the Rinjani area, the association of guysup blooming, Mojosongo Village, Jebres District, Surakarta. The aim of this community service is to develop a small industry made of satin ribbon size 2.5 cm, 3 cm pins, beads and flannel mats, which are done directly by the guyup blooming association so that they can become strong entrepreneurs in facing the increasingly competitive industrial threats at this time. The service was carried out by practicing directly how to make brooches with several models of satin ribbons and beads. Partners are given training and knowledge about creative industries, creative industry production processes, business management management, marketing processes. The method used in the implementation of this training is direct counseling and practice of making handicrafts. The output targets to be achieved are a creative society with a creative mindset, a superior industry in the domestic and foreign markets, with the dominant role of local entrepreneurs, technology that supports the creation of creations and is affordable to the Indonesian people, the effective use of domestic raw materials for industries in Indonesia. creative economy. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengembangkan industri kecil yang berbahan  bahan pita satin size 2.5 cm, peniti 3 cm, manik dan alas flanel dikerjakan langsung oleh paguyuban guyup mekar agar bisa menjadi wirausaha yang tangguh dalam menghadapi ancaman industri yang semakin kompetitif pada saat ini. Pada pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan mempraktekkan langsung cara membuat bros dengan beberapa model dari pita satin, dan manik. Mitra diberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan tentang industri kreatif, proses produksi industri kreatif, manajemen pengelolaan bisnis, proses pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini  adalah penyuluhan dan praktek secara langsung cara pembuatan kerajinan tangan. Target luaran yang akan dicapai yaitu masyarakat kreatif dengan pola pikir kreatif, industri yang unggul di pasar dalam dan luar negeri, dengan peran dominan wirausahawan lokal, teknologi yang mendukung penciptaan kreasi dan terjangkau oleh masyarakat Indonesia, pemanfaatan bahan baku dalam negeri secara efektif bagi industri di bidang ekonomi kreatif. Mitra dapat menerapkan tentang kelayakan dasar pengolahan, yaitu dengan melakukan cara produksi asesoris bros, mampu berwirausaha dan produksi mengalami peningkatan, mampu mengelola manajemen keuangan dan pemasaran sehingga bisa meningkatan omzet penjualan sehingga bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan paguyuban guyup mekar.     Uji Sitotoksik Fraksi n-Heksana, Etil Asetat, Etanol dari Ekstrak Etanolik Daun Ende (Coccinia grandis (L.) Voigt) pada Sel HeLa

    Ende leaf (Coccinia grandis (L.) Voigt) is the one of plant that most popular in Nusa Tenggara Timur province. The study was aimed to know the cytotoxic effect of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol fractions from ethanolic extract of ende leaf on hela cell and its IC50 value. Dried ende was macerated with 96 % ethanol solvent, then it was fractionated by n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol solvent. Then it was tested the cytotoxic by MTT (Microculture Tetrazolium Salt) method on HeLa cell The absorbance response was converted into abbreviation of cell viability. IC50 value was calculated with linear regression equation between logarithm of concentration samples versus percentage viability of HeLa cell. The result showed that the cytotoxic test of ende leaf against HeLa cell presented the IC50 value of ethanolic extract and n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol fractions were 415.719 ppm; 307.142 ppm; 50303.71 ppm; dan 50722.424 ppm, respectively.Daun ende (Coccinia grandis (L.) Voigt) adalah salah satu tanaman obat yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek sitotoksik fraksi n-heksana, etil asetat, etanol dari ekstrak etanolik daun ende (Coccinia grandis (L.) Voigt ) terhadap sel HeLa dengan menentukan nilai IC50. Serbuk daun ende diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96 %, kemudian difraksinasi dengan n-heksana,  etil asetat, dan etanol. Selanjutnya pengujian efek sitotoksik terhadap sel HeLa dengan metode MTT (Microculture Tetrazolium Salt). Respon serapan dikonversikan ke dalam rumus viabilitas sel. Harga IC50 dihitung dengan persamaan regresi linear hubungan antara log konsentrasi sampel uji dengan persen viabilitas sel HeLa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil efek sitotoksik terhadap sel HeLa daun ende dengan nilai IC50 ekstrak etanolik, fraksi n-heksana, fraksi etil asetat, fraksi etanol berturut-turut 415,719 ppm; 307,142 ppm; 50303,71 ppm; dan 50722,424 ppm

    Potensi Inhibisi Enzim α-Glukosidase Dari Ekstrak Kulit Buah Labu Air (Lagenaria siceraria) Sebagai Antidiabetes

    Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemia associated with metabolic abnormalities of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins caused by decreased insulin secretion or decreased insulin sensitivity or both and causes chronic complications. Bottle gourd (Lagenaria siceraria) contains antioxidant compounds such as flavonoids, phenols, and tannins which are used to reduce glucose levels in the blood. The research aimed to determine the potential activity of water and ethanol extracts with a concentration of 70%, and 96% of bottle gourd skin in inhibiting the activity of the α-glucosidase enzyme. Bottle gourds were extracted with water and ethanol using the maceration method. The extracts were identified by its chemical compound and tested for the inhibitory activity of the α-glucosidase enzyme.Based on  phytochemical results, bottle gourd skin extracts contained flavonoids and saponins. Bottle gourd  water extract had  the lowest inhibitory.The highest value was ethanol 96% extract. Based on the results of the one-way ANOVA analysis test there was a significant difference in the inhibition of the enzyme α-glucosidase and based on the Duncan Test Pos Hoct Test the four treatments were significantly different. The best IC50 value in ethanol 96% bottle gourd skin extract  was 0.487%. Therefore, ethanol 96% bottle gourd skin extract had the potential to inhibit α-glucosidase.Diabetes Melitus merupakan gangguan metabolisme yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia  yang  berhubungan  dengan  abnormalitas  metabolisme karbohidrat, lemak, dan protein yang disebabkan oleh penurunan sekresi insulin atau penurunan sensitivitas insulin atau keduanya serta menyebabkan komplikasi kronis. Buah labu air (Lagenaria siceraria) mengandung senyawa antioksidan seperti flavonoid, fenol, dan tanin yang digunakan untuk menurunkan kadar glukosa dalam darah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan potensi aktivitas ekstrak air dan etanol dengan konsentrasi 70%, dan 96% kulit labu air dalam menghambat aktivitas enzim α-glukosidase. Simplisia kulit buah labu diekstraksi dengan air dan etanol menggunakan metode maserasi. Ekstrak kental diidentifikasi senyawa kimia dan diuji aktivitas inhibisi enzim α-glukosidase. Pada uji fitokimia ekstrak kulit buah labu air positif mengandung senyawa flavonoid dan saponin. Ekstrak kulit buah labu air memiliki nilai inhibisi terendah terletak pada ekstrak air sedangkan nilai tertinggi terletak pada ekstrak etanol 96%. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji analisis one way ANOVA perlakuan terdapat perbedaan inhibisi enzim α-glukosidase yang cukup signifikan dan berdasarkan uji Pos Hoct Test Duncan keempat perlakuan berbeda nyata. Nilai IC50 yang terbaik terletak pada ekstrak etanol 96% dengan nilai 0.487%. Oleh karena itu, ekstrak etanol 96% berpotensi dalam menghambat α-glukosidase

    Science and technology develop significantly. Computer and internet become integral part of this technology development, particularly in information technology. One of the challenges should be faced in this fast development of information technology is ethical issue. This article explains that Islam as comprehensive teachings is able to provide solutions for any problems in relations to ethical issue. Aspects of ethical issue, which consist of privacy, accuracy, property, and accessibility, are entirely contained in the main teaching sources of Islam, namely the Qur'an and Hadith.  After reading this article, Muslims as the majority population in Indonesia may be wiser and utilize ethics as part of their worships and obedience to Allah the GreatIlmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berkembang sangat pesat. Komputer dan internet menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari perkembangan teknologi ini. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pesatnya teknologi informasi adalah masalah etika. Tulisan ini menjelaskan bagaimana Islam sebagai ajaran yang paripurna mampu memberikan solusi atas problematika yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan masalah etika.     Oral Short-course Antibiotics Compliance Survey at Several Public Health Centres in Surabaya

    Patients compliance is commonly occured in short-course antibiotics therapy. Patients compliance not only contributed to the therapeutics effect but also to prevent antibiotics resistance. Qualitatively, uncompliance in using antibiotics is affected by patients knowledge about antibiotics, improving symptomps, false in interpretating drug labels, activities, the lack of family suppor, and the lack of information given by healthcare provider. This study was aimed to observe patients compliance in using antibiotics assessed in how and howmany times they take their dosage, how they give interval between the doses, and whether they complete their course or not. The reasons behind their behaviour also investigated in this study. The survey was conducted at three public health centres in Surabaya. Patients who received short-course (3-5 days) antibiotics therapy were asked to participate in this study. The compliance was assessed using online developed self-assessment questionnaire containing 17 questions asking how they use their antibiotics and how many pills left sent in the last dosage day. The antibiotics prescription data was recorded as a refference in evaluating patients compliance. During research periods, a total of 100 patients were enrolled in this study. Of that, there were only 12.0% categoryzed as compliant. Most of patients did not give the same time interval between their doses (63,0%) and did not finished or prolonged their course (46,0%). The majority reasons behind their behaviour was feelings better or improving symptomps and simply forgot to take their antibiotics. A strengtnen in counselling and monitoring during their antibiotics course is needed in order to increase their compliance.Permasalahan kepatuhan dalam menggunakan antibiotik masih menjadi masalah dalam terapi antibiotik jangka pendek. Kepatuhan bukan hanya berkontribusi pada efek terapi, tetapi juga mencegah resistensi antibiotik. Secara kualitatif ketidakpatuhan pasien dalam menggunakan antibiotik dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan pasien tentang antibiotik, keadaan yang sudah membaik, kelalaian dalam membaca etiket, kesibukan, kurangnya dukungan keluarga, serta kurangnya informasi yang diberikan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengobservasi bagaimana kepatuhan pasien dalam menggunakan antibiotik dalam hal dosis, frekuensi, interval, serta lama penggunaan serta menginvestigasi alasan yang melatarbelakanginya. Survei dilakukan di tiga puskesmas di Surabaya pada pasien yang menerima terapi antibiotik tunggal 3-5 hari menggunakan kuisioner hasil pengembangan yang terdiri dari 17 pertanyaan yang menanyakan kepahaman pasien akan antibiotik yang diresepkan kepadanya serta menanyakan bagaimana pasien menggunakan antibiotiknya sebagai bentuk kepatuhan. Kuisioner dikirim secara daring untuk diisi pada hari antibiotik habis. Data peresepan antibibiotik pasien dicatat sebagai data awal yang berguna dalam penilaian kepatuhan pasien. Selama periode penelitian sebanyak 100 orang dari tiga puskesmas bersedia bergabung dalam penelitian. Angka kepatuhan pasien terhadap penggunaan antibiotik di tiga puskesmas di Surabaya masih tergolong kecil dimana hanya mencapai 12,0% yang mana sebagian besar pasien tidak patuh dalam memberi jarak minum antibiotiknya (63,0%) diikuti tidak patuh dalam lama penggunaan (berhenti minum atau memperpanjang lama minum) (46,0%). Gejala membaik dan Lupa merupakan dua alasan terbanyak yang mendasari pasien tidak patuh. Penguatan konseling dan monitoring selama penggunaan antibiotik sangat diperlukan guna meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien

    Detection of LytA Genes in Streptococcus pneumoniae Isolated from sputum pneumonia patients

    Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumococcus) is a Gram-positive facultative anaerobic bacterium that is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. But the lack of reporting of disease by this bacterium in Indonesia, one of the causes is because the diagnosis of pneumococcal infection is often clinically not typical and conventional methods which are still the standard gold method often give false-negative results. So the purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of culture and molecular diagnostic methods using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique in detecting Streptococcus pneumoniae in sputum clinical samples using the Autolysin (LytA) gene which is a virulence factor of this bacterium. 57 isolates from 60 samples were confirmed as Streptococcus sp through microscopic identification, culture, and biochemical tests. Then the sensitivity test with an optochin test of 9 (9%) compared the results descriptively with the PCR technique using the Autolysin A (LytA) gene which was obtained more sensitive by 15 (25%)

    Comparison of Pap Smear Preparation Quality Containing Orange G and Without Orange G on the Results of the Papanicoulou Painting

    Examination procedure for pap smear preparation is influenced by fixation, drying and painting, and interpretation capability of examination. The Papanicolaou painting uses Harris Hematoxylin, Eosin Azure (EA) -50, and orange G.  Orange G colors the orange matured and keratin cells Keratinizing-pink/orange cells. Chromatin in the nucleus will bind alkaline paint  (hematoxylin)  and  cytoplasm  protein will bind acidic paint (Orange G) and nucleus in the core will bind acid paint (EA 50) so that the cell will turn into pink with a blue core. The coloring stage according to procedure is using Orange G, but some PA laboratories do not use Orange G. The research goal is to know the comparison of pap smear preparation quality which contains orange G and without orange G towards papanicoulou painting result. The research type is experimental; the sample was 16 samples with two treatments namely coloring which using Orange G and without Orange G. The preparation quality which contains Orange G obtained moderate result of 12.5%, and good 87.5%. The preparation quality without Orange  G was not good  result  of 6.3%,  moderate 18.8%, and good 75%. The statistical test result of Chi Square and Kappa showed that the result was p>0.05 which means that comparison result of preparation quality which contains orange G and without orange G there was no significant difference

    Purification extract ethanol 96% of Moringa dry leaves was carried out to increase the active substance content and to obtain a more attractive color. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of solvent in the fractionation which provides a higher active substance content than the extract. This research begins with maceration of dried Moringa leaves with 96% ethanol. The filtrate that has been dried then purified. Purification begins with dissolving the extract in hot distilled water with a ratio of 1:10, after that ethyl acetate or n-hexane is added to the same amount as hot distilled water in a separating funnel, shaking it. The ethyl acetate or n-hexane phase is taken then the filtrate obtained is combined. The 96% ethanol extract (E1), ethyl acetate (E2) and n-hexane (E3) were then evaluated with parameters of organoleptic, % yield, total phenol, and total flavonoids. Data were analyzed statistically one way ANOVA with confidence level of 95%. The measurement results for E1, E2, and E3 in the yield were 15.81%;22.18%;20%, the total phenol was 28.94±0.54mgGAE/g; 29.44±0.93mgGAE/g; 11,41±0,12mgGAE/g, and total flavonoids 3,19±0.13%; 9,92±0.06%; 5.81±0.18% respectively. The consistency, smell and taste, all are identical, while in color, E2 is more yellowish green and brighter, making it more attractive. Statistically, there were significant differences between E1, E2, and E3 in total phenols and flavonoids. Thus it can be concluded that E2 significantly higher total phenol and flavonoids than E1 and E3.Purifikasi ekstrak etanol 96% daun kelor dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kandungan zat aktif serta untuk memperoleh warna yang lebih menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jenis pelarut dalam proses fraksinasi yang memberikan kandungan zat aktif lebih tinggi dibandingkan ekstrak. Penelitian ini diawali dengan maserasi daun kelor kering dengan etanol 96%. Filtrat yang telah di keringkan di atas waterbath kemudian di purifikasi. Purifikasi diawali dengan melarutkan ekstrak ke aquades panas dengan perbandingan 1:10, setelah itu ditambahkan etil asetat atau n-heksana sejumlah sama dengan aquades panas dalam corong pisah, dikocok hingga terjadi pemisahan fase. Fase etil asetat atau n-heksana diambil kemudian filtrat yang diperoleh digabungkan. Ekstrak etanol 96% (E1), fraksi etil asetat (E2) dan fraksi n-heksana (E3) kemudian dievaluasi dengan parameter organoleptis, % rendemen, total fenol, dan total flavonoid. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis statistik one way ANOVA dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil pengukuran terhadap E1, E2, dan E3 pada setiap parameter secara berturut-turut pada parameter rendemen adalah 15,81%; 22,18%; 20%, total fenol yaitu 28,94±0,54 mg GAE/g; 29,44 ± 0,93 mg GAE/g; 11,41±0,12 mg GAE/g, dan total flavonoid yaitu 3,19±0,13%; 9,92 ±0,06%; 5,81±0,18%. Secara organoleptis dari segi konsistensi, bau, dan rasa ketiganya adalah identik, sedangkan dari segi warna E2 lebih hijau kekuningan dan cerah, sehingga lebih menarik. Secara statistik, ada perbedaan bermakna di antara E1, E2, dan E3 pada total fenol dan flavonoid. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa E2 memiliki total fenol dan flavonoid lebih besar secara signifikan dibanding E1 dan E3
