Literature studies are carried out by processing information related to manufacturing system, making notes sourced from library materials. PERBANDINGAN ALGORITMA XTREME GRADIEN BOOSTING DAN ALGORITMA DECISIEN TREE DALAM KLASIFIKASI HIV/AIDS
Full text linkThis study compares the performance of the Decision Tree and Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithms in classifying HIV/AIDS infection status. A quantitative experimental design was employed using a secondary dataset of 2,139 records and 23 attributes obtained from an open-source platform. Data preprocessing included checking for missing values, removing duplicates, detecting and handling outliers with the Interquartile Range (IQR) method, and applying feature scaling. The models were trained and tested with three data split ratios (70:30, 80:20, and 90:10). Evaluation metrics comprised accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score derived from the confusion matrix.The results show that XGBoost achieved the highest performance, reaching 99.16 % accuracy, 98.17 % precision, 99.16 % recall, and 99.16 % F1-score with a 90:10 data split. In comparison, the Decision Tree achieved a maximum accuracy of 95 % with an F1-score of approximately 95 % under the same conditions. These findings confirm that XGBoost consistently outperforms the Decision Tree in accuracy and generalization across all data-split scenarios. This research concludes that XGBoost is more suitable for developing data-driven decision support systems for HIV/AIDS infection detection
Hubungan antara Model Pembelajaran Quiz Team terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa di SMPN 14 Malang
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerapan model pembelajaran Active Learning tipe Quiz Team dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 14 Malang. Model Quiz Team merupakan inovasi pembelajaran yang menggabungkan kompetisi akademik dan kerja sama kelompok guna menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif, menyenangkan, dan menantang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 32 siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Quiz Team berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 82,5%, sementara motivasi belajar siswa meningkat dari kategori sedang (68%) menjadi tinggi (84%). Uji korelasi menghasilkan nilai r = 0,71 dengan p < 0,05, yang menandakan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kedua variabel. Penerapan Quiz Team terbukti mampu meningkatkan semangat, keterlibatan, dan rasa tanggung jawab siswa dalam belajar. Model ini dapat dijadikan alternatif inovatif bagi guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan menciptakan pembelajaran IPS yang interaktif serta bermakna.Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran active learning tipe quiz team pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 14 Malang. 2. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antar penerapan model pembelajaran active learning quiz team terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMPN 14 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: angket dan observasi .Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, yaitu terpilih 1 kelas VIII yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Populasinya adalah semua siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 14 Malang yang berjumlah 263 siswa. Instrumen dari penelitian adalah angket yang diberikan siswa yang sudah diuji validitas dan reabilitas. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara model pembelajaran active learning tipe quiz team dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 14 Malang. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis menggunakan koefisien korelasi korelasi Product Moment pada taraf signifikan 5 % batas penerimaan rho tabel dan taraf signifikan 5 %. Dari hasil analisis hubungan antara model pembelajaran quiz team dan motivasi belajar diperoleh rh0 hasil = 0,728 maka nilai rho hasil tersebut lebih dari nilai rho tabel. Adapun perhitungan terhadap besarnya hubungan antara antara model pembelajaran active learning tipe quiz team terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 8,05. Kesimpulannya adalah perlu diterapkan model active learning tipe quiz team untuk memotivasi belajar siswa sehingga siswa mengalami proses pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan guru harus bisa menjadi fasilitator yang baik dengan memberikan penguatan-penguatan materi dan karakter yang baik

This community service aims to increase the production capacity of UD. Sumber Urip furniture through the Implementation of Android-Based CNC Machines. This community service was carried out because of problems from UD. Sumber Urip in the form of a lack of production tools in the form of carving machines, resulting in carving work using manual tools that are ineffective in terms of time and energy. The solution to this problem is the provision of an android-based CNC machine that functions as a carving machine and cutting machine. The method used in this community service is a workshop on machine use and mentoring and monitoring of success which is held once a month. The results of this community service are a.) Full text linkThe community service program conducted in Watugede Village, Singosari, aims to enhance environmental security through the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The rapid population and economic growth in the Banjararum View housing area has posed serious security challenges, such as theft and robbery. To address these issues, the IoT Guard system was introduced, which integrates an ESP32 WiFi-based automatic barrier gate and CCTV cameras for real-time monitoring. This system allows for remote access control via a mobile application and accurate activity log recording. The program was implemented through several stages, including socialization to the residents, training on system usage, technology implementation, and impact evaluation. The results of this activity indicate a significant improvement in environmental security, a decrease in crime rates, and increased community involvement in maintaining security. The sustainability of the program is designed by involving the community in the management and maintenance of the applied technology. Thus, this model is expected to be replicable in other environments to create safer and more controlled areas, providing long-term benefits for the community

Full text linkTraditional fishermen who are members of the Joint Business Group (KUB) of Nelayan Maju Bersama experience obstacles to access the availability of ice blocks. Ice blocks for KUB are an important element in fish preservation to maintain the quality of the catch, the value of the selling price, and the welfare of KUB members. This service activity aims to provide and apply ice block machine technology that has an impact on strengthening the independence of members so that economic resilience is realized. The method used is participatory through the stages of preparation, installation, testing, operation, and evaluation by actively involving partners. The results of the service have shown that the application of ice block machine technology has become a self-sufficient KUB for raw materials for preservation and is able to maintain the quality of fish catches. The evaluation also showed that KUB members showed a high level of satisfaction with the presence of ice block machines in their group. This program also has an impact on improving KUB management in terms of more transparent and accountable governance. So, with this activity, KUB is strengthened to become more independent and economic resilience is realized

Full text linkThe community service program in Tunggulwulung village, Pasuruan district, addressed the financial management and marketing challenges faced by the Chicken Slaughterhouse (RPA), which previously relied on manual processes. The solution implemented was the application of ChickFinTrack for financial management and digital marketing. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this approach included stages of socialization, training, technology implementation, application usage assistance, and evaluation. The results of this activity show that financial management and marketing have become more accurate, efficient, and easier to monitor online. Financial reports are generated automatically, while marketing has been improved through digital catalogs, social media promotions, and online ordering. This program has significantly increased the partners\u27 understanding of finance and marketing, making them more effective and sustainable

This study aims to examine the effect of work overload, work life balance on employee performance with the mediation variable of Bank X employee satisfaction in the city of Surabaya. Quantitative methods were used for 40 respondents obtained from saturated sampling techniques as well as data analysis and hypothesis tests using the SEM-PLS method. The results of the analysis indicate that work overload does not contribute to employee performance but can be the cause of increased job satisfaction, work life balance can contribute to increased employee performance and job satisfaction, and job satisfaction can play a role as a mediator of work overload and work life balance in employee performance

Full text linkInternship programs are crucial in higher education, providing students with practical work experience and preparing them for professional careers. However, the internship monitoring process at LP3L Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang is still conducted manually, resulting in inefficiencies in student registration, progress tracking, and final report archiving. These manual processes often cause delays, miscommunication, and difficulties in effectively monitoring student progress. This research aims to design and develop a web-based internship monitoring system using the Prototype model and User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The system is intended to streamline the internship process by providing a structured and automated platform for students, lecturers, and administrators. Key features of the system include online student registration, automated progress tracking, and digital archiving of final internship reports. The system is developed using the CodeIgniter framework for the backend, MySQL for database management, and Bootstrap for the user interface, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient experience. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results indicate an average satisfaction rate of 88.60%, proving the system\u27s effectiveness in enhancing internship management. The implementation of this system significantly improves workflow efficiency, reduces administrative burdens, and facilitates better communication among stakeholders, ultimately leading to a more structured and transparent internship process
Implementation of the kurikulum merdeka and challenges in instilling character in elementary schools
Full text linkThe Merdeka Curriculum addresses educational challenges in Indonesia by offering flexible learning and emphasizing character development. SD Negeri 194/VI Tambang Emas I has adopted this curriculum to enhance learning quality and align students with the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. However, challenges remain, including teacher readiness, parental involvement, and limited infrastructure. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through observations, interviews with teachers and students, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using reduction, presentation, and conclusion techniques to understand implementation challenges and opportunities. The findings show that while the curriculum\u27s flexibility enhances project-based learning, its effectiveness is hindered by a lack of teacher training and administrative burdens. Additionally, low parental engagement and inadequate infrastructure remain significant barriers. To ensure successful implementation, practical teacher training, stronger school-parent communication, and improved facilities are essential. Strengthening these aspects will help optimize the curriculum’s benefits for student
