Pengaruh Level Pupuk Nitrogen Terhadap Kandungan Nutrien BK, BO dan PK pada Hidroponik Fodder Jagung (Zea Mays)
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh level pupuk nitrogen terhadap kandungan nutrien Bahan Kering (BK), Bahan Organik (BO) dan Protein Kasar (PK) pada hidroponik fodder jagung (Zea mays). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Lapang Program Studi Peternakan, Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan dan Sains, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. Analisa kandungan BK, BO dan PK dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Pakan Ternak Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Kediri. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan utama berupa level pemberian pupuk nitrogen yang berbeda yaitu konsentrasi P0 (0 ml/l), P1 (0,8 ml/l), P2 (1,6 ml/l), P3 (2,4 ml/l). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa level pemebrian pupuk nitrogen yang berbeda tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kandungan BK, BO dan PK pada hidroponik fodder jagung (Zea Mays). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penambahan level pupuk nitrogen yang berbeda antar perlakuan tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kandungan nutrien BK, BO dan PK

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of classical guidance services using digital-based game-based learning methods to improve students\u27 self-efficacy. This study is an action research on guidance and counseling. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII H of SMP Negeri 31 Semarang. Students\u27 self-efficacy was measured using a self-efficacy scale which was then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the pre-cycle, the percentage of self-efficacy was 56%, then given action in cycle I, self-efficacy increased to 62%, and then followed up in cycle II, there was also an increase in the level of student self-efficacy to 67%. Cultural Diversity and Harmony of Tionghoa Good Character: Towards Unity with Incremental Change of Citizenship
Get PDFIndonesia, as a country with rich cultural diversity, shows a strong commitment to developing social dynamics to care for and maintain this diversity. This research explores the role of ethnic Tionghoa in their contribution to national diversity and unity. Through qualitative methods with an ethnographic approach and literature study, with a total of 30 ethnic Tionghoa informants, this research found that the values ​​of tolerance, respect for differences and mutual cooperation implemented by the Tionghoa community play an important role in maintaining social harmony in Indonesia. Research results have shown that Indonesian people, including ethnic Tionghoa, view cultural diversity as a wealth that enriches national identity and strengthens national unity. Ethnic Tionghoa actively participate in preserving and advancing their cultural traditions, as well as demonstrating the values ​​of tolerance, respect for differences and mutual cooperation in everyday life. These values ​​have proven effective in maintaining social harmony and overcoming potential inter-ethnic conflicts. In addition, the policy of incremental change in citizenship has helped integrate various ethnic groups, including ethnic Tionghoa, within an inclusive national framework, thereby strengthening national unity gradually and sustainably
Profil Pelajar Pancasila Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Suku Anak Dalam Jambi
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan berlandaskan kearifan lokal Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) Jambi. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah para Tumenggung, Mengku dan masyarakat SAD Jambi. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, studi literatur, dan studi dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis untuk menjelaskan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang berbasis kearifan lokal SAD Jambi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keenam dimensi termasuk elemen kunci dari Profil Pelajar Pancasila telah terimplementasikan dengan baik melalui kearifan lokal dalam kehidupan masyarakat SAD Jambi secara turun-temurun. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengkajian kearifan lokal khususnya pada SAD Jambi sebagai salah satu wujud pelestarian. Profil Pelajar Pancasila ditetapkan oleh Kemendikbudristek diajarkan pada pendidikan formal saja. SAD Jambi, yang mayoritas anggotanya tidak mendapatkan akses ke pendidikan formal, tidak sepenuhnya memahami keenam dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila tersebut. Namun, adat istiadat, kebiasaan, dan tradisi yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat SAD Jambi telah menerapkan setiap dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka secara turun-temurun. However, apart from that, conditions in society are quite difficult to connect with each other in optimizing and utilizing the available natural resources and human resources. This research aims to provide a bridge in helping to optimize and utilize the potential of woven hata as a local superior product. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method approach as an effort to ensure the success of the program is collaborative, practical, and the community actively participates in its implementation. Implementation of the program was carried out at the Smart Craftsmen\u27s Corner where Mr Misman\u27s PHMS Citumang woven hats were produced, for 16 meetings from June - November 2023, once or twice a week. The results of this research increased the level of knowledge, skills and creativity of the target community group in Bojong Village through the smart craftsmen\u27s corner program by providing structured mentoring, training and hata weaving workshops
Faktor yang mempengaruhi cash flow perusahaan
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to identify the impact that cash flow, leverage, and company size have on the company\u27s cash savings. Through the sampling method, using library study data collection techniques with data collection through the necessary reports. The technique used in this research uses panel data regression analysis. Based on the sample selection criteria determined in this research, this study conducted observations on 14 entities in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period. The data analysis approach used in this research is panel data regression analysis to obtain better research estimation results. The research results confirm that cash flow has a positive influence on cash savings, while leverage and company size do not affect cash savings. These findings reveal that the company utilizes positive cash flow to maintain the company\u27s liquidity. Meanwhile, the company does not depend on debt and company size to carry out the company\u27s operational activities

This course is designed to develop students\u27 understanding of the digital economy, covering topics such as disruption, industrial revolution, and various aspects of digital transformation in Indonesia, including E-Commerce, electronic commerce business models, digital infrastructure, the latest technologies such as the Internet, big data, currency digital, and e-Environment implementation. This research is a type of research and development which aims to create certain products and evaluate their effectiveness. This research adopts the development model of ADDIE instructional design which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The research results show that the CORE learning model is successful in improving student learning outcomes. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that the specified learning outcomes have been achieved thanks to increased student learning outcomes. There has been a change in learning outcomes which can be seen from changes in student behavior in following the learning process in accordance with the predetermined design

Get PDFThis research aims to determine and analyze factors that can influence the occurrence of tax avoidance activities (CETR) carried out by non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, such as capital intensity (CAIN) factors, institutional ownership. (INST) and executive character (RISK) either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used in this research is quantitative which is related to numbers or statistics and uses secondary data, namely coming from the annual reports of non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021. The sampling technique in the research used a purposive sampling method with a total of 36 non-cyclical consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 being the research sample. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression analysis. The results of this research show that the capital intensity factor partially has no effect on tax avoidance, the institutional ownership factor partially has an effect on tax avoidance, and the executive character factor partially has an effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, capital intensity, institutional ownership and executive character together (simultaneously) influence tax avoidance
Exploration of computational thinking skills: A case study of islamic senior high school students
Get PDFThis study aims to identify madrasah students\u27 Computational Thinking (CT) skills on temperature and heat material. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method using 5 CT-test essay questions to 53 grade XI IPA one of the Islamic Senior High School in Probolinggo. Data analysis techniques in research consist of 3 stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data analysis showed indicators of students\u27 CT skills on a scale of 5 consisting of decomposition 3.90, recognition pattern 3.63, abstraction 2.83, and algorithm 2.37. Based on the study’s results, it can be concluded that the CT skills of the Islamic Senior High School in Probolinggo at temperature and heat are included in the medium category. Several indicators of CT skills are still challenging for students, especially in developing algorithms and abstractions. Some students need help identifying the steps to solve complex problems in understanding abstraction concepts and algorithms. In this case, practice, intensive tutoring, and student collaboration can help improve students\u27 skills to overcome these difficulties
