Pelatihan Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Lingkungan Bagi Guru Bahasa Inggris Se-Kabupaten Tanah Laut
This training program, conducted as part of a community service initiative, aims to enhance English teachers’ competencies in integrating local wisdom and environment insight into learning, with an emphasis on teaching practice (peer teaching) and simulations using innovative media. The program was implemented through a series of training sessions that provided each participant with opportunities to practice teaching strategies, develop materials based on regional potential, and design authentic assessments. Pre-test results showed that most teachers were in the moderate category in understanding and applying local wisdom-based learning, with weaknesses in the aspects of authentic evaluation and material format suitability. During the training, the peer teaching model enabled teachers to provide constructive feedback to each other, while innovative media simulations encouraged creativity and technological skills. Questionnaire feedback indicated that teachers felt this method helped “bring the learning context closer to students’ lives.” These findings confirm that combining peer teaching with innovative media simulations is effective in improving teachers’ pedagogical skills while reinforcing the relevance of teaching materials to local contexts
Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Teknologi Informasi di Lampung Selatan melalui Pelatihan Prompt Kecerdasan Buatan
The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has had a significant impact on the education sector, especially for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) teachers. Mastery of AI skills, particularly through prompt engineering techniques, is essential for teachers to create relevant, innovative, and curriculum-aligned questions and teaching materials. Analisis Manajemen dan Sistem Operasional Lembaga Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) - BAZNAS di Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam Perspektif Syariah
This study aims to analyze the management and operational system of the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) of BAZNAS Tulungagung Regency from a sharia perspective. The UPZ plays a crucial role as an extension of BAZNAS in collecting, distributing, and utilizing zakat funds at the regional level. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach focusing on institutional analysis and zakat governance based on sharia principles. This approach was chosen because it allows the researcher to explore contextual cause-and-effect relationships and gain a comprehensive understanding of zakat management practices through relevant written sources. Data were obtained from a literature review consisting of ten national and international scientific journals discussing zakat governance, sharia compliance, and Islamic philanthropy management; five major reference books on zakat management and Islamic economics; three official documents from BAZNAS and government regulations, including operational guidelines and annual reports of zakat institutions; and two religious fatwas and sharia guidelines related to zakat fund management and the role of UPZ. The data were analyzed using a descriptive-analytical technique, involving classification, comparison, and synthesis of information from various references to obtain a holistic understanding. The analysis focused on four key aspects: the institutional concept of UPZ, the application of sharia principles in zakat management, the regulatory framework, and the implementation of operational management at the regional level. The findings reveal that structurally, the UPZ of BAZNAS Tulungagung Regency has established an organized management system encompassing planning, implementation, and supervision functions in accordance with BAZNAS guidelines. The application of sharia principles such as trustworthiness (amanah), justice (adl), and accountability has been reflected in the institution’s governance, although challenges remain in terms of transparency, human resource competence, and digital optimization of zakat management systems. This study contributes both conceptually and practically to strengthening sharia-based zakat governance that is professional, transparent, and trustworthy, and it serves as a reference for zakat management institutions in developing effective and accountable zakat systems oriented toward social welfare in line with maqasid al-shariah.
Integrating global diversity values into primary school social studies modules in the Merdeka Curriculum
This study investigates how global diversity values are incorporated into Social Studies (IPS) modules in Indonesian primary schools under the Merdeka Curriculum. Global diversity, part of the Pancasila Student Profile, stresses cultural pluralism, inclusive interaction, and equal participation in multicultural settings. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved document analysis, interviews with school leaders and teachers, and classroom observations, analyzed through Miles and Huberman’s (2014) interactive model. The study discovered that schools vary in their effectiveness in integrating global diversity values through themes such as "Cultural and Social Diversity" and "Global Interactions." Effective strategies included contextual content, reflective discussions, and project-based learning. Success factors were teacher competence, leadership, and community involvement, while challenges included limited training, time, and assessment tools. The Merdeka Curriculum offers a solid base for global citizenship education, but systematic teacher development and better module design are needed for consistent, meaningful integration
Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Digital Berbasis Web Pada Materi Mitigasi Bencana Alam
Based on needs analysis, as many as 75% of students have difficulty understanding the material presented by the teacher. Disaster mitigation learning in class still uses printed teaching materials which do not help students\u27 understanding. The use of printed teaching materials and boring learning does not fully support the learning process. The research method uses the ADDIE model with five development stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Data collection was carried out based on the results of validation carried out by material and media validators and analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Feasibility test of digital teaching materials by material validators (83%) and media validators (96%) with the feasibility category "Very Feasible". In the trial conducted at SMAN 1 Gondanglegi, the student user response was (96%) and the teacher user response was (96%) with the feasibility category "Very Feasible". Based on the results of this assessment, website-based digital teaching materials are suitable for use in the learning process
