Differentiated instruction: a quran-based literacy learning model in inclusive classrooms
Primary school teachers\u27 understanding of literacy learning is often limited to reading and writing skills, whereas 21st century literacy skills include comprehension, analysis of information, and expression of emotions and thoughts. This study developed a model of Qur\u27an-based Differentiated Literacy Learning using the ADDIE development method, which involved observations, interviews and questionnaires. The model goes through five stages: analyzing learners\u27 needs and characteristics, designing Qur\u27an-integrated learning, developing strategies and materials, implementing in trials, and evaluating learning outcomes and socio-emotional intelligence. The results showed that the model not only significantly improved students\u27 literacy, but also strengthened their social-emotional intelligence, as seen from increased participation and positive interactions inside and outside the classroom. The model was rated as highly feasible and practical by experts. The results of this study make an important contribution to literacy learning that is holistic and based on the moral and spiritual values of the Qur\u27an
Implementation of reading board media to improve early reading skills: an action research study in 1st grade at SD Negeri 47/IV Kota Jambi
Early reading skills are essential for elementary students, yet many struggle due to unengaging methods and limited media support. This study examines the effectiveness of reading board media in improving first graders’ reading abilities. Using Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis & McTaggart model, the research was conducted in two cycles. Data were collected through observations, reading tests, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Results indicate significant improvement in students\u27 reading skills. The first cycle increased students\u27 interest and participation, while the second cycle enhanced fluency in reading words and simple sentences. The findings confirm that reading board media effectively boosts early reading skills and learning motivation. This interactive approach is recommended as an innovative literacy tool, supported by teacher training, parental involvement, and adequate facilities, to foster a more engaging and effective early reading experience
Studi Literatur Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Pada Peningkatan Motivasi Belajar Siswa
Salah satu hal yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki siswa dalam proses pembelajaran adalah motivasi belajar, khususnya pembelajaran sains. Satu dari banyak cara meningkatkan motivasi belajar ialah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran yang inovatif seperti model pembelajaran inkuiri. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang akan mengkaji terkait penerapan model inkuiri dalam pembelajaran sains, dan dianalisis bagaimana motivasi belajar siswa dengan belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri tersebut pada artikel-artikel penelitian terdahulu yang berjumlah 40 artikel yang didapatkan dari situs Google Scholar dan juga berbantuan software Publish or Perish. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur diketahui bahwa motivasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri di kelas mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, kenaikan ini secara konsisten terlihat, menunjukkan bahwa model inkuiri efektif terhadap upaya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa khususnya pada pelajaran sains atau ilmu pengetahuan alam
Pendekatan K-NN untuk Identifikasi dan Pencegahan Penyakit pada Daun Pakcoy (brassica rapa L.)
Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) merupakan salah satu sayuran hijau yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Namun, produktivitas tanaman ini sering terancam oleh berbagai penyakit yang menyerang daun, sehingga diperlukan metode identifikasi dan pencegahan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan algoritma k-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) dalam mengidentifikasi dan mencegah penyakit pada daun pakcoy berdasarkan data citra digital. Pendekatan K-NN dipilih karena kesederhanaannya dalam mengklasifikasikan data berdasarkan jarak terdekat, yang dinilai efektif untuk pengenalan pola. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data citra daun pakcoy yang sehat dan terinfeksi, serta ekstraksi fitur visual seperti warna, tekstur, dan pola kerusakan. Sebelum diklasifikasi data citra daun dilakukan ekstrasi dengan model Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) hal ini dilakukan untuk menambah keakurat hasil kalsifikasi citra. Data yang diperoleh kemudian digunakan untuk melatih model K-NN, yang selanjutnya diuji untuk mengevaluasi tingkat akurasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan K-NN mampu mengidentifikasi jenis penyakit pada daun pakcoy dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi pada nilai K = 9 sebesar 97% dari ujicoba k = 1,3,5,7, dan 9. Model ini juga memberikan hasil yang konsisten dalam pengujian dengan data uji baru. Dengan demikian, implementasi algoritma K-NN dapat menjadi solusi yang praktis dan efisien untuk mendukung pengendalian penyakit tanaman secara dini, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi pakcoy
PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI TATA TERTIB SEKOLAH BERBASIS WEB DENGAN TEKNOLOGI WHATSAPP API MENGGUNAKAN MODEL WATERFALL PADA SMPN 1 KEJAYAN
SMPN 1 Kejayan uses the Microsoft Excel Macro application to support the school order process. In this application, it was found that there is no database system that can store all data for each school year. The absence of a database system that is able to store all data for each school year, the lack of connection between one data and another automatically hampers the administrative process and monitoring of student discipline, prone to data input errors, and inaccurate report data. Another problem is experienced by parents who do not know the progress of their children\u27s order at school and letters that are still in hardcopy are sometimes not submitted by students to their parents, causing misunderstandings between parents and counseling teachers. Based on these problems, a web-based application was developed. into a web-based application with Whatsapp API technology. This order application was built using the codeigniter framework and using the Waterfall development model. From the results of research and testing that has been carried out on applications using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results in an overall average of 86.84%, indicating that the order application that has been designed can help the administrative process and monitoring of the order at SMPN 1 Kejayan
Pelatihan Virtual Laboratory Fisika Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik untuk Melatih Literasi Sains Siswa
This study aims to enhance students\u27 science literacy through virtual Physics laboratory training using a scientific approach at Madrasah Aliyah Salafiyah Syafi\u27iyah Khoiriyah Hasyim Seblak. PhET simulations were selected to visualize abstract Physics concepts, such as sound waves, which are challenging to comprehend without physical laboratory tools. The activity involved 30 students in a series of training sessions, encompassing preparation, implementation, and evaluation phases. During the preparation phase, surveys and observations were conducted to identify challenges in Physics learning. The implementation phase included the delivery of materials, PhET simulation practices, and group discussions to deepen students\u27 understanding. Evaluation was carried out by comparing students\u27 understanding before and after the training. The results indicated that students were able to independently conduct virtual experiments, demonstrating their mastery of using PhET and achieving a better understanding of the material after utilizing this simulation. These findings highlight the potential of technology-based simulations to deepen students\u27 understanding in Physics education, particularly in school environments facing challenges regarding laboratory facilities. This also opens opportunities for the development of technology-based education in madrasahs.Studi ini bertujuan untuk melatih literasi sains siswa melalui pelatihan laboratorium virtual Fisika dengan pendekatan saintifik di Madrasah Aliyah Salafiyah Syafi\u27iyah Khoiriyah Hasyim Seblak. Simulasi PhET dipilih untuk memvisualisasikan konsep Fisika yang abstrak, seperti gelombang bunyi, yang sulit dipahami tanpa alat praktikum fisik. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 siswa dalam serangkaian pelatihan, yang mencakup tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap persiapan, survei dan observasi dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam pembelajaran Fisika. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup pemberian materi, praktik simulasi PhET, dan diskusi kelompok untuk memperdalam pemahaman siswa. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan pemahaman siswa sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu melakukan praktikum virtual secara mandiri, menunjukkan penguasaan penggunaan PhET, serta lebih mudah memahami materi setelah menggunakan simulasi ini. Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi simulasi berbasis teknologi untuk memperdalam pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran Fisika, terutama di lingkungan sekolah yang menghadapi tantangan dalam hal fasilitas laboratorium. Pengaruh Biaya Operasional, Pendapatan dan Intensitas Research and Development terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan Subsektor Farmasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023
This study aims to analyze the effect of operating costs, revenue, and Research and Development (R&D) intensity on financial performance in pharmaceutical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. Financial performance in this study is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). This research uses quantitative methods with panel data regression models. The population in this study were pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX, with samples selected using purposive sampling method, so that 7 companies were obtained with a total of 35 observation data. The results showed that partially, operating costs have a negative and significant effect on ROA, while revenue has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, R&D intensity has no significant effect on ROA, which indicates that investment in research and development has not had a direct impact on the profitability of pharmaceutical companies in the period studied. However, simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on the company\u27s financial performance.

PENERAPAN APLIKASI FIGMA TERHADAP PERTIMBANGAN LAYANAN USER INTERFACE/USER EXPERIENCE DI KEDAI LELY YUMMY MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING
Design Thinking is a design process that focuses on user emphaty to understand real problems according (Irwinansyah et al, 2020). Problems that are not clearly defined will be resolved by understanding user needs, for example, selling fastfood products, and drinks at the Lely Yummy Shop which is in located Sukowilangun Village, Kalipare District. Malang Regency. This research designs the Figma application for the fastfood, and beverage sales business by considering the User Interface/User Experience at the Lely Yummy Shop, various kinds of problems, and solutions discussed. This research aims to determine the level of information service for customers, design layout designs in shop business sales, and understand the general description of Lely Yummy shop services using the Design Thinking Method. According to the term, the Design Thinking method is a human-centered design approach to solving problems, and introducing new innovations. The Design Thinking method includes 5 steps consisting of emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The five steps in the design thinking method will of course be discussed in chapters 3, and 4 along with a project using the figma application by considering User Interface/User Experience in the business of selling fastfood, and drinks at Lely Yummy stores
Software Requirement Specification Sistem Informasi MBKM berdasarkan Hasil Survey terhadap Sivitas Akademik
The MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) policy is motivated to prepare students to know social, cultural, world of work and technological advances that have been so rapid. Competence of students must be prepared to answer the needs of the times. Link and match activities are one of the strategies used, not only with the business world and the industrial world, but also with a future that is changing so rapidly. Information Systems Study Program has implemented several programs contained in the guidelines for the implementation of the Independent Learning Campus, although on a limited scale, namely the cross-study student exchange program and the Internship program. It is necessary to make adjustments to the programs that have been implemented in Study Program to adjust the curriculum of the study program and to survey the academic community. This survey needs to be carried out to find out how far the responses, responses and knowledge of the academic community towards MBKM activities. From the results of the survey, the Study Program followed up by designing an information system for the development and strengthening of the results of the academic community for MBKM activities in the form of a Software Requirement Specification. With this Information System Design, it is hoped that it will provide convenience for the development of the Integrated MBKM information system so that it can provide convenience for the academic community in carrying out MBKM activities within the Study Program environment and also to support MBKM governance and management.Kebijakan MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) dilatar belakangi untuk mempersiapkan para mahasiswa menghadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja dan kemajuan teknologi yang sudah sedemikian pesatnya. Kompetensi dari mahasiswa harus dipersiapkan untuk menjawab kebutuhan zaman. Kegiatan Link and match menjadi salah satu strategi yang digunakan, tidak saja dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri, tetapi juga dengan masa depan yang berubah dengan begitu cepat.
Didalam prakteknya Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Ma Chung (UMC) telah melaksanakan beberapa program yang termuat dalam panduan pelaksanaan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka meskipun dalam skala yang masih terbatas yaitu program pertukaran mahaiswa Lintas prodi dan program Magang. Untuk mendukung pelaksanaan implementasi program MBKM di prodi, perlu dilakukan penyesuaian program yang telah dilaksanakan di Prodi Sistem Informasi ke aturan aturan yang telah di tetapkan di MBKM, penyesuaian kurikulum program studi dan Survey kepada sivitas akademika. Survey kepada sivitas akademika ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh respon, tanggapan dan pengetahuan sivitas akademika terhadap kegiatan MBKM.
Dari hasil dari survey tersebut, Program Studi Sistem Informasi melakukan tindak lanjut dengan melakukan perancangan sistem informasi pengembangan dan penguatan hasil sivitas akademika terhadap kegiatan MBKM dalam bentuk Software Requirement Specification. Dengan adanya Perancangan Sistem Informasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengembangan sistem informasi MBKM Terintegrasi sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi sivitas akademika dalam melakukan kegiatan Kampus Merdeka Merdeka Belajar (MBKM) di lingkungan Prodi Sistem Informasi dan juga guna mendukung tata kelola serta manajemen MBK
Konseling Kelompok Behavioral Berbasis Modeling Simbolik: Upaya Peningkatan Tanggung Jawab Akademik Mahasiswa
Academic responsibility is an important attitude that students must have in order to achieve academic success. However, there are still students who do not fully understand the importance of responsibility in fulfilling their academic obligations. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of behavioral group counseling based on symbolic modeling in efforts to increase students\u27 academic responsibility. The study used a one-group pretest-posttest design with a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 12 students from PGRI Kanjuruhan University in Malang who were selected using purposive sampling. The instruments used were an academic responsibility scale, and the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with the assistance of SPSS 22. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in academic responsibility scores after the treatment was administered (p < 0.05).
