Get PDFABSTRAK : Persaingan di Indonesia semakin meningkat karena penjualan di negara ini tumbuh lebih cepat. Namun, masih ada permintaan dari pelanggan dalam jumlah tertentu. Oleh karena itu, meskipun tidak mengabaikan tugas-tugas bisnis lainnya, fungsi pemasaran kini memegang peranan yang semakin besar dalam operasi perusahaan. Semua bisnis, bahkan yang bergerak dalam penjualan produk, dapat memperoleh manfaat dari penggunaan strategi pemasaran berdasarkan analisis bauran pemasaran. Empat faktor yang membentuk bauran pemasaran: sistem distribusi, struktur harga, produk, dan aktivitas promosi. Karena keempat komponen bauran pemasaran saling bergantung dan berdampak satu sama lain, maka perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan keberhasilan layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana bauran pemasaran mempengaruhi kebahagiaan konsumen. Penelitian untuk penelitian ini dilakukan di CV.Maxima Global Malang. Dengan menggunakan pengambilan sampel analisis faktor, 105 responden diidentifikasi sebagai sampel, yang jumlahnya setidaknya empat atau lima kali lipat dari jumlah variabel. Kuesioner menggunakan skala likert untuk pengukurannya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan CV dipengaruhi secara bersamaan oleh produk, harga, distribusi, dan promosi. Get PDFThis community service aims to find out farmers\u27 perceptions about feed banks carried out at community livestock centers (SPR). Perceptions are used as a reference in developing feed bank strategies for farmers. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from village programs while secondary data was obtained from interviews and questionnaires. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive techniques. Respondents\u27 perceptions of the Feed Bank strategy are classified as very good (60.5), meaning that the Feed Bank strategy has relative advantages, is appropriate, simple, can be tried and can be observed. Characteristics that are related to respondents\u27 perceptions are age and length of farming. Young respondents (28-34 years) tend to have very good perceptions. Respondents whose farming period is new (1-10 years) tend to have very good perceptions
THE EFFECTIVENES OF WORD MEMORIZATION METHOD USING DIGITAL BOOK TO IMPROVE STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY ACHIEVEMENT AT THE SIXTH GRADE OF SD KATOLIK SANG TIMUR PASURUAN
Get PDFThis study aims to investigate whether the use of word memorization method using digital book provides a positive significant effect on the students’ vocabulary mastery. The quasi experimental research design was used in this study. The study included 49 sixth-grade English as Foreign Language (EFL) learners from a primary school, divided into two groups of 27 each. The experimental class was taught by word memorization method using digital book, while the control class was taught by using word memorization. The data of this study were collected through test in form of pre-test and post-test and calculated by using SPSS 20 Version. Based on the data analysis, the research finding showed that there was a significant difference between experimental class’s vocabulary score and control class’s vocabulary score. The researcher measured students’ post–test score by using independent sample t-test to know the difference between students who were taught by using word memorization method using digital book and students who were taught by using word memorization. The hypothesis verification was found by comparing the significance value (2-tailed) with the significance level 0.05. The estimation was: If the significance value > 0.05, Ha was rejected, it meant there was no significance positive effect. If the value < 0.05, Ha was accepted, it meant there was a significance positive effect. The mean score of vocabulary test done by the experimental class, based on the result of Independent sample t-test of post-test, was 79.52. Meanwhile, vocabulary test done by the control class, based on the result of Independent sample t-test of post-test, was 69.50. It meant that the implementation of word memorization method using digital book gave significant positive effect on students’ vocabulary mastery. Word memorization using digital book will abounding students’ creativity in developing various learning innovation, particularly on learning vocabulary

Marriage can be seen as a social institution, so marriage regulates relationships between individuals in determining their respective roles and responsibilities. In many Indonesian literary works, you can find images ofmarriage. This research uses the short story Yang Menangis di Balik Pelaminan by Alda Muhsi toexamine the views of the characters and the value of traditional marriage contained in the short story. The short story is analyzed using literary sociology to see the phenomenon of traditional marriage and its value. This research found that there were differences in the views of figures regarding traditional marriage. There are views of figures who state the importance of traditional marriages and there are also views which believe that traditional marriages no longer need to be implemented. This is because times have changed. The result of the next discussion is regarding the value of traditional marriage inshort stories. There are three values in traditional marriage, namely, value in terms of human needs,value in terms of human ability to capture and develop it, value seen from cultural processes.Pernikahan merupakan salah satu bagian dari daur hidup manusia yang memegang peranan penting dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Pernikahan dapat dilihat sebagai sesuatu yang penting karena di dalamnya terdapat nilai-nilai. Pernikahan dapat dilihat sebagai suatu institusi sosial, maka pernikahan mengatur hubungan antar individu dalam menentukan peran dan tanggung-jawabmasing-masing. Dalam banyak karya sastra Indonesia dapat ditemukan gambaran pernikahan. Penelitian ini mengambil cerpen Yang Menangis di Balik Pelaminan karya Alda Muhsi untuk diteliti pandangan tokoh dan nilai pernikahan adat yang terkandung di dalam cerpen. Cerpen dianalisis dengan sosiologi sastra untuk melihat fenomena pernikahan adat dan nilainya. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya perbedaan pandangan tokoh-tokoh mengenai pernikahan adat. terdapat pandangan tokoh yang menyatakan pentingnya pernikahan adat dan terdapat pandangan pula pandangan yang menganggap bahwa pernikahan secara adat tidak perlu lagi dilaksanakan. Hal tersebut didasari bahwa zaman telah berubah. Hasil pembahasan selanjutnya adalah mengenai nilai pernikahan adat di dalam cerpen. Terdapat tiga nilai di dalam pernikahan adat, yaitu, nilai dari segi kebutuhan manusia, nilai dari segi kemampuan manusia untuk menangkap dan mengembangkannya, nilai dilihat dari proses budaya

No full textThis research aims to analyze the impact of Indonesia\u27s post-earthquake humanitarian assistance in Türkiye on the dynamics of relations between the two countries. Aid activities have an impact on the political, social and economic conditions of bilateral relations between Indonesia and Türkiye. The results of this research show that Indonesia\u27s humanitarian assistance during the Türkiye Earthquake had a positive impact on bilateral relations. Politically, Indonesia is able to improve Indonesia\u27s good image as a country that has a high sense of concern. Socially, it is able to deepen emotional feelings and strengthen the sense of solidarity between communities in the two countries. Meanwhile, economically, Indonesia is able to open up opportunities for economic cooperation and build trust in trade and investment relations. So it can be concluded that this assistance strengthens positive relations between Indonesia and Türkiye in creating a solid foundation for future cooperationIndonesia and Turkey, both predominantly Muslim nations, have long-standing diplomatic ties. In February 2023, Turkey experienced a devastating earthquake, leading to significant humanitarian consequences. Dozens of countries extended a helping hand to assist the earthquake victims, including Indonesia. In line with its humanitarian mission, Indonesia provided substantial aid to Turkey, encompassing food supplies, medical equipment, and even Hercules aircraft to facilitate logistical support. This research aims to analyze the impact of Indonesia\u27s humanitarian aid post-earthquake in Turkey on the dynamics of bilateral relations between the two nations. The focus lies in examining the political, social, and economic influences stemming from this assistance on the Indonesia-Turkey bilateral relationship. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a triangulation data approach. Data were gathered through the analysis of official documents, media reports, government statements, and case studies on the provided humanitarian aid. Triangulation was utilized to ensure data validity by integrating various information sources. Indonesia\u27s Humanitarian Aid in the aftermath of the Turkey earthquake yielded positive effects on bilateral relations. Politically, the assistance strengthened diplomatic ties and enhanced Indonesia\u27s image as a nation with a high sense of compassion. Socially, the aid deepened emotional connections and reinforced solidarity between the citizens of both countries. Economically, the assistance opened avenues for further economic cooperation, fostering trust in trade and investment relations between the two nations. Overall, this aid strengthened the positive relationship between Indonesia and Turkey, establishing a robust foundation for future collaboration. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of humanitarianism in state diplomacy and how it can influence bilateral relations between two countries
Toxic gamers: Studi fenomenologis terhadap perilaku kekerasan verbal pada siswa pemain game online
Get PDFThis study aims to reveal the psychological dynamics of students who commit verbal violence while playing online games. A qualitative study with a phenomenological design was used as the basis for conducting the study. Data were collected using observation techniques and in-depth interviews with six students of SMPN 10 Surabaya. The collected data were then coded and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study showed that psychological experiences: catharsis and locus of control were the main themes most often raised by students. In addition, the results of the analysis also showed that low emotional regulation and self-control skills triggered the emergence of toxic behavior in students. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that catharsis and locus of control are factors causing the emergence of verbal violence in students playing online games

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran olahraga sebagai media dalam mempromosikan nilai-nilai Olimpiade (Olympism) dilihat dari aspek etika. Terutama pada generasi milenial saat ini yang notabene masih belum memahami mengenai nilai-nilai olimpiade dalam penerapannya dikehidupan sehari-hari yang bermanfaat khususnya pada perspektif etika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, Sumber data berupa: manusia, peristiwa dan dokumen dengan tahapan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu (1) tahap pengumpulan data; (2) reduksi data; (3) penyajian; serta (4) penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan yang didapatkan peneliti, bahwa aspek etika bisa didapatkan melalui olahraga yaitu dengan mempromosikan nilai-nilai olimpiade yang terdiri dari Friendship (persahabatan), Excellence (keunggulan), Respect (rasa hormat). Dari nilai-nilai olimpiade tersebut ditemukan bahwa olahraga menjadi media yang sangat penting dalam menanamkan etika bagi kaum muda khususnya dalam perkembangan kehidupan yang lebih baik. Disamping itu, dengan olahraga sebagai media tentunya menjadi hal yang sangat mudah diakses dalam penanaman etika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan bahan ajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam menumbuhkan karakter mandiri pada peserta didik. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi peserta didik dan Guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bahan ajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Sekolah Menengah Atas dapat dilakukan melalui dua cara yaitu secara konvensional dan berbasis digital. Faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan bahan ajar pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Sekolah Menengah Atas dalam membentuk karakter kemandirian peserta didik yaitu (1) keterampilan guru yang baik dalam penggunaan bahan ajar digital maupun konvensional, (2) penggunaan pendekatan, strategi, model, atau media yang tepat dan relevan, (3) dan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator sekaligus mentor untuk membantu peserta didik mengembangkan karakter kemandirian dalan diri. Integrasi digital dalam bahan ajar pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Sekolah Menengah Atas memiliki dampak yang positif dibandingkan penggunaan bahan ajar secara konvensional dalam menumbuhkan karakter kemandirian pada peserta didik
Pelatihan Pembuatan Eco Enzym Kepada Masyarakat RT 27 dan 35 Desa Muang Ilir Samarinda
Get PDFEco enzyme training for locals, especially for housewives at RT. 13, Muang Ilir village, Lempake, in Samarinda. The training is about producing and obtaining benefits of environmentally friendly enzyme products, a program which designed to introduce participant on basic and practice of eco enzyme for producing and obtaining benefits from it. Eco enzyme is fluid resulting from fermentation of organic material, like leftovers (fruits and fresh vegetables) which is household waste by adding organic sugar into water with the help of microorganism. The fluid has numerous benefits for the environment and various applications in the household, agriculture, even in industrial sector. Socialization and training aim to provide information and educate people to care about waste and get benefits from it. Socialization was done by talk followed by practice for eco enzyme producing. After training, satisfaction result show the average value was very satisfactory (scored 5 of 94% participants) and satisfactory (scored 4 of 6% participants). Overall, all participants were very enthusiastic towards knowledge about eco enzyme, thus they can practice it at homes. Moreover, the locals hope a further collaboration in terms of sharing knowledge from university with Biology Department, FMIPA,and UKM Lesehan Cendikia Mulawarman University, especially for the locals from RT.13, Muang Ilir village, Lempake, in Samarinda.Â
