Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Sektor Teknologi yang Terdaftar di BEI
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the influence of profitability, leverage, and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices within an industry. The ratios used as independent variables are Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and EPS (market ratio), while the dependent variable is stock price. The research focuses on companies in the technology sector that actively trade shares and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2019 to 2021. The data collection method used is purposive sampling with a quantitative approach employing multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. Based on the results of the analysis, It was found that the variables profitability and leverage did not contribute to the stock prices of technology sector companies. Meanwhile, EPS contributed to the stock prices of technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

Get PDFThe development of information technology and e-commerce has changed people’s shopping patterns, allowing consumers to shop online without going to physical stores. Kepanjen market in Malang regency is facing challenges from a decline in the number of buyers due to increasing interest in online shopping, especially after the pandemic. To solve this problem, this research offers a website-based e-commerce information system with a UCD approach, which gives traders in the Kepanjen market the opportunity to sell goods boldly and reach more buyers. After going through the design and evaluation stages using black box testing, this system was tested with a user acceptance test which obtained a score of 81.9%, which is included in the category of strongly agreeing with the existence of this information system

Get PDFParking deposit management often encounters obstacles ranging from deposit discipline to transaction recording. Field conditions show that parking attendants frequently delay the deposit process, especially during unfavorable weather, while treasurers face time constraints as they work during the same hours as the attendants, making them often unavailable. The limited devices owned by parking attendants also pose a challenge, as their smartphones can only run lightweight applications and are restricted to basic browsing and communication via WhatsApp. These conditions demand a technological solution that is flexible, easy to use, and does not burden the devices used by attendants. The purpose of this study is to implement a Progressive Web Application (PWA) with WhatsApp gateway notifications to support parking deposit reporting. PWA enables web applications to function like mobile applications but with minimal resources and fast access. The results of this study successfully developed a web-based parking deposit application by applying PWA, transforming the web-based deposit program into a mobile-like application that simplifies user access. Users no longer need to type URL addresses through the browser. Furthermore, the implementation of WhatsApp messages or notifications allows real-time communication, while receipt delivery becomes easier and does not consume smartphone storage space since receipts are sent in the form of links

No full textUD Puma Trans, located in Talok Village, Turen District, Malang Regency, is a sugarcane truck weighing service company that faced constraints in data monitoring due to access limitations restricted to local computers. This hampered administrators and management in performing supervision and making decisions requiring flexible information access. To address this issue, a web-based monitoring system for sugarcane truck weighing data was developed using the Waterfall method, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate flexible information access. The research results indicate that the web-based monitoring system was successfully implemented, with key features including automatic recording of sugarcane truck weighing data and a flexible dashboard display for monitoring. The use of the Waterfall method yielded a well-structured system with comprehensive documentation at each development stage. The system successfully overcame data access limitations by enabling easy remote monitoring via the web platform. System implementation increased operational efficiency by minimizing data entry errors and accelerating the reporting process. System testing demonstrated high effectiveness in assisting the monitoring and decision-making processes for UD Puma Trans management. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the web-based sugarcane truck weighing monitoring system using the Waterfall method successfully provided an effective solution to the data monitoring problems at UD Puma Trans. This system not only facilitates flexible information access from various locations but also enhances operational efficiency through automated data recording and reporting. The use of the Waterfall method proved appropriate in producing a structured system tailored to user needs, thereby supporting faster and more accurate decision-making processe
UTILIZING THE DUOLINGO APPLICATION FOR SELF-DIRECTED ENGLISH VOCABULARY LEARNING AT MTS MUHAMMADIYAH 1 SAMARINDA
Get PDFThis research examines the utilization of the Duolingo application for self-directed learning of English vocabulary at MTS Muhammadiyah 1 Samarinda. English as an International Language and the utilization of digital platforms as learning media is very effective and fun. Duolingo was identified as an effective and popular platform for language learning, which utilizes a gamification approach and enables self-directed learning. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, involving 10 grade 9 students of MTS Muhammadiyah 1 Samarinda who were selected through purposive sampling based on their experience using Duolingo. Data collection was conducted through direct interviews with 7 questions. The results showed that Duolingo makes it easier for users to learn English vocabulary, with feedback and repetition features that reinforce understanding. In addition, ease of use makes Duolingo accessible and usable by people of all ages. Factors such as attractive appearance, flexibility, clear explanation of material, repetition of material, gamification approach, and various language options make this application attractive to users

Pemerintah Indonesia mengatur bahwa guru wajib memiliki 4 kompetensi yaitu kompetensi profesional, sosial, pedagogik dan kepribadian. Kompetensi kepribadian sangat erat dengan kesadaran dan motivasi dalam mengajar pada individu guru. Proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang tentu bukan hanya mentransfer ilmu tapi juga mentransfer nilai karakter. Sekolah dasar menjadi satuan pendidikan paling awal pada jenjang formal dimana kualitas kompetensi guru nya harus baik untuk menghasilkan siswa yang berkarakter baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan kompetensi kepribadian guru dalam proses pembelajaran dari sudut pandang guru itu sendiri dan juga siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi dan survei melalui instrumen rubrik yang diisi oleh guru dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di tiga sekolah mendapatkan hasil yang berbeda antara tanggapan siswa dan guru pada indikator-indikator kompetensi kepribadian guru dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran. No full textBeberapa variabel, seperti integrasi nilai-nilai kepribadian karyawan dan budaya organisasi, menekankan dampak kolektifnya terhadap perilaku dan kinerja organisasi, yang diterapkan di Perusahaan X. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana ciri-ciri kepribadian, seperti kehati-hatian dan keterbukaan, di samping elemen budaya seperti inovasi dan orientasi hasil, mempengaruhi perilaku penting termasuk kerja tim, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan komunikasi efektif, yang penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) pada data survei yang dikumpulkan dari 50 karyawan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung di antara variabel-variabel tersebut, dengan perilaku organisasi yang memediasinya. Kami menemukan tujuh temuan menurut data yang berjalan. Variabel nilai kepribadian, nilai organisasi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Keunikan penelitian ini adalah perilaku organisasi menjadi intervensi melalui kinerja, yang mana penelitian lain masih menyalahgunakannya. Penting untuk menyelaraskan proses rekrutmen dengan budaya organisasi, mendorong kolaborasi, menerapkan pelatihan yang ditargetkan, dan menerapkan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang transparan. Penelitian tersebut merekomendasikan penanaman budaya yang berorientasi pada hasil, melibatkan karyawan dalam inisiatif kolaboratif, dan menetapkan program pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat keselarasan antara nilai-nilai individu dan tujuan organisasi
Pengaruh Nilai-Nilai Religiusitas Terhadap Resiliensi Diri Penyandang Disabilitas di Kota Malang
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai religiusitas terhadap resiliensi diri penyandang disabilitas di Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian Eks Post Facto dengan teknik analisis regresi untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel. Analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh nilai-nilai religiusitas terhadap resiliensi diri penyandang disabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik Uji T diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk variabel nilai-nilai religiusitas (X) terhadap resiliensi diri penyandang disabilitas (Y) sebesar 5.567 > 0,396 (r tabel) dan dengan signifikansi 0,001 ˂ 0,05, maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh variabel nilai-nilai religiusitas terhadap resiliensi diri penyandang disabilitas sebesar 57%. Hasil 57 berada pada rentang korelasi koefisiensi 0,41-0,70 yang artinya korelasinya sedang atau moderate. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi para pemeran komunitas keagamaan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan rohani penyandang disabilitas dan membuka fakta baru untuk intervensi berbasis agama yang lebih efektif dan lebih inklusif sesuai dengan kondisi penyandang disabilita
Aktualisasi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Dalam Penguatan Nasionalisme Pada Dinamika Bangsa Melalui Duta Damai Yogyakarta
Get PDFIndonesia merupakan negara yang dihuni beragam suku, agama, bahasa dan sebagainya, keragaman tersebut dinodai aksi terorisme yang menciderai Pancasila dan nasionalisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam penguatan nasionalisme pada dinamika bangsa melalui Duta Damai Yogyakarta, faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat, serta upaya-upaya dalam menjaga teraktualisasikannya nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis riset naratif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam penguatan nasionalisme pada dinamika bangsa melalui Duta Damai Yogyakarta dengan membuat pamflet hari besar umat beragama, peduli pada anak berkebutuhan khusus, mencintai produk lokal, kesetaraan saat musyawarah serta pada pembagian dana aspirasi. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu kecintaan terhadap perdamaian, kebersamaan, serta adanya anggaran. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dan kesibukan anggota. Upaya-upaya menjaga teraktualisasikannya nilai-nilai Pancasila yaitu dengan melakukan bincang keragaman dan mengamalkan Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Audio Visual Terhadap Hasil Belajar Geografi Siswa Kelas X
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of audio-visual learning media on the geography learning outcomes of tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 6 Malang. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design, involving one experimental class (X-3) and one control class (X-4), each consisting of 35 students. The research instrument was an essay test comprising five questions that had been tested for validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power. Data were collected through essay tests, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the t-test. The results showed a significant difference in learning outcomes between students taught using audio-visual media and those taught through conventional methods. The post-test average score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class, with a greater gain score improvement. These findings demonstrate that audio-visual media can effectively enhance students’ motivation, engagement, and understanding of geography material, particularly in the topic of maps. The study suggests that teachers should optimally integrate audio-visual media into geography instruction to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences that improve student achievement
