Pengaruh ROE dan CAR Terhadap Nilai Saham Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Go Public
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh ROE dan CAR terhadap nilai saham pada perusahaan perbankan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 9 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pada periode 2017-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROE berpengaruh terhadap nilai saham, dan CAR berpengaruh terhadap nilai saham
Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Modeling Untuk Mengoptimalkan Perencanaan Karier Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama: Kajian Naratif
This article narratively explores the use of the modeling technique in group counseling as an effort to optimize the career planning of junior high school students which is a critical period to determine career planning. The study employs a Narrative Review method. From the data collection process were analyzed in accordance with the research objectives. The modeling technique allows students to learn by observing the behaviors, values, and skills demonstrated by a model. References in this article are derived from various journals that discuss the effectiveness of group counseling and modeling techniques in supporting students\u27 career development. The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of the modeling technique in group counseling for enhancing junior high school students’ career planning. The review results indicate that this technique is effective in improving students\u27 understanding of career options, strengthening their motivation, and building their confidence in designing their future. Additionally, the modeling technique helps uncover students\u27 interests and abilities. In conclusion, the modeling technique in group counseling has proven to be an effective approach to supporting junior high school students\u27 career planning. Its implementation in schools is recommended to help students prepare for their future in a more directed and confident manner
Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Hedonisme Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa
This research aims to determine the forms of lifestyle carried out by Tadris IPS students from the Class of 2021 and 2022 IAIN Kudus, the reasons underlying these students carrying out this hedonistic lifestyle, and its influence on academic achievement. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis and Jean Baudrillard\u27s Consuming Society Theory. The results of the discussion show that the hedonistic lifestyle of Tadris IPS Class 2021 and 2022 IAIN Kudus students is very diverse, starting from buying luxury goods, hanging out in cafes and following social trends. The underlying factors are low self-control, personal expression, and the influence of the social environment. And the impact on student academic achievement is decreased academic performance and decreased course grades. On the other hand, the hedonistic lifestyle that is lived can give students a boost of enthusiasm. The results of the analysis using Jean Baudrillard\u27s Consumption Theory show that Tadris IPS Class 2021 and 2022 IAIN Kudus students are hedonistic only to express identity and gain social recognition
Dampak Stigma Sosial Terhadap Eksistensi Diri Penyandang Disabilitas Fisik di Tengah Masyarakat
Diskriminasi dan perlakuan tidak adil sering dialami oleh para penyandang disabilitas fisik dapat menimbulkan dampak psikologis yang negatif, seperti rasa rendah diri, cemas, dan depresi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak stigma sosial terhadap eksistensi diri penyandang disabilitas di masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling atau penentuan dengan kriteria tertentu. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis menurut Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah sembilan informan sampai saat ini masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengeksiskan diri di masyarakat karena dampak dari stigma sosial. Sementara satu informan telah mampu eksis di masyarakat karena tidak mengalami penolakan. Agar tidak terjebak pada reaksi emosional akibat penolakan, kesembilan informan ada dalam resiliensi dengan tetap percaya diri, berpikir positif, menunjukkan diri mampu, semangat, dan tidak berkecil hati. Rekomendasi ada dalam upaya meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang disabilitas untuk mengurangi stigma sosial. Penyandang disabilitas sendiri harus proaktif untuk menunjukkan kemampuan di masyarakat
Moderasi Beragama dan Akseptasi Religius sebagai Inovasi Menuju Kerukunan Beragama di Kota Manado
Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui besarnya pengaruh nilai moderasi beragama dan akseptasi religius terhadap kerukunan umat beragama pada masyarakat Katolik di Kota Manado. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian kuantitatif-deskriptif untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh dan tingkat signifikan dengan teknik analisis regresi-korelasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup baik dan signifikan dari variabel moderasi beragama terhadap kerukunan umat beragama, dengan hasil Uji T sebesar 6.697 > 1,885 nilai t tabel, dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan hasil koefisien determinasi (nilai R) adalah 0,717 dan R² sebesar 0,069. Maka terdapat pengaruh yang baik dan signifikan dari variabel akseptasi religius terhadap aspek kerukunan umat beragama, dengan hasil Uji T sebesar 6,365 > 1,885, dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi (nilai R) adalah 0,747 dan R² sebesar 0,736. Demikian pula secara bersama-sama, moderasi beragama dan akseptasi religius berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kerukunan umat beragama, dengan hasil Uji F sebesar 96,532 > 1,995 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.00 < 0,05, sedangkan nilai koefisien R sebesar 0,818 dan nilai R² sebesar 0,680 serta nilai adjusted R² sebesar 0,762
The Influence of Pedagogical Values in Paragliding Sports on the Formation of Resilience
This study aims to analyse the influence of pedagogical values in paragliding sport on resilience building. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study involved 87 paragliding athletes (64% male, 36% female) with an age range of 18-35 years. Quantitative data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while qualitative data was obtained through in-depth interviews with 15 athletes and 5 coaches. The results showed that all five pedagogical values had a significant influence on resilience formation, with emotional control having the strongest influence (β = 0.423, p < 0.001), followed by courage (β = 0.412, p < 0.001), discipline (β = 0.378, p < 0.001), responsibility (β = 0.345, p < 0.001), and cooperation (β = 0.287, p = 0.002). The five values explained 72.4% of the variation in resilience. The Pedagogical Pathway of Paragliding illustrates the gradual process of resilience formation through three phases: Foundation Phase (discipline and responsibility), Development Phase (courage and cooperation), and Integration Phase (emotional control). Qualitative findings revealed that 93% of respondents reported transformative experiences through paragliding that changed the way they perceived challenges, and 87% reported applying the values learned in their life context
Diversifikasi Produk Olahan Jeruk Nipis sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Pendapatan Kelompok Wanita Makmue Beujaya
The Makmue Beujaya Women Entrepreneurship Group (KWW) has great potential in developing a lime-based business in Kuta Makmue Village, Nagan Raya Regency. Previously, the planted limes were only processed into one product, namely dish soap. This resulted in limited group income because the products produced were not optimal in fully utilizing the potential of lime. To overcome this problem, a community service program was implemented with the aim of encouraging the diversification of processed lime products, including by producing new products such as hand sanitizer and lime slice. This program uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves women group members actively in the entire process, starting from the socialization, training, to evaluation stages. The results of this activity show an increase in the capacity of women\u27s groups, both in creating innovative products based on local potential and increasing knowledge and skills in product diversification. What drives vocational teachers to be innovative?
This study explores the impact of leadership, emotional intelligence, information and communication technology (ICT), and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. In the context of the Industry 4.0 revolution, vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing youth for the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. SMK teachers, as frontline educators, are expected to exhibit innovative work behavior to create relevant and impactful learning experiences. However, low levels of innovative work behavior among SMK teachers remain a challenge. Previous studies suggest that factors such as supportive leadership, emotional intelligence, ICT utilization, and knowledge sharing can positively influence innovative work behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to analyze the relationships between these factors and innovative work behavior. The study aims to provide practical insights for educational policymakers and contribute to the theoretical understanding of innovative work behavior in vocational education. Data were collected from 74 teachers in SMKs in Bekasi using structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings are expected to provide significant contributions to enhancing the innovation of teaching practices in vocational education.
PERUBAHAN BUNYI PADA BAHASA NIAS
The Nias language has unique phonological characteristics, including open vowel patterns (almost all words end in vowels) and a rich grammatical system, such as the use of prefixes and suffixes to form words, this underlies the author\u27s interest in studying the Nias language through comparative historical linguistics theory. This study aims to reveal what changes are found in the Nias language. This study uses a qualitative approach with recording and transcription techniques and then filters the data obtained. Informants who speak the Nias language are sources of Nias language data that meet the requirements of informants according to Comparative Historical Linguistics. The swadesh list contains vocabulary taken from speaker recordings. The results of this study found only four sound changes in the Nias language. There are four changes that occur in the sound position of the Proto Austronesian language into the Nias language, namely apheresis, syncope, apocope, and paragoge with apocope as the most changes found in this study.
Keywords: Comparative Historical Linguistics, Sound Changes, Nias Language.Bahasa Nias memiliki ciri khas fonologi yang unik, termasuk pola vokal terbuka (hampir semua kata berakhir dengan vokal) dan sistem tata bahasa yang kaya, seperti penggunaan prefiks dan sufiks untuk membentuk kata, hal tersebut mendasari penulis tertarik unntuk meneliti bahasa nias melalui teori linguistik historis komparatif, Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan perubahan apa saja yang terdapat pada bahasa nias adapun Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik rekam dan transkrip lalu menyaring data yang di dapatkan. Informan yang berbicara bahasa Nias adalah sumber data bahasa Nias yang sesuai dengan syarat informan menurut Linguistik Historis Komparatif. Daftar swadesh mengandung kosakata yang diambil dari rekaman penutur.adapun hasil dari penelitian ini di temukan hanya empat perubahan bunyi pada Bahasa Nias terdapat empat perubahan yang terjadi pada posisi bunyi bahasa proto Austronesia ke dalam bahasa Nias yaitu aferesis, sinkop, apokop, dan paragog dengan apokop sebagai perubahan terbanyak yang di temukan dalam penelitian ini.

Peran Kepala Sekolah Menggerakkan Nilai Moral untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Sorong
Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan kognitif dan sosial-emosional anak. Namun, di Kabupaten Sorong, kualitas pendidikan PAUD masih menghadapi tantangan signifikan terkait dengan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, dan pengembangan profesionalisme guru PAUD, khususnya guru. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan PAUD di daerah tersebut dengan fokus pada tiga aspek: manajerial, supervisi, dan motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara dengan 10 kepala sekolah dan 20 guru PAUD di Kabupaten Sorong. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang efektif dalam peran manajerial, supervisi, dan motivasi mampu mengintegrasikan nilai moral dalam kebijakan pendidikan. Hal ini terbukti meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan PAUD di Kabupaten Sorong. Integrasi nilai moral tidak hanya memperkuat profesionalisme guru, tetapi juga menciptakan iklim sekolah yang inklusif dan relevan dengan budaya lokal. Kepala sekolah yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia dan menanamkan nilai moral dapat menciptakan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan berbasis budaya lokal
