    Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan kajian mendalam tentang representasi nilai-nilai karakter bangsa dalam tradisi mandai ulu taon masyarakat Kaiti sebagai upaya mempertahankan karakter bangsa, meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat dan generasi muda akan nilai-nilai karakter dalam tradisi mandai ulu taon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kaiti Desa Rambah Tengah Barat Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokanhulu, Provinsi Riau. Sedangkan narasumber penelitian dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Tokoh Agama Tokoh Adat, Tokoh budaya, Tokoh Pemuda, Tokoh Masyarakat, pelaku budaya, Pemerintah Desa dan Kecamatan Serta Masyarakat Desa Kaiti. Penelitian ini sebagai penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode etnografi, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data, serta triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat nilai-nilai karakter bangsa dalam tradisi mandai ulu taon masyarakat Desa Rambah Tengah Barat meliputi tahapan dari tradisi mandai ulu taon yang meliputi tahapan persiapan mandai ulu taon (nilai musyawarah, nilai kebersamaan, nilai peduli lingkungan, nilai kepercayaan), tahapan malaksanaon mandai ulu taon (nilai gotong royong, nilai tanggung jawab, nilai kesenian, dan nilai rasa bangga budaya daerah), tahapan pangaluon mandai ulu taon (nilai religius, nilai cinta damai dan nilai toleransi)

    Moral Considerations of Students in Taking Online Loans: Between Needs and Desires

    This study examines students\u27 morality in decision-making regarding online loans. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence students\u27 decisions to take online loans and analyze the role of morality in this process. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, aiming to provide deeper insights into the social and economic impacts of online loans on students. Data collection techniques include surveys, in-depth interviews, and case study analysis. In the context of the increasingly widespread phenomenon of online loans, especially among students, this study identifies several factors that influence their decisions to borrow. This study also links its findings to the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Moral Theory. Individual and collective morality play an important role in decision-making regarding online loans. Collective morality, which includes the norms and values ​​of social groups, also influences online loan decisions. Students\u27 involvement with online loans has a significant impact. In the short-term, students often experience stress and anxiety due to debt pressure. In the long-term, it can disrupt education and create a cycle of poverty

    This study aims to examine the relationship between occupational health and safety (OHS) knowledge and fire disaster preparedness among employees at the Directorate of Labor Norm Inspection, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive with a correlational design. The population consists of all employees at the Directorate, with a total sampling technique involving 49 respondents. The results show a significant positive relationship between OHS knowledge and fire preparedness, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.398, indicating a weak but significant relationship at the 0.005 significance level (p < 0.01). The lowest level of OHS knowledge recorded was 10%, while the lowest preparedness aspect was in the emergency response plan indicator, at 59%. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the organization enhance OHS training—particularly regarding machinery and work equipment-and improve the development and dissemination of emergency response plans for all employees

    Development of interactive POP ES multimedia teaching materials based on guided inquiry

    The primary objective was to enhance student engagement, learning outcomes, and motivation. The research was motivated by limited classroom learning time, low achievement levels, and students’ lack of enthusiasm, as well as challenges faced by parents in supporting online education. The study employed the Lee and Owens research and development (R&D) framework, which includes five main stages: needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.For data analysis, the quantitative data (pre-test and post-test scores) were analyzed using descriptive statistics, particularly to measure the percentage of students achieving learning completeness.The findings indicated that the teaching materials achieved high validity (97% approval from subject matter and media experts), excellent practicality (97% approval from teachers and 92% from students), and strong effectiveness, with 87.5% of students achieving learning proficiency. The study concluded that the developed teaching materials are effective for classroom use, with recommendations for further customization to better align with student competencies

    This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision on the performance of employees at the Office of Manpower Office of Puncak Jaya City in 2023, in terms of internal and external monitoring. This research data is obtained from the method of data presentation of the results of responses of respondents (questionnaires), as well as other research results relevant to the object under study, in this case the primary data from the government agencies Manpower Office of Puncak Jaya. The statistical analysis used in this study is simple regression analysis using SPSS 22 program. The findings of this study indicate that the supervisory variables consisting of external supervision, internal and control audits significantly influence the performance of employees of the Manpower Office of Puncak Jaya City, as evidenced by the value of significance of 0.025 <0.05

    Many companies pay little attention to the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) of their employees, which can cause work accidents and health problems. This can be overcome by implementing an Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program. By creating safe and comfortable working conditions, companies can achieve quality employee performance. If these two aspects are implemented properly, employees will feel satisfied. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of K3 on employee performance, the influence of the work environment on employee performance, the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of K3 on employee performance, and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of the work environment on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research approach. The population of this research is the employees of staff Dinas Tenaga kerja bagian kelistrikan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and observation. The sample for this research was taken by purposive sampling, amounting to 100 manufacturing employees of staff Dinas Tenaga kerja bagian kelistrikan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square. The variables studied were Occupational Health and Safety (K3) (X1), Work Environment (X2), Employee Performance (Y), Job Satisfaction (Z). The results of this study indicate that Occupational Health and Safety (K3) influences employee performance, work environment influences employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work environment on employee performance. &nbsp

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh laba akuntansi, arus kas, dan return on asset (ROA) terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor industri kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2022. Sampel terdiri dari tiga belas (13) perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, laba akuntansi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham, arus kas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham

    Penelitian ini menganalisis Peran Perencanaan Laba dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Keuangan pada Usaha Es Kepal Milo MMTC di Medan. Perencanaan laba berperan penting dalam menetapkan target keuntungan, mengendalikan biaya, dan menjaga stabilitas keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan pemilik usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun perencanaan laba diterapkan secara sederhana, hal ini efektif meningkatkan efisiensi biaya, menstabilkan arus kas, dan mendukung pertumbuhan laba. Pemilik usaha melakukan perencanaan dengan memperkirakan penjualan, mengontrol bahan baku, dan menetapkan target laba realistis. Faktor seperti kemampuan manajerial, persaingan pasar, serta fluktuasi harga bahan baku memengaruhi perencanaan laba. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perencanaan laba berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan keberlanjutan usaha kecil

    This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on Card Match Circle (CMC) to improve student learning outcomes in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects in class VII MTs Ma\u27arif Ambulu Jember, especially the material on Social and Cultural Diversity of Society. The background of this study is the low interest in learning and achievement of student learning outcomes that have not met the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), due to monotonous learning methods and the lack of interesting media. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The products developed were CMC media with colored cards and interactive spin-based games. The validation results showed that this media was very valid, with a score of 96% from media experts, 80% from material experts, and 86.6% from language experts. The practicality of the media was assessed as very good based on student responses. The effectiveness of the media was shown by an increase in students\u27 pretest and posttest scores, both on a small scale (85% to 92%) and a large scale (80% to 90%). Thus, CMC media is proven to be valid, practical, and effective in improving students\u27 social studies learning outcomes.Abstract:. Hasil validasi menunjukkan media ini sangat valid, dengan skor 96% dari ahli media, 80% dari ahli materi, dan 86,6% dari ahli bahasa. Kepraktisan media dinilai sangat baik berdasarkan respons siswa. Keefektifan media ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan nilai pretest dan posttest siswa, baik pada skala kecil (85% menjadi 92%) maupun skala besar (80% menjadi 90%). Dengan demikian, media CMC terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran; Card Match Circle; Hasil Belaja

    Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT RVS

    The progress of a company is strongly determined by the maximum performance of its employees, optimal productivity levels, and the quality of reliable human resources. This research aims to evaluate the extent to which job training, work experience, and work motivation contribute to the improvement of employee performance. This study involved all employees, totaling 55 people at PT RVS, as research subjects, applying a saturated sampling technique in selecting respondents due to the relatively small population size. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to all participants, using a Likert scale with a range of 1 to 5 for variable measurement. Data analysis technique was performed with software support using the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical method. The research findings indicate that job training, work experience, and work motivation significantly have a positive contribution to improving employee performance. The implication of this research is to provide practical recommendations to the management of PT RVS to intensify relevant training programs and strengthen the motivation-based incentive system to maintain and continuously enhance work performance
