    Analisis Perilaku Menabung Masyarakat di Kota Surabaya

    Saving is a strategic endeavor to enhance an individual\u27s future financial stability. When individuals develop an awareness of the importance of saving, they will be better equipped to allocate their resources more wisely, leading to sustainable financial benefits over time. This study investigates the influence of financial attitudes, lifestyle choices, and self-control on the saving behavior of residents in Surabaya City. Using a quantitative design, this study utilizes a Likert scale to assess these variables. Data was collected through simple random sampling method, resulting in 180 participants. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with the help of SmartPLS software. The findings of the study explain that financial attitudes, lifestyle, and self-control contribute to shaping savings behavior in individuals living in Surabay

    This study aims to examine the influence of workload and work-life balance on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as an intervening variable among teachers at SMP Negeri XYZ Surabaya. Workload and work-life balance are factors that have the potential to affect teachers\u27 job satisfaction and organizational behavior. The research method used is quantitative. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers at SMP Negeri XYZ Surabaya and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The results show that workload does not affect OCB, either directly or through job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work-life balance has a significant effect on OCB, both directly and through job satisfaction. This research contributes to the development of theory and human resource management practices in schools

    Pengaruh Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship terhadap Enterpreneurship Intention dengan Enterpreneurship Learning sebagai Moderasi pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen di IPB Internasional Bali

    This study aims to analyze the effect of attitude on entrepreneurial intention moderated by entrepreneurship learning in management students at IPB Internasional Bali. Using a quantitative approach with a survey design, data were collected from 100 fourth semester students and above through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique. The results showed that attitude has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention with an R-Square value of 0.871, but entrepreneurship learning does not significantly moderate the relationship (p-value = 0.491). These findings provide insight into the importance of attitude in shaping entrepreneurial intention and the role of entrepreneurship learning in the context of higher education at IPB Internasional Bali

    Development of E-modules Based on Articulate Storyline 3

    This research aims to craft an e-module developed using Articulate Storyline 3, focusing on integer concepts, specifically designed for seventh-grade junior high school students. Mathematics, as a crucial component of Indonesia\u27s educational curriculum, is often perceived as complex and monotonous by students, necessitating innovative approaches in learning. This e-module is expected to emerge as a groundbreaking tool that stimulates students\u27 enthusiasm in exploring the subject matter. To achieve this, the study adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach, implementing the ADDIE model, which consists of initial analysis, conceptual design, development, real-world implementation, and comprehensive evaluation. Validation results indicate that the e-module achieves a remarkably high validity level of 95.19%, a practicality score of 83.33%, and an effectiveness rate of 87.85%. Beyond merely meeting validity criteria, the e-module is meticulously designed to ensure accessibility for students while proving to be a powerful tool in enhancing their academic performance. Thus, this Articulate Storyline 3-based e-module is envisioned as a revolutionary learning instrument—an engaging and interactive medium that supports the achievement of learning objectives related to integers at the junior high school level

    Development of Adventure-Based Educational Games to Improve Critical Thinking Skills and Interest in Learning

    Games are widespread in society, not only among children but adults also play games. It is not uncommon for school-age children to play this game until late at night which of course interferes with their study time. In this study, the researcher developed an educational game called "Math Adventure".  This educational game makes students learn while playing because, on the one hand, students play but on the other hand it is also useful to provide education or lessons for students. The educational game "Math Adventure" developed by the researcher contains questions from the two-variable linear equation system material.  The game "Math Adventure" is a type of adventure game in a maze where the character will look for the correct answer in a box or room in a maze. There are 4 answers available and are spread across 4 different rooms. The game "Math Adventure" has gone through a validation process by two validators and has been tested on 5 students. In the validation process, the game "Math Adventure" was declared valid and worth testing. Based on the results of the students\u27 responses after being tested the game "Math Adventure" received a good response from the students.  The game "Math Adventure" can be used as an alternative for teachers to improve students\u27 critical thinking skills and students\u27 interest in learning in mathematics lessons

The design and construction of a UMKM Marketplace for Handicraft Products in Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan, aims to utilize e-commerce technology as a means of promoting UMKM products nationally and internationally. This portal is designed to increase the visibility of local handicraft products, thereby expanding market share and introducing the potential of the Malinau region to the wider community.     Understanding tenses, particularly the Simple Past Tense, is essential for students\u27 proficiency in English, yet many struggle due to the differences between English and Indonesian grammar. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the 3G Web-Based Quiz in enhancing the learning of the Simple Past Tense among students of Class X at SMAN 4 Kota Blitar. This study uses a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest methodology. Purposive sampling was used to select 36 students from SMAN 4 Kota Blitar\u27s Class X J. Students\u27 scores from before and after the treatment were compared to determine how effective the web-based quiz was. The student\u27s performance significantly improved, as evidenced by the post-test results, with the average pre-test score of 61.03 increasing to 82.94 in the post-test. Statistical analysis using a paired sample t-test revealed a calculated significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.001, indicating < α 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the pre-test and post-test scores differ significantly, indicating that 3G web-based quizzes effectively improve the learning achievement of Simple past tenses of class X students at SMAN 4 Blitar. The findings support the conclusion that 3G Web-Based Quizzes effectively improve the learning outcomes of the Simple Past Tense among high school students, making them a valuable tool for educators looking to improve grammar instruction.Memahami tenses, khususnya Simple Past Tense, sangat penting untuk kemahiran siswa dalam berbahasa Inggris, namun banyak yang mengalami kesulitan karena perbedaan antara tata bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Kuis Berbasis Web 3G dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran Simple Past Tense pada siswa kelas X di SMAN 4 Kota Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan metodologi pretest-posttest satu kelompok. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 36 siswa dari Kelas X J SMAN 4 Kota Blitar. Nilai siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dibandingkan untuk menentukan seberapa efektif kuis berbasis web tersebut. Kinerja siswa meningkat secara signifikan, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh hasil post-test, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test 61,03 meningkat menjadi 82,94 pada post-test. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi hitung (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,001, yang menunjukkan < α 0,05. Oleh karena itu, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa skor pre-test dan post-test berbeda secara signifikan, yang menunjukkan bahwa kuis berbasis web 3G efektif meningkatkan prestasi belajar Simple past tenses siswa kelas X SMAN 4 Blitar. Temuan ini mendukung kesimpulan bahwa Kuis Berbasis Web 3G secara efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar Simple Past Tense di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah, menjadikannya alat yang berharga bagi para pendidik yang ingin meningkatkan pengajaran tata bahasa

    Enhancing student comprehension of crystal structures: The effectiveness of Vesta as a learning tool

    The advancement of technology in education was evident in the development of digital-based learning media. It was expected to serve as a stimulus in transforming knowledge for students, particularly in abstract subjects such as crystal structures. Understanding crystal structures was crucial for studying the physical properties of materials, making it important for students to enhance their comprehension. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of using Vesta software as a learning media to enhance students\u27 understanding of crystal structures by employing standardized assessment instruments. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach focused on collecting numerical data and statistical analysis through an experimental method involving two groups of students taking a solid-state physics course. The research design involved a control and an experimental group. Both groups were given the same subject but using different learning media. The instrument used was a multiple-choice test that had been rigorously validated through validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discrimination index. Effectiveness was evaluated using independent sample t-test analysis with the aid of SPSS software. Instrument testing data revealed that out of 40 developed questions, 20 met the standards to be used as instruments. The results indicated a highly significant enhancement in students\u27 understanding of crystal structures after using the Vesta software as a learning media, as represented by a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000. The findings indicate that Vesta can be integrated into science teaching. Further research can test the effectiveness of implementing Vesta in distance learning

    Analisis Tindak Tutur Asertif dalam Praktik Pembelajaran Teks Negosiasi pada Siswa Kelas X dan Impilkasinya terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Analitis

    This study aims to explore the forms of assertive speech acts in the practice of negotiation text learning among students and to describe the implications of assertive speech acts in the negotiation text learning process for the analytical thinking skills of Grade X students. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, chosen for its relevance in providing an in-depth depiction of the assertive speech acts that emerge during the learning of negotiation texts and in examining their implications for students\u27 analytical thinking abilities. The data source in this study consists of verbal utterances produced by students during the negotiation text learning process with the theme of healthy food in class X-12 at Senior High School of 7 Kediri. Data collection was conducted using documentation and observation-note-taking techniques. The findings of this study reveal 31 forms of assertive speech acts in the negotiation text learning practice themed around healthy food among class X-12 students at SMAN 7 Kediri, namely: a) informing (9), b) pointing out (7), c) suggesting (5), and d) delivering (11). The focus of this research is on five student groups from class X-12 at Senior High School of 7 Kediri who carried out negotiation text practices at the front and back school canteens.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bentuk tindak tutur asertif dalam praktik pembelajaran teks negosiasi pada siswa kelas dan mendeskripsikan impilikasi tindak tutur asertif dalam praktik pembelajaran teks negosiasi pada siswa kelas X terhadap kemampuan berpikir analitis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode tersebut dipilih karena relevan untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam bentuk tindak tutur asertif yang muncul dalam praktik pembelajaran teks negosiasi serta mengkaji implikasinya terhadap kemampuan berpikir analitis siswa. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa tuturan-tuturan verbal yang dihasilkan oleh siswa selama proses pembelajaran teks negosiasi dengan tema makanan sehat di kelas X-12 di SMA Negeri 7 Kediri. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan simak-catat. Hasil dari penilitian ini ditemukan adanya 31 bentuk tindak tutur asertif dalam praktik pembelajaran teks negosiasi dengan tema makanan sehat pada siswa kelas X-12 di SMAN 7 Kediri, yaitu a) memberitahukan (9), b) menunjukkan (7), c) menyarankan (5), d) menyampaikan (11). Fokus penelitian ini adalah lima kelompok siswa kelas X-12 SMAN 7 Kediri yang melakukan praktik teks negosiasi di kantin depan dan kantin belakang sekolah.     Multicultural education and the cultivation of Pancasila values are important elements in building an inclusive and tolerant national character in Indonesia. This study analyzes the implementation of Pancasila values in the multicultural class program at the Bakti Karya Parigi Vocational High School (SMK). This article aims to explore the cultivation of Pancasila values at SMK Bakti Karya Parigi through a multicultural class program. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study\u27s results show that the multicultural classroom program has successfully incorporated Pancasila values into students\u27 daily lives. This has led to positive changes in how they behave toward cultural diversity, such as becoming more independent, working together, and tolerant. The study concludes that multicultural classroom programs have proven to be effective in introducing and practicing Pancasila values in students\u27 lives, both in the school environment and in their social interactions. It\u27s clear from this study that there needs to be a curriculum document to make sure that the multicultural classroom program works with the national goals of building character through Pancasila values in secondary schools
