Implikasi Hukum dan Sosial Keterlibatan Ormas Keagamaan dalam Sektor Pertambangan Studi atas Pasal 83A Peraturan Pemerintah No. 25 Tahun 2024
Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 25 Tahun 2024 memperkenalkan ketentuan baru berupa Pasal 83A yang memberikan prioritas penawaran Wilayah Izin Usaha Pertambangan Khusus (WIUPK) kepada badan usaha yang dimiliki oleh organisasi kemasyarakatan keagamaan. Kebijakan ini menimbulkan perdebatan yuridis dan sosiologis, terutama terkait kesesuaian dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum pertambangan, seperti transparansi, persaingan usaha sehat, dan akuntabilitas. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini mencakup keabsahan hukum Pasal 83A PP No. 25 Tahun 2024, potensi disharmoni regulatif dengan UU Minerba, serta dampak sosial dan lingkungan dari keterlibatan ormas keagamaan dalam sektor pertambangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif yuridis dengan metode analisis perundang-undangan, perbandingan hukum, pendekatan konseptual, dan studi kasus dari literatur sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ketentuan tersebut memiliki dasar delegasi dalam UU Cipta Kerja, implementasinya berisiko menciptakan distorsi tata kelola sumber daya, pelanggaran prinsip nondiskriminasi, dan potensi konflik kepentingan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan tersebut memerlukan regulasi pelaksana yang lebih rinci, sistem pengawasan berlapis, serta evaluasi kapasitas manajerial badan usaha ormas. Implikasinya, tanpa pengawasan yang kuat, kebijakan afirmatif ini dapat merusak prinsip keadilan dan integritas tata kelola pertambangan nasional
Peningkatan Penjualan Produk Merica dan Cengkeh Melalui Strategi Media Pemasaran Secara Online
Online sales have become one of the main factors supporting the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study explores a Community Service (PkM) program in Benteng Gantarang Village aimed at increasing sales of MACEH (Pepper & Clove) products through online marketing media strategies. The program implementation steps, including an initial survey and analysis focused on understanding market needs and consumer preferences became the basis in the development of MACEH products. Production socialization involved specialized training to improve the technical skills of MSME players in the creation and packaging of efficient and attractive products and the exposure of the MACEH website. System implementation included the construction and setup of a website designed to facilitate online transactions and expand the market reach of MACEH products through digital marketing. Program outcomes include increased production, changes in product packaging, increased income, and expanded online marketing through the website. his study reflects the positive impact of the PkM program on MACEH MSMEs and the potential for increased sales of MACEH products through online marketing media strategies that effectively expand the market and attract new consumers
Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Melalui Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Augmented Reality Matapelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial
SLBN 2 Mataram is a special needs school with elementary, junior high and high school education levels. Currently the problem faced by SLBN 2 Mataram is the limited learning media for children with disabilities, the learning media used is still less attractive to students, the SLBN 2 Mataram teacher has never developed Augmented Reality-based learning media, the SLBN 2 Mataram school website has not seen the content and content. Whereas making the content and content of the school website is very important for the existence of the organization\u27s existence especially in the education environment. The solution offered from these problems is training in making Augmented Reality-based teaching media and training in making website content and content. There are several stages of activities carried out related to the solutions offered, starting from the stages of socialization, training, application of technology, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. From the results of training activities obtained that there are 95.8% of teachers who can make Augmented Reality-based learning media and there are 90% of teachers who are able to manage and content the school website
Integrasi SIG dalam Analisis Kepadatan Penduduk di Desa Limau Manis, Desa Medan Sinembah, dan Desa Ujung Serdang
This study aims to analyze the population density in Limau Manis Village, Medan Sinembah Village, and Ujung Serdang Village in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, using a qualitative approach. The research problem is to understand the factors influencing the distribution of population density in these three villages. The methods used include primary data collection through surveys and interviews with village officials and local communities, as well as secondary data collection from planning documents and village maps. Data analysis was performed using thematic analysis techniques and spatial data integration using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The results show that Limau Manis Village has the highest population (23,083 people) due to good accessibility, adequate public facilities, and greater economic opportunities. Medan Sinembah Village has a population of 9,242 people, with density variations influenced by access to natural resources and infrastructure. Ujung Serdang Village has the lowest population (5,086 people) due to challenging geographical conditions and limited public facilities. The recommendation of this study is to improve infrastructure and public facilities in low-density villages to enhance the quality of life and balance the population distribution
SISTEM INFORMASI INVENTARIS BARANG BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN MODEL RAD PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN SUKUN
Abstract. Inventory management at Sukun District Office, Malang City. Currently, the process is done manually by recording goods using a master book and then inputting them back into the Microsoft Excel application by the district admin. This is inefficient because it is prone to data loss, difficulty in finding information, and takes a long time to make reports. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based inventory information system using the rapid application development (RAD) model at the Sukun District Office so that it can facilitate the process of data processing and monitoring inventory reports. This system is able to facilitate actors in implementing a more efficient and effective inventory system. Based on the user acceptance test (UAT) conducted, the results were 93% and it can be stated that the inventory information system is in accordance with system needs
MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN WILAYAH BERBASIS KETAHANAN PANGAN
The increasing population makes food availability a challenge in itself, especially in Puncak Jaya Regency, Indonesia. This study aims to analyze government policies in regional development based on food security, the potential for food security in supporting regional development, and the application of management systems in regional development management based on food security. The study was conducted using a qualitative research approach and data were collected from observations and interviews. The researcher used the Triangulation method. Qualitative data analysis techniques consist of three stages of activities that are interrelated with each other, namely, data reduction, data display. The condition of food security in Puncak Jaya is reviewed from the physical availability of relatively safe food with sufficient nutrition, economic accessibility to food reaches a volume with quality that is appropriate for all social groups of the population, good food security for consumers, has sustainability, namely the ability of the food system to minimize the impact of seasonal fluctuations, weather, and other fluctuations in providing food for the community and has effectiveness, which means that the regional food system is developing in an expanded reproduction pattern, the number of which increases according to the increasing food needs of the population.
 
PENGELOLAAN ARSIP DINAMIS INAKTIF PADA KANTOR DINAS KEARSIPAN DAN PERPUSTAKAAN KABUPATEN PUNCAK JAYA
The management of dynamic inactive archive was done in order to make the archive become reusable when necessary, such as in decision-making or in other activities related to such archives. The archive was reusable when it was in a good condition and provided well-preserved information therein. The objectives of this study were to know how was the management of dynamic inactive archives, what are the obstacles that is facing during the implementation of the management of dynamic inactive archives, and also the solutions that were conducted to solve the obstacles during the management of dynamic inactive archives at the Regional Archive and Library Office of Puncak Jaya Regency.
The informants of this study were the Head Office, the Head of Management and Service Archive Section, the Archivist, the Staff, and the Archive Users. The technique of collecting data was conducted through observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was done through reducing data, doing presentation, and drawing conclusion.
The result of the study of management of dynamic inactive archive was started from arranging and saving the archives through the process of sorting, bundling, describing, classifying, packaging, assessing, drawing up description card, maneuver card, and maneuver archive, drawing up the archives into boxes, drawing up the boxes into archive shelves and drawing up the list of details archives order (DPA), maintaining and securing the archives by cleaning it and preventing any damages by using chemical substances, controlling the archive borrowing, and destroying the archives which have been expired. The obstacles during the implementation were the lack of human resources, unidentified archives, infrastructures which lack of support, and non standard saving rooms. The solutions that were done by the Regional Archive and Library Office were by hiring outsourcing employers, conducting some trainings to governmental institutions at Puncak Jaya regency, and asking for extra infrastructure for regional archives.
The conclusion based on this research was that the archive management was considered well done in accordance with the procedures starting from the process of saving up to decimating the archives. The obstacles during the implementation were the lack of human resources, unidentified archives, infrastructures which lack of support, and non standard saving rooms. The solutions that were done were hiring outsourcing employers, conducting some trainings, and asking for extra infrastructure. It is suggested that the Regional Archive and Library Office should held a selection of outsourcing employers in accordance with its prequirement, regularly monitor the archive makers unit, and maximaze the infrastructure over there
KINERJA MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI SD INPRES ALUKME MULIA PUNCAK JAYA PAPUA TENGAH
This research aims to: (1) To find out the planning and procurement of human resources at Impres Alukme Mulia Puncak Jaya Elementary School. (2) To find out the development of human resources at the Impres Alukme Mulia Puncak Jaya Elementary School, and (3) To find out how to maintain resources at the Impres Alukme Mulia Puncak Jaya Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research. The source of data from this study is the object of teachers and employees at SD Inpres Alukme Mulia Puncak Jaya, Central Papua. Primary data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation activities carried out in the Inpres Alukme Mulia Elementary School environment consisting of: (1) the Principal, (2) Teachers, and (3) Employees. The data analysis techniques in this study are: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) data verification. The results of the research are: (1) Alukme Mulia Presidential Elementary School has careful planning in the procurement of human resources. They work closely with the local Education Office to identify the needs of teaching staff and conduct a rigorous selection to recruit competent and committed teachers. (2) Human resource development in this school is focused on improving teacher competence and skills through regular training and professional development programs. and (3) Efforts to maintain human resources at SD Inpres Alukme Mulia involve the provision of welfare facilities, reward and incentive systems, a conducive work environment, effective conflict management, performance evaluation, and periodic strategy adjustments
Analisis Implementasi Laporan Keuangan Berdasarkan SAK EMKM Pada Bengkel Laganis Motor di Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan Kota Padang Sumatera Barat
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menghadapi kendala dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku, terutama terkait rendahnya pemahaman akuntansi, pencatatan keuangan secara manual, dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses penerapan SAK Indonesia untuk EMKM dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan pada Bengkel Laganis Motor, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, dan menilai dampak penerapan terhadap transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik triangulasi melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mewawancarai pemilik dan pengelola bengkel serta menganalisis laporan keuangan tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan laporan keuangan Bengkel Laganis Motor belum memenuhi karakteristik kualitatif SFAC No. 5, dengan tingkat kesesuaian terhadap SAK EMKM hanya mencapai 27,08% dan ketidaksesuaian mencapai 72,92%. Bengkel hanya menyajikan laporan kas masuk-keluar dan pendapatan jasa sederhana tanpa menyusun laporan posisi keuangan dan catatan atas laporan keuangan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi meliputi minimnya pengetahuan tentang SAK EMKM, keterbatasan infrastruktur pencatatan, sistem pencatatan manual dengan format single entry, dan tidak adanya pemisahan antara transaksi usaha dan pribadi
DAMPAK CLOUD COMPUTING TERHADAP INOVASI BISNIS DIGITAL DI ERA INDUSTRI 4.0
Cloud computing has become a fundamental technology driving digital business innovation in the Industry 4.0 era. This research aims to analyze the impact of cloud computing on digital business innovation in the context of modern industrial transformation through a comprehensive literature study. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive analysis approach to various reference sources relevant to cloud computing, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 topics. The research results show that cloud computing has achieved an 85% adoption rate among manufacturing companies as one of the top five Industry 4.0 technologies. Cloud computing transforms traditional business paradigms through the transformation from capital expenses to operational expenses models with pay-as-you-go systems, resulting in a 22% improvement in new product time to market and a 21% reduction in lead times. This technology enables democratization of access to advanced infrastructure and facilitates convergence with emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and machine learning. Nearly 90% of companies now adopt multi-cloud strategies to optimize performance and operational resilience. The conclusion of this research is that cloud computing serves as the main catalyst for digital transformation that enables companies to create connected, agile, and innovative business ecosystems to remain competitive in the Industry 4.0 era
