APPLICATION OF THE KANBAN METHOD IN THE DIGITALIZATION OF OFFICIAL TRAVEL BY THE JAMBI PROVINCIAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION
SPDin (Surat Perjalanan Dinas) dirancang untuk mendigitalisasi proses administrasi perjalanan dinas mulai dari pengajuan, persetujuan, hingga pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Kanban dalam proses pengembangan sistem informasi perjalanan dinas guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan kegiatan dinas. Pendekatan penelitian menerapkan prinsip Kanban sebagai alat bantu manajemen proyek untuk memantau alur kerja secara visual, meminimalkan waktu tunggu, dan meningkatkan kolaborasi antar tim pengembang. Proses pengembangan dilakukan secara iteratif melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian fungsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Kanban mampu mendukung pengelolaan perjalanan dinas secara lebih efektif dan efisien, ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan kecepatan penyelesaian tugas, transparansi proses, serta kemudahan dalam pelacakan status setiap aktivitas. Kesimpulannya, integrasi metode Kanban dalam pengembangan aplikasi SPDin terbukti mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas manajemen administrasi perjalanan dinas di KPU Provinsi Jambi
KUALITAS FISIK DAN PH JERAMI PADI YANG DIFERMENTASI MENGGUNAKAN BAL DENGAN BERBAGAI LEVEL BEKATUL
This study aims to determine the effect of adding rice bran levels on physical quality (color, aroma, texture and presence of fungi) and pH in rice straw fermentation using LAB. The study was conducted in Blitar with materials in the form of rice straw, rice bran, probiotics (LAB), molasses and water. The tools used in this study were digital scales, ropes, plastic bags, vacuum pumps and pH meters. The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments tried in this study were P0 = Rice Straw + Probiotics + 0% Rice Bran, P1 = Rice Straw + Probiotics + 5% Rice Bran, P2 = Rice Straw + Probiotics + 10% Rice Bran, P3 = Rice Straw + Probiotics + 15% Rice Bran. The variables measured in this study were color, aroma, texture, presence of fungi and pH. The results showed that the addition of rice bran had no significant effect (P>0.05) on physical quality but a very significant effect (P<0.01) on fermentation pH. The conclusion of this study is that the addition of rice bran to straw fermentation had no significant effect on organoleptic performance. A significant decrease in fermentation pH indicated that fermentation was progressing well. The addition of 10% rice bran had the best results in terms of organoleptic and pH
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI PADI SAWAH DI DESA HARAPAN KECAMATAN WONOSARI KABUPATEN BOALEMO: ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI PADI SAWAH DI DESA HARAPAN KECAMATAN WONOSARI KABUPATEN BOALEMO
ABSTRAK
Kesejahteraan petani padi sawah dapat dilihat dari seberapa baik petani mampu memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga mereka. Seperti dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan, sandang, papan, Kesehatan dan Pendidikan. Tetapi sebaliknya apabila petani tersebut belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhannya maka belum dapat dikatakan sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pendapatan dan tingkat kesejahteraan petani padi sawah yang ada di Desa Harapan Kecamatan Wonosari Kabupaten Boalemo. Pengambilan sampel memakai pendekatan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan teknik penentuan jumlah sampel yakni sampel heterogen (maksimum) dengan memilih sampel berdasarkan kriteria, sehingga sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 32 orang dari jumlah populasi 175 orang. Jenis dan sumber data penelitian menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang dipakai ialah analisis pendapatan dan analisis kesejahteraan dengan menggunakan beberapa indicator dari BPS (2024) dan indicator Sajogyo. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan semakin luas pemilikan lahan, semakin besar kontribusi pendapatan sector pertanian terhadap pendapatan total rumahtangga petani. Analisis tingkat kesejahteraan memakai indicator BPS (2024) memperlihatkan bahwa petani yang ada di Desa Harapan dinyatakan Sejahtera, karena pengeluaran yang melebihi garis kemiskinan yakni sejumlah Rp. 635.250 per kapita/bulan untuk pengeluaran pangan, dan Rp. 447.875 untuk pengeluaran non pangan. Dan jika menggunakan indicator Sajogyo maka Tingkat kesejahteraan petani padi sawah di Desa Harapan dikatakan sejahtera karena rerata mengkonsumsi 542 kg beras/tahun.

EFEKTIFITAS BIOMATRICONDITIONING BENIH DENGAN BAKTERI INDIGENOUS DAN BIONANOFERTILIZER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN KEDELAI (Glycine max (L.) Merr.)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh biomatriconditioning benih dengan bakteri indigenous dan aplikasi bionanofertilizer terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merr.). Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu biomatriconditioning (S1: Basillus sp., S2: Pseudomonas sp., S3: Azotobacter sp.) dan bionanofertilizer (B1: 0 ml/L, B2: 6 ml/L, B3: 12 ml/L, B4: 18 ml/L). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan S2B2 (Pseudomonas sp. + bionanofertilizer 6 ml/L) memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter pertumbuhan vegetatif dengan tinggi tanaman 62,61 cm, jumlah daun 30,67 helai, dan diameter batang 71,67 mm pada 5 MST. Selain itu, perlakuan tersebut juga berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil, yaitu peningkatan jumlah polong, bobot biji per tanaman, dan bobot 100 biji. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya efek sinergis antara bakteri Pseudomonas sp. yang berperan sebagai pemacu pertumbuhan tanaman dan bionanofertilizer yang meningkatkan efisiensi penyerapan nutrisi. Dengan demikian, kombinasi biomatriconditioning dan bionanofertilizer berpotensi digunakan sebagai strategi inovatif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kedelai secara berkelanjutan
PENGARUH TRICHODHERMA sp. TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN MELON var Honey Orange DI GREENHOUSE UNISBA
Melon (Cucumis melo L.) Honey Orange variety is a horticultural commodity with superior taste, aroma, and nutritional content, but its productivity is relatively low. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of various doses of Trichoderma sp. on the growth and yield of melon plants of the Honey Orange variety. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with six treatments, namely T0 = without Trichoderma sp., T1 = 5 g/L, T2 = 10 g/L, T3 = 15 g/L, T4 = 20 g/L, and T5 = 25 g/L. The parameters observed were the number of leaves (leaflets), stem diameter (cm), fruit diameter (cm), and fruit weight (g). The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance, followed by Duncan\u27s Test at the 5% level. The results of this study showed that the administration of Trichoderma sp. had a significant effect on all observed growth and yield parameters. The T3 treatment (15 g/L) was the most effective treatment, with an increase in the number of leaves and stem diameter, and produced the highest fruit diameter and fruit weight, namely 36.48 cm and 876 g, respectively. Thus, the application of Trichoderma sp. at a dose of 15 g/L can be recommended as the optimum dose to increase the growth and productivity of the Honey Orange melon variety

One potential area for development is the agribusiness sector, particularly orchid cultivation, which has high economic value, does not require extensive land, and can be practiced with skills learned through intensive training. Orchid cultivation also allows for flexible work, adapting to the physical conditions of various disabilities. An orchid cultivation-based empowerment program for people with disabilities in Blitar City is expected to create new business opportunities, increase income, and foster self-confidence and independence. The low literacy level in Indonesia, particularly at SMKN 1 Kras, has encouraged Islamic Education and Character Education teachers to take part in motivating students to be more actively engaged in literacy activities, especially those related to the subject. This study aims to foster students’ literacy without eliminating the use of gadgets, particularly in Islamic Education and Character Education learning. The creation of Islamic Stories (Ceris) is one of the effective and innovative literacy approaches in Islamic Education and Character Education learning that still utilizes gadgets. This approach is considered effective because it integrates gadget use into classroom learning activities, and innovative because it offers a new, more engaging, and less monotonous method for students. Through the implementation of Literacy-Based Islamic Story Learning (Ceris), students are able to write about events they have experienced or observed in their surroundings, particularly in Islamic Education and Character Education learning. Penelitian ini mengkaji kesiapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) yang berorientasi pada Deep Learning, dengan tujuan merancang kerangka pengembangan profesional bertahap. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei potong lintang, data dikumpulkan dari 115 guru pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan di Provinsi Bali. Kesiapan guru diukur melalui lima dimensi utama: penguasaan dasar STEM, literasi Deep Learning, self-efficacy teknologi, keterampilan penggunaan aplikasi, dan kesulitan pembelajaran yang dirasakan. Analisis data menggunakan K-Means Cluster Analysis mengidentifikasi tiga profil kesiapan yang berbeda: Kesiapan Tinggi (skor tinggi di semua dimensi, hambatan minimal), Kesiapan Sedang (kuat pada STEM dan integrasi teknologi, namun hambatan moderat dan literasi DL lebih rendah), dan Kesiapan Rendah (skor rendah di hampir semua dimensi, hambatan tinggi). Setiap klaster menunjukkan kebutuhan pengembangan profesional yang berbeda, mulai dari peran mentor dan inovator bagi guru dengan kesiapan tinggi, hingga penguatan dasar dan pendampingan intensif bagi guru dengan kesiapan rendah. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya model pelatihan terdiferensiasi berbasis data yang mengintegrasikan kerangka Mindful, Joyful, Meaningful untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis sekaligus kedalaman pedagogis. Students’ Perceptions of Meaningful Learning: A Systematic Literature Review
This study aims to synthesize research findings on students’ perceptions of meaningful learning and the contextual factors that influence them. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, 19 empirical articles published between 2015 and 2025 were reviewed from indexed databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The inclusion criteria required that studies explicitly addressed students’ perceptions of meaningful learning across different educational levels. The analysis revealed that students perceive meaningful learning as a process that is relevant to real life, fosters active engagement, enhances intrinsic motivation, and connects with personal goals and future aspirations. Contextual factors shaping these perceptions include student-centered strategies, interactive learning environments, the integration of technology and multimodality, cultural and linguistic backgrounds, as well as relational support from teachers and institutions. Overall, meaningful learning contributes positively to students’ motivation, learning satisfaction, and academic achievement. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including the need to deepen students’ reflection, align perspectives between students and educators, and develop more comprehensive instruments to measure the multidimensional aspects of meaningful learning
