“Japanese Ants (Tenebrio Molitor) Stabilize Blood Sugar Levels For Diabeticsâ€: The Current Issue OF Herbal Medicine In Indonesia": Japanese Ants (Tenebrio Molitor)
There are still many of our people who have never heard or even seen the shape of the Japanese ants, so sometimes people consume Japanese ants with different doses between people with each other and even some who consume Japanese ants are not appropriate doses because they want to get well soon. The purpose of research to know the relationship between consumption patterns of Japanese ants and blood sugar levels of people with diabetes mellitus. The design of this study is correlational analytic with crossectional approach. Variables of this research there are two that is the pattern of consumption of Japanese ants as an independent variable and blood sugar levels as the dependent variable. The population of this study was all patients with diabetes Mellitus who had suffered > 5 years who consumed Japanese ants in Grinting Village Karangjeruk Village Jatirejo Subdistrict Mojokerto regency as many as 10 respondents. in the sampling of researchers using total sampling technique. Data collection with an observation sheet of Japanese ant consumption and blood sugar level. The result of the research showed that most of the respondents consume Japanese ants regularly as much as 6 respondents (60%) and most respondents have blood sugar level in the normal category that is between 100-125 mg/dl as many as 6 respondents (60%). Consumption Japanese ants can routinely lower blood sugar levels of people with diabetes mellitus because ants contain enzymes that can keep blood sugar levels diabetics
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE > 25 YEARS OLD WOMEN’S KNOWLEDGE ON CERVIX CANCER AND THE PAP SMEAR TEST UNDERTAKING BEHAVIOR IN OBGYN POLYCLINIC OF BANGIL LOCAL HOSPITAL OF PASURUAN
Papsmear test is a means of detecting cervix cancer early that can detect the abnormal change of cervical cells. Papsmear test is actually highly recommended to every woman who has had sexual relation, but in reality many Indonesian women have not undertaken this test. Thus, majority patients come to undertake examination after they develop advanced-stage cervical cancer. This research aimed to find out the relationship between the > 25 year old women’s knowledge on cervical cancer and Papsmear test-undertaking behavior in Obgyn Polyclinic of Bangil Local Hospital of Pasuruan.
The research design employed in this study was an analytical design with cross sectional approach. The population of research was all of > 25 year old women in Obgyn Polyclinic of Bangil Local Hospital of Pasuruan, while the sample consisted of 186 respondents, taken using accidental sampling. Data of knowledge was collected using close-ended questionnaire, while that of behavior was collected using observation sheet. Then the data passed through editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating processes and was tested using chi square test.
The data was displayed in pie chart form.
The result of research showed that 43 (23%) respondents had good knowledge, 40 (22) had adequate knowledge, and 103 (55%) had poor knowledge. In addition, 32 (17%) respondents behaved appropriately and 154 (83%) did so inappropriately. The result of chi square test showed significance value 0.000 < α = 0.05, indicating that H0 was not supported and H1 was supported.
The conclusion of research stated that there was a relationship between the > 25 year old women’s knowledge on cervical cancer and Papsmear test-undertaking behavior in Obgyn Polyclinic of Bangil Local Hospital of Pasuruan. Thus, the author expected government, private, and health workers to provide much more information in many accessible media and to motivate the people to undertake Papsmear test
AN ANALYSIS ON KNOWLEDGE, PERCEPTION AND SOCIOCULTURAL FACTORS AFFECTING MOTHER’S BEHAVIOR IN GIVING BREASTFEED-SUPPLEMENT MEAL
The administration of breastfeed-supplement meal to less than 6-month age baby occurs because mother considers that breastfeed-supplement meal is better than breastfeed. The objective of research is to analyze knowledge, perception and sociocultural factors affecting mother’s behavior in giving breastfeed-supplement meal in less than 6-month age baby.
The research design used was correlational analytical one with crosssectional approach. The population of research included all mothers of 7-12 month age baby, consisting of 40 mothers. The sample consisted of 37 respondents, taken using simple random sampling technique. Data was collected using questionnaire and tested using linear regression, as well as presented in the form of frequency distribution frequency.
From the result of regression test, it could be found R value = 0.717, indicating that there is a fairly strong relationship between independent and dependent variables, while coefficient of determinacy or R square value was 0.514 or 51.4%, meaning that independent variable contributed to dependent variable by 51.4%.
Mothers’ good knowledge on breastfeed-supplement meal can affect their behavior in giving breastfeed-supplement meal because through such knowledge, mothers can recognize and understand how to give breastfeed-supplement meal appropriately to babies. Purpose - This article aims to give an opinion on the cause of still the case of pasung in Indonesia, physical restraint and reduction in people with mental illness (called pasung in indonesia), still found in indonesia, government program †indonesia free of pasung†still can not erase indonesia from pasung.
Design/methodology/approach -The approach to literature study causes the escape especially social stigma that occurs to make the case of the pipe still continues to exist
Findings -The findings of many literature studies suggest that social stigma is a cause of social restraint in patients with severe psychiatric disorders
Originality/value -The value of this study envolve Empowering people with mental disorders through social intervention can reduce the side effects of antipsychotic drugs and simultaneously help self-stigma in people with mental disorder
EFFECT OF PROBLEM BASED INSTRUCTION (PBI) LEARNING METHOD ON BEHAVIOR PREVENTION OF HIV/AIDS PREVENTION IN ADOLESCENT
HIV/AIDS is one of the health problems that concern the world today because of the increase in patient population causing health crisis in the world. The highest number of AIDS cases according to the World Health Organization (WHO) indicates that people are infected while still in middle adolescence stage. Teens need to be provided with Problem Based Instruction (PBI) method, because PBI can improve knowledge and creativity. This study aims to determine the effect of Problem Based Instruction (PBI) learning methods on prevention behavior of HIV/AIDS in adolescents. The research design used pre-experimental pre-test post-test one group design. The population is all adolescents class VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Mojoanyar Mojokerto regency as many as 180 people with a sample of 36 people using cluster random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a change of negative behavior before given Problem Based Instruction Learning (72,2%) turns into positive after given Learning Problem Based Instruction (61,1%). Wilcoxon test analysis results show that P value <α so that H1 accepted, meaning there is influence of Problem Based Instruction Learning to behavior prevention of HIV / AIDS transmission in adolescent. PBIs are developed to help students develop thinking and problem-solving skills, through engagement in real-life experiences and become autonomous and self-reliant learners. Schools working together with health workers are expected to create large posters or billboards about the prevention of HIV / AIDS transmission with attractive design to make it easier for students to read
NUTRITION STATUSAND COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT IN TODDLER
Toddler is the most important step of all stages of development. Children of this age have tremendous potential, but the potential will arise when it comes to adequate care, health, attention, affection and education. Malnutrition in early childhood, has an impact on low cognitive abilities. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation of nutritional status with cognitive development in toddler age children in Mojowates Rejo Village, Kemlagi Sub-district, Mojokerto Regency. The research method was analytic correlation with cross sectional approach. The population in this research were all children of toddler age in Mojowates Rejo Village Kemlagi Sub-district Mojokerto Regency in May 2017 as many as 62 children. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample size were 59 people. The results of this research suggested that more than a half (61.5%) of children with obese nutritional status had good cognitive development, more than a half (61.9%) of children with normal nutritional status had adequate cognitive development, and the majority (100%) Children with thin nutritional status had less cognitive development. Data analysis used in this research was Spearman\u27s rho test with result of Ï value was 0,010 or lessthan α (0,05), so H1 is accepted, meantthat there was correlation between nutritional status with cognitive development in toddler age children in Mojowates Rejo Village Kemlagi Sub-district Mojokerto Regency. Parents should provide balanced nutritional intake, control child feeding to avoid obesity, buy educative games to stimulate child development, teach nannies about stimulating child development and allow children to explore the environment without ignoring it
HYPNOTHERAPY DECREASES STRESS IN ELDERLY HYPERTENSION
Stress stimulates the sympathetic nervous encouraging the heart and cause an increasing blood pressure. Efforts to reduce hypertension pharmacological and non-pharmacological. Non-pharmacological experiment of which is hypnosis. The research objective was to analyze the decrease of stress to elderly hypertensive therapy with hypnotherapy. The research design used experimental pretest - Posttest with Control Group. The population were all the elderly with hypertension in the elderly health care center PacarKeling , and Kemayoran Surabaya with 35 elderlies. Number of sample 15 intervention group, 15 control group. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. Variable intervention was therapeutic applications of hypnosis to elderly hypertensive. The dependent variable was the stress in elderly hypertensive. The statistical test used paired t-test. It showed changes in stress to the control group -7.33, while the experminent group amounted to 14.60. Results can reduce stress in the group treated with hypnotherapy an average decrease of 14.6. Results showed that there were differences in the level of stress control and experiment groups with significant value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), The effect of hypnotherapy was also shown in the systolic blood pressure change between control and experiment groups showed a mean difference of ranks. In the control group 20.8, while in the experimental group 10.2. Mann Whitney test results obtained by the significant value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) in mean systolic blood pressure differences between control and experiment groups. THE INFLUENCE OF PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION TECHNIQUES ON DEPRESSION LEVEL OF CRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE PATIENT UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS THERAPY
Hemodialysis is a renal replacement therapy for patients with cronic renal disease who are decline of renal fuction. The complex therapy and physical condition of chronic kidney disease and hemodialysis patient involve a severe stressor that lead to depression. Progressive muscle relaxation technique is one of nonpharmacoloical therapies that treat depression. This research aimed to prove the influence of progressive muscle relaxation technique to changes in depression level in cronic kidney disease with hemodialysis in Dr. WahidinSudiroHusodoMojokertohospital. In this research design used is Quasy experiment with pre-test post-test control group design. Sample of 30 people were taken by simple random sampling. 15 people from experimental group were given routine progressive muscle relaxation technique in 2 times a day of the week and 15 people from control group were given not routine progressive muscle relaxation techniques in 2 day one time in a week . The research instrument was Beck Depression Inventory. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test shows that p value (0.001) < α (0.05), so it is accepted that there is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation on the depression level of cronic kidney disease patient undergoing hemodialysis. To test the U-Mann Whitney shows that p value (0.005) < α (0.05), so that H0 is rejected it means there is different of the channge depression level between experiment group and the control group.this therapy can increase the production of melatonin and serotonin, reduce stress hormone cortisol. "TAPEL for postpartum pain reduction ": alternative to traditional medicine in Indonesia
Tapel is a traditional medicine in the form of solid, pasta or like porridge used by smearing on the mother\u27s abdomen after delivery. Tapel causes touch to the skin that is, a sense of cold, warm and also a refreshing smell. So it is possible that the element can reduce the pain Afterpain due to uterine contractions that are sometimes very disturbing mainly 2-3 days Postpartum. The effectiveness of Tapel use in postpartum mothers was analyzed using descriptively by correlating tapel administration to afterpain. From the result of data analysis using Wilcoxon test got that value of a-Symp. Sig (2 tailed)) of 0,000 due to asymp.sig (2-tailed) <α 0.05. The puerperal mother given Tapel gets distraction from the tapel. This is due to the cold sensation and the warm feeling that the patient feels when Tapel is smeared into the front of the stomach as well as the refreshing tapel smell (the smell of traditional medicine) makes a distraction in the mother who experiences Afterpain.

EFFECT OF DIABETES SELF MANAGEMENT EDUCATION (DSME) ON KNOWLEDGE ON CONTROL OF BLOOD SUGAR ON DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS
Many people who do not realize he has a disease that is more often called diabetes or diabetes. This is caused by several factors, including the level of knowledge, level of education, behavior, eating habits, closeness and exposure to information sources. One form of education that is commonly used and proven to be effective in improving the clinical outcome and quality of life of diabetes mellitus patients is Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME). This study aims to prove the influence of diabetes self-management education (DSME) to the knowledge of blood glucose control in people with diabetes mellitus in GayamanVillage and Kweden Village Work Area Health Center GayamanMojokerto. In this research the design used is Pre-experiment with One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach. The population is all DM patients in Gayaman Village and Kweden Village with 32 respondents. Samples from 32 respondents were taken using Total Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data were analyzed using cross tabs. There is influence of diabetes self management education (DSME) to knowledge about controlling blood sugar level in people with diabetes mellitus with value 3,1%. Diabetes self management education (DSME) can be an intervention in providing knowledge to patients with DM, so that patients can control blood sugar levels well
