Effectiveness Wound Care Using Modern Dressing Method To Diabetic Wound Healing Process Of Patient With Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetes mellitus causes a lot of various complaints and complications. One of the most serious and most common complications is diabetic ulcers. Prevention of diabetic ulcer complications can be done with comprehensive wound care. The Appropriate wound care management can prevent amputation. One of a method of wound care that can accelerate the wound healing process is modern dressing wounds. This researched aim to analyze the effectiveness of wound care using modern dressing method to the diabetes mellitus patients. The research design was pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test with 15 samples. The data analyzed using Paired T-test. The result of data analysis using Paired T-test with significance level of 5% obtained à= 0,000 and the average value of wound development before and after wound treatment using modern dressing method has decrease from 39,67to 29,93 because wound care with modern dressing method make environment of wound is moist so that capitalization and granulation process growth up be faster. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of wound care using modern dressing method to the wound healing process with diabetes mellitus
INFLUENCE OF FREE DRAWINGS TO IMPROVE CREATIVITY IN 5TH GRADER CHILDREN IN MI MU\u27AWANAH AL-HASYIMIYAH
Free drawing on children provides a vast opportunity to explore in order to fulfill curiosity. By drawing the child freely express his ideas through fantasy. Safety and freedom are important conditions for the growth of creativity. The objective of the study was to prove the effect of free drawing on the improvement of creativity in 5th grader children in MI Mu\u27awanah Al-Hasyimiyah. This research design used one group pre-posttest design. The population of this research were all 5th graders in MI Mu\u27awanah Al-Hasyimiyah as many as 26 children. The sample of this research was all 5th graders in MI Mu\u27awanah Al-Hasyimiyah as many as 26 children taken with total sampling. Measurement tool used by the questionnaire to assess creativity. Research was on 15th – 27thJuly 2017. Statistic test used Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results showed that all 26 (100%) of respondents had positive creativity and Ïcount 0,014 = and a table = 0,05. It meant that there was a free drawing effect on the increase of creativity in 5th grader children in MI Mu\u27awanah Al-Hasyimiyah. When a child draws, the child will perform activities of crossing out, scratching, and color freely. Thus, able to create various ideas and will give satisfaction for children. New ideas as pieces of creative thinking for children.

The Influence Of Therapy Playing Cut And Stick Paper On An Anxiety In Pre-School Children Hospitalization in Blambangan Room, RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekandar Mojosari
Hospitalization is a new experience that can make the child be afraid, it can take effect for his physical and psychology because of a new environment and the officer. Afraid feels and uncertain feeling is a danger warning that can make the children take an action for the threat. As a result the child is not cooperative. Then the nurse can give the child distraction therapy with playing therapy. Playing therapy is to change the children problematic are playing with a situation. This research is to prove the influence of therapy playing cut and stick paper on an anxiety in preschool children hospitalization in Blambangan Room, RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekandar. The population is all of the preschool children, with design pre-experiment with one group pretest-posttest approach. The Sample 15 children are taken with consecutive sampling. 15 child is given playing therapy playing cut and stick paper. Collection of data taking with Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale. Then data is processed and tested by modus analysis. The anxiety score of the child before is given playing therapy is 9 (60%) normal anxiety, 5 (33,3%) slight anxiety, 1 (6,7%) medium anxiety. The anxiety score of the child after given playing therapy is 15 (100%) decreased anxiety. There was a change from before and after therapy to play cutting and sticking paper. Decreased anxiety from this stressors is delivered on the hypothalamus that will stimulate the adrenal glands to perform vasodilatation of blood vessels so that blood pressure decreases

RELATIONSHIP between NURSE CHARACTERISTICS WITH DISCHARGE PLANNING IMPLEMENTATION
oai:ojs.ijnms.net:article/3Discharge planning is one of the activities in the provision of nursing care on patients in the hospital, it will have a shortening impact on patient care in the hospital and reduce the patient\u27s recurrence rate, but the implementation is not appropriate. so far, implementation of Discharge planning is still to be done after the patient finished having treatment by making a summary of the recording of patients return. Various characteristic factors of nurses can influence the implementation of discharge planning in hospital. The research purpose was to know the relationship of factors that influence discharge planning with the implementation of discharge planning. The research design used was cross-sectional, the instrument used was the questionnaire about the characteristics of the nurses and the implementation of discharge planning. The population of research was nurses who served in the inpatient room RSI Sakinah Mojokerto number of 80 nurses and obtained the number of 67 samples with proportional random sampling technique. The result of analysis with pearson correlation for age, education, length of work and chi-square for marital status showed that the characteristics of nurses related to discharge planning implementation were educational factor with p-value 0,023. The higher the nurse education caused more critical, logical and systematic in thinking so as to improve the quality of its work and the greater the desire to utilize the knowledge and skills it possesses

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HABITS OF BREAKFAST AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT OF 3rd, 4th, AND 5th GRADE STUDENTS AT SDN SELOTAPAK SUBDISTRICT OF TRAWAS MOJOKERTO REGENCY
The habit of having breakfast for school-age children is very important, because their school activities need more energy and calories. Children who do not have breakfast are more prone to hypoglycemia (low blood glucose levels) resulting in dizziness, cold sweat and fainted, which will eventually disrupt their activities. Not having breakfast will lead to decreasing learning interest and the power of their bodies. Research type was analyzed case control. The population was all elementary school students of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade at SDN Selotapak, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency with a sample of 91 respondents by using total sampling method. Data collection technique was conducted by using interviews and observation. Interviews were conducted to obtain a more in-depth information about the variables researched. Data analysis was conducted by using cross tab test. The habit of breakfast is important for students to help them meet their energy needs. It will make them more excited and more involved in learning. Moreover, their concentration and memory will be increased, that the children will be more confident and their academic achievement will increase.
 
THE INVOLVEMENT OF FATHER IN ORDER TO GIVE NUTRITIOUS FOOD FOR CHILDREN
The under five children age is a nutritionally vulnerable group,therefore they require treatment including physical care with the provision of nutritious food especially from the father and mother. The purpose of this research is to know the involvement of father in giving nutritious food to under five children Mojokerto District. The research design is descriptive. The population is all fathers who have under five children as many as 38 people, taken entirely as a sample by using total sampling. The research variable is father\u27s involvement in giving nutritious food to children. Data analysis using percentage.The results showed that most of father\u27s involvement in nutritious food feeding on under-five children is not good as much as 23 people (60,5%). This is motivated by the status of the father who worked as an entrepreneur or not working, elementary education, 36-60 month old childrren and male sex, and working mothers.Time-consuming job as an entrepreneur plus a basic education leads children to may be financially fulfilled but less good in emotional and behaviour involvement. Moreover, the status of unemployment and basic education leads to poor financial and emotional support and behavior. 36-60 months of age and male sex is an active children and tend to be closer to the mother so the father is less involved. Similarly, the status of working mothers does not make the father more involved, because the father tends to require him to work that sacrifice togetherness with children

The pain on delivering baby was experienced by most women, this pain is unique and different for every individual. Non-pharmacological pain control becomes cheaper, simple, and effective and without adverse effects, one of which is the technique effleurage. Effleurage of the abdomen is one of the non-pharmacological methods which are usually used in the Lamaze method to reduce pain in normal labor. This research aimed to determine the effect of effleurage technique on active phase of the first stage of labor pain intensity on maternal in private midwife Hj.Ninik Artiningsih.,SST.M.Kes Blooto District Mojokerto Regency. Research design was pre experimental type one group pre-test post test design. Its population were all women giving birth in BPM Hj.Ninik Artiningsih.,SST.M.Kes, SST Blooto distric Mojokerto Regency amount 17 people. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling to obtain 15 samples. Data analysis used was Wilcoxon test with P value <0.05. Iron is a mineral that is needed by the body that serves to synthesis hemoglobin. Iron requirement during pregnancy as a result of increased maternal blood supply. Proper iron consumption behavior will affect the levels of hemoglobin during pregnancy. From the literature, the study found six behavior of iron consumption in pregnant women. First Add the amount of food intake. Second Diversity of food intake. Third increase in iron absorption. The four serve the food appropriately. The five regularities of Fe tablet consumption. Last Drink the Fe tablet in the right way. Pregnant women should receive proper counseling on how to properly add blood tablets, as the absorption of tablets plus blood is affected by reinforcing and inhibiting factors. Tablets added blood are easily absorbed if the acidic conditions are in the duodenum and jejunum

Growing and progressing a different event but both of them in the same place. A good growing and progressing will give the result a healthy and quality generations. Toilet training to children is kind of trying for the train in order children can be control do urination and defecate (Hidayat, 2008). In golden age required toilet training, this period almost all of potential of children to be a sensitive period for growing and progress with quick and great. Toilet training to be done for inculcating a good habit to children, especially about self-hygiene. Teaching Toilet Training could be given by many methods, one of them with picture media. Purpose this research analyzes effects of toilet training the picture media for cognitive in golden age period. The research project which used in this research is Quasi-experiment with approach method one group pretest-posttest design. There are two pair groups are 41 responded. Respondent which have good ability before given treatment is 29 respondents (70.7%) and good ability after given treatment is 37 respondents (90,2%) there is an enhancement to cognitive ability, toilet training in golden age period both before and after given treatment. The result of analysis test Wilcoxon signs rank test available the result that has influence Toilet training the picture media for cognitive ability in golden age period at PAUD dan TK Tunas Harapan Bangsa Mojokerto (Ï=0,02). For next researcher, better to increase the cognitive ability in golden age period with picture media can be combined with modeling technique
