THE CORRELATION OF THE ROLE OF SOCIETY ON NUTRITION CARE BY POSITIVE DEVIANCE MOTHER
Society has important role in helping poor mother who has under five child to give proper diet. The purpose of the research was to analyze the correlation of society role on nutrition care pattern by positive deviance mother from poor families in Mojokerto Regency East Java. This research design was using case control with case population that were poor mothers with healthy under-five and control population were poor mothers with nutritious problem under-five child. Number of case group samples were 78 people and control group were 41 people. Sampling technique used multi stage sampling. Data collection using questionnaires that have been tested validity and reliability test to 30 people. Data analysis using chi square statistic test. The result of this research showed that the role of society in positive deviance mothers is sufficient as much as 37 people (46.84%). In non-positive deviance the role of society is deficient as many as 35 people (85.37%). = 0.000 and value α = 0,05, meant there was relation of society role with pattern of nutrition care of positive deviance mother. The role of society made the mothers motivated to provide good nutrition in their under five children

THE RELATIONSHIP OF EMPLOYEE PERCEPTION ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION OF K3 WITH THE USE OF PPE (PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT)
The use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is the last choice of the method of controlling accident and occupational diseases. Nevertheless, the use of PPE discipline will be critical important for companies and employees to reduce the risk of accidents and occupational diseases. The purpose of of this research is to know the relation of employee perception about implementation of K3 with the use of personal protection equipment (PPE). The design of this research is analytic correlational with cross-sectional aproach 21-27 May 2017. The population this research was employees production unit in UPT. Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Sample were taken by total sanpling technique as much as 33 respondents. The data were collected with observation for the use of PPE and questionnaires for employee perception about implementation of K3, then tested with a statistical distribution (Crosstab) Chi-Square and are presented in tabular form. The result of the research shown of 33 respondents were 17 respondents (51,5%) who has a positive perception mostly has the use of PPE on the good level and 9 respondents (27,3%) has the use of PPE in the sufficient level. Based on this research gotten a statistical result with a value of the Ï value = 23,209 with Ï= 0,000 or É‘ < 0,05 with this it can be concluded that there is a sognificant relationship between employee perception about implementation of K3 with the use of PPE. Based on this research are expected employees to improve discipline in the use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) in complete especially the use of mask and glove
NURSING COMPLIANCE IN IMPLEMENTING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES OF PATIENT PREVENTION
Reducing the risk of falling patients is one of the six patient safety goals. To reduce the risk of injury due to falls, the hospital makes the Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) prevention of patients fall as a reference to avoid Unexpected Event (KTD). One of the factors influencing the implementation of SPO is nurse compliance. The purpose of this study to determine the compliance of nurses in implementing standard operational procedures prevention of patients fall in the installation of inpatient hospital Leprosy Sumberglagah. The population in this research were all nurses in the installation of input hospitals Sumberglagah which amounted to 30 nurses, using total sampling technique and sample amounted to 30 nurses. This research uses an observation sheet instrument with 23 statements and is done in 2 weeks. The results of this research indicate that all nurses do not adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) prevention of falling patients, of which 30 nurses (100%) in implementing prevention of patients fall out of SPO, either at low risk SPO or medium and high risk. Non-understanding of nurses on the instructions to be the cause of falling nurses on the implementation of SPO prevention of patients fell. Abctract : This study aims to analyze correlation between the role of adolescence care services (PKPR) particular program as psychological counseling to problem solving capabilities in adolescent aged 13-15 years at lower secondary school state 1 puri Mojokerto. This study used is analytic with cross-sectional. A simple of 52 people were taken by cluster random sampling. Protap monitoring data collection using standard PKPR 3 adolescence, especcially psychological counseling program and questionnaire problem solving abilities. Spearman rho test showed that p (0,000) < α (0,05) so, H0 is rejected it means there is correlation of psychological counseling in pkpr with the ability to problem solving adolescents aged 13-15 years at lower secondary school state 1 puri Mojokerto. Whith valve r-0,474 which shows correlation moderat. To improve quality of Psychological counseling services in PKPR expected to help adolescent choose alternative solotions to problems and improve the ability of problem solving in adolescent.
 
The relationship between Family Duties in Elderly Caring with Independence Level of Elderly in activity daily living at Sumolawang Hamlet Sumolawang Village Mojokerto Regency
The family has a very important duty in elder care. In the process of getting older, a person experiences a physical, mental and social setback little by little until he cannot perform his daily tasks again. Therefore, the implementation of family duties must be optimized so that the elderly can live independently and productively in the conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between family duties in caring for elderly with the level of independence of elderly in everyday life activities in Sumolawang hamlet Sumolawang village, Mojokerto regency. In this study, the population is family and elderly in Sumolawang hamlet Sumolawang village, Mojokerto regency and the sample is family and elderly who have fulfilled inclusion criteria amounting to 35 people. The sample selection was done by a nonprobability sampling of purposive sampling type and in collecting data was used instrument questionnaire sheet for family duty in caring for elderly and Katz index observation sheet for the level of independence of elderly in daily life activity. The result of data analysis using SPSS chi-square test (c2) obtained value (0,607)> a (0,05), which means there is no relation between family duty in caring elderly with the level of independence of elderly in daily life activity in Sumolawang hamlet Sumolawang village, Mojokerto regency. This is due to a different understanding of the elderly in accepting the implementation of maintenance tasks of his family. Efforts to prevent the occurrence of dependence on the elderly can be done by improving the implementation of family duties in caring for the elderly.

DEVELOPING OF “BAHASA†INDONESIAN LANGUAGE LECTURE MATERIALS TO INCREASE SKILLS WRITING STUDENTS S-1 NURSING BINA SEHAT PPNI HEALTH SCIENCE INSTITUTE
language “bahasa†teaching materials to improve the writing skill of the S-1 students of Nursing Stikes Bina Sehat Ppni Mojokerto is based on the needs analysis of the S-1 Nursing students. the analysis of the characteristics of the S-1 nursing students, and the need analysis for lecturers. In the requirement analysis for students, the average score obtained by the category strongly agree (SS) for the development of teaching materials got 29.6%, and the category agreed (S) got 62%. Likewise with the analysis of student characteristics, the average score of students who strongly agree (SS) get the number 29.4%. Furthermore, the students who agreed (S) obtained a score of 33.4%. Likewise with the questionnaire needs for lecturers who want a module in the learning process. The purpose of this study is to obtain an objective description of the needs of learning materials and obtain an objective description of the Indonesian language teaching materials development model to improve students writing skill S-1 nursing stikes bina sehat ppni mojokerto. Development of Indonesian Language Material to Improve Student Writing Skill S-1 Nursing Stikes Bina Sehat Ppni Mojokerto, using 4-D development model (four D model). The 4-D development model consists of four development stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate or be adapted into 4-P models (model 4 P), defining, designing, developing, and deploying. Given the limitation of the researcher on financial problems, for the stage of dissemination is not done. The result of analysis of validation sheet of material experts, designers and learning media, and practitioners expert, can be concluded that the teaching material is very valid. It can be known based on the value in the material expert\u27s validation sheet reaching 92.5%. Designer and learning media expert who reached 93%, and expert practitioners who reached 89%. With the explanation that the values entered in the scoring scale are very valid.

CHALLENGE IN SOCIAL SUPPORT FOR IMPROVING QUALITY OF LIFE PEOPLE WITH HIV/AIDS
Background Became HIV-positive people was heavy burden in life, where complex issues always dealt. The complexity of the problem might be faced certainly could impact on the quality of life. One factor that had important role in the quality of life was social support.
Objective The aim of this research was to know the correlation between social support and quality of life people with HIV/AIDS,
Methods the research design was used correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. The population for this study were all people with HIV/AIDS at KOPENHAM Mojokerto in 2016 who were 79 respondents. The Samples were took by used random sampling which was 65 respondents. The data analysis used coefficient contingency shows p value(0.002) <α (0.05), it means there is a relationship of social support with the quality of life people with HIV/AIDS.
Results The result of the research showed that 29 respondents who had low quality of life, 20 respondent (69,0%) did not get social support, while from 36 respondent who had high quality of life, 25 (69,4%) respondents get positive social support.
Conclusions: Respondents who get social support have high quality of life, caused social support makes people feel appreciated and loved, but there are other factors in quality of life, like age, education level, economy level, marriage status, and gender
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MOBILISATION BY ADDING D5% FOR POST OPERATION PATIENT OF INTESTINES PERISTALTIC IN THE I.C.U ROOM
The surgeon is a medical treatment using the invasive technique, ended by needling and closing of the wound assisted with anesthesia. The most primary grievance often occurs for the post-surgical operation are a body weakness, lack of muscle strength, query, vomit, a decreasing of nutrient and the duration of hospitalizing for the patient after surgical oper-action affected by an abdomen surgical. The intestine possibility manipulation during an operation involving immobility and lack of orally.those can affect the intestine function cause of various grievances. The purpose of this research was to discover and the concept of view deeply. Due on ambulation experience early at Islamic Hospital Sakinah, Mojokerto for post-surgical operation appendectomy. The research design used question experiment design, nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research was for all patients of post appendix surgical using anesthesia SAB through surgical at Sakinah Islamic hospital, Mojokerto in totally 43 respondents. The sample of this research was inference population by having selected for post operation in specific criteria of 30 people consist of15 conducting person group and 15 in controlling group. The independent variable of this research is a mobilization variable, and the dependent variable is an intestine peristaltic.The result of a paired t-test of mobilization impact shows an interesting data point p=0.000, And a=0.05 thus p<a means that the given Ho mobilization effected for intestine peristaltic therefor, the final result showed there was a mobilization causing of intestine peristaltic for appendectomy surgical operation at RSI Sakinah, Mojokerto. A given D5% mobilization is more effective in increasing for intestine peristaltic than non giving mobilization

This study aims to identify the incidence of urinary retention in postoperative herniotomy patients after early mobili- tation. The design used in this study was pre-experimental with a one-shot case study design. The population in this study were all patients who had undergone herniotomy surgery at 2nd grade inpatient room in RSUD Soekandar Mojosari in February 2017 as many as 27 people. Samples were taken using consecutive sampling technique. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The result of the research showed that in stage 1 of 30 respondents (95%) who experienced urine retention decreased to 9 respondents (30%) in phase 2 subsequently decreased to 2 respondents (6,6%) in stage 3 and at stage 4 there were no respondents experience urinary retention. There is an effect of early mobilization on the incidence of urinary retention with different responses in each respondent. Early mobilization is influenced by physical factors, emotions and age and developmental status.
