    Improved The Behavior Of The Prevention Of Recurrence Of Hypertension On The Elderly Through Empowerment Support Group

    Hypertension in the elderly can actually be prevented, but the lack of adequate knowledge about the elderly hypertension and prevention efforts are likely to increase the number of occurrence of hypertension and hypertension occurred so often repeated (relapse). With empowerment Support Group is expected to be an increase in prevention of recurrence behavior of hypertension in the elderly. The purpose of the study is to know the influence of the support group against the behavior of the elderly in the prevention of recurrence of hypertension at the village and subdistrict Bicak Trowulan Mojokerto.  The design used was pre experiments with one group pre test and post testdesign. This research sample 24 elderly by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection through the pre test and post test using a questionnaire about the behavior of the elderly in the prevention of recurrence of hypertension. Intervention support group provided for 8 weeks. Data processing is started from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. then conducted a test of a different mode. The results showed there was a positive change in behavior in the prevention of recurrence of hypertensive elderly in the village of Trowulan subdistrict of Mojokerto Bicak. Empowerment Support group is effective in improving the behavior of the elderly in the prevention of recurrence of hypertensive diDesa Bicak subdistrict of Mojokerto Trowulan as much as 83.4%, because of the support group is a group that teaches the assistance and guiding the elderly behave healthy life which will result in reducing or eliminating personal and social problems

    THE EFFECT OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING JIGSAW TYPE TO INCREASE LEARNING RESULT OF BASIC BIOMEDICAL LECTURE

    Students are an active part that plays a role in the learning process. Cooperative learning trains students to be able to work together and responsibly independently. This research was quasi-experimental research with posttest-only control design. The sample of this research was the students of Diploma III Nursing STIKes Bina Sehat PPNI Mojokerto at the level I of academic year 2017/2018. The research data was obtained from the result of the final examination of the students in the basic biomedical course. The data were analyzed using independent sample t-test. The result of the independent sample t-test is 0.00 is less than 0.05. The conclusion of these results is that there are differences in basic biomedical learning outcomes in the control class and experimental class. Average learning outcomes control class 60,17 and experimental class 73,94. These results suggest that jigsaw type cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes in basic biomedical courses

    Menstrual pain is an incidence of discomfort during menstruation. The current incidence of menstrual pain in the world is very high. According to epidemiological studies, the incidence rate in the United States is estimated at 45-90%, while a menstrual pain in Indonesia is 64.25% of total women who have menstrual (Proverawati, 2012). It is necessary to handle both pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. Test the research to analyze the effectiveness level of non-pharmacology therapy (turmeric acid and green coconut water) for decreasing intensity of menstrual pain in adolescent at Faculty of Health Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The method of this research is experimental with the quantitative approach of pre and post-test of Wilcoxon.Summer sample 40 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The results of research using turmeric acid and green coconut water in pre and post-treatment there were significant changes after the 3rd-day treatments with P = 0,000 (p <0,05). To see the effectiveness of treatment with descriptive to know the mean value, got the result using turmeric acid with mean value 0,45 whereas green coconut water means value 0,60 with difference 0,15 point higher in green coconut water. Nodes in this study are the level of effectiveness of decreasing the intensity of menstrual pain better by consuming green coconut water than the use of turmeric acid,.suggested to increase understanding of the community will be important to use non-pharmacology therapy in overcoming menstrual pain

    Anxiety can affect the condition of pregnant women. Also, it causes increased heart rate and systolic blood pressure. The psychological responses make individuals withdraw and reduce involvement with others. cognitive responses unable to pay attention decreased concentration. And effective response causes confusion and excessive suspicion. Impact of anxiety can be minimized by doing spiritual guidance to lower anxiety levels. The purpose of the research was to know the influence of spiritual guidance on the level of anxiety in patients pre Sectio Caesar in RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. This research used analytic design. The population was all pre-operative patients in SSI surgery Sakinah Mojokerto, and samples taken with consecutive sampling type. The instruments used are spiritual guidance and anxiety materials using HARS questionnaires. The result of research by using Wilcoxon signed rank test, got Ï value equal to 0.000 <0,05, then H0 rejected, mean there is the influence of spiritual guidance to pre patient\u27s anxiety level in surgery room of Hasyim As\u27ary RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. Spiritual guidance is one means of good therapeutic communication to improve the mechanism of coping and individual relaxation because it is spiritual guidance should be used as a communication of health workers in midwifery care.   &nbsp

    Stages of school-age children have more activity outside the home; this causes children often forget the time to eat,so they buy snacks to delay hunger. By providing balanced nutrition education through puzzle games can change the perception of children so they can choose a healthy snack. The purpose of this research is to prove the influence of balanced nutrition education through puzzle game to children\u27s perception about the selection of snacks in SD PesawahanSidoarjo. This research design uses one group pre-post test design. The population of this study is all 4-6 grade children in SD PesawahanSidoarjo with 54 respondents. The sample of this research is some of grade 4-5 students in SD PesawahanSidoarjo as many as 48 respondents taken with simple random sampling. Measuring tool used a questionnaire to assess perception with 100% valid and reliable test with Ï = 0.961. Time of study March 2017. A statistic test using T-Test. The results showed that respondents who had a positive perception of 25 (52.1%) of respondents increased to 36 (75%) respondents after balanced nutrition education through puzzle game. T-test result Ïcount 0.000 = and atable = 0,05. This means balanced nutrition education through puzzle games can improve the perception of children about the selection of snacks in SD PesawahanSidoarjo. Learning through puzzle games can foster self-confidence in children and children able to solve problems. This makes the child more comfortable so that the message conveyed through the puzzle game will be easily understood by the child. This increased understanding will affect the perception of the child

    Cholesterol disease is commonly suffered by obese people but did not rule out skinny people can also experience it. Green tea is one method in the management of cholesterol reduction in non-pharmacology. Green tea has the benefit of lowering cholesterol. The purpose of this researcher to analyze the effectiveness of green tea to decrease cholesterol. The design of this study used pre-experiment with one group pre-test posttest. The population of 21 respondents using non-probability sampling with total sampling technique. The variables of this study were cholesterol first performed cholesterol assessment, independent variables Effectiveness of green tea and dependent variable decreased cholesterol levels. The results before the green tea were given most of the high cholesterol as many as 13 respondents (61.9%), after being given a green tea for one week most of the cholesterol to 13 respondents (61.9%). The Wilcoxon statistic test obtained a significant value of 0.005 and showed that there was a considerable effect of green tea on cholesterol reduction. The conclusion from the researchers is there is a significant effect of the effectiveness of green tea on changes in cholesterol levels. Cholesterol treatment performed twice a day morning and night regularly for one week. This research can also be applied in nursing care on respondents who experienced cholesterol and as well as prevention efforts cholesterol. &nbsp

    Women will experience menstrual cycle changes during her productive life. In its effect on the menstrual cycle, anxiety involves the neuroendocrinology system as a major system of its role in female reproduction. This research aimed to determine whether the anxiety as the determinant of menstrual cycle changes in students of Midwifery Department Bina Sehat PPNI Health science institute Mojokerto. This research used comparative analytic design with cross-sectional approach. Its population was all student of Midwifery Department level III Bina Sehat PPNI Health science institute Mojokerto which is a final exam 128 people. The number of samples was 28 respondents using simultaneous sampling technique for 15 days. The data were analyzed by using chi-square test. The result showed that 6 respondents had moderate anxiety, most of them had normal menstrual cycle, 12 students (75%) and 7 respondents had severe anxiety, most of them had oligomenorrhea that was 5 students (71, 4%), chi-square test results obtained Ï = 0.003, means Ï <α (0.05) so that H0 is rejected means there is anxiety becomes the determinant of menstrual cycle. It is suggested to female students to be able to improve their knowledge about the menstrual cycle and excessive anxiety control with technical technique and hopefully can give motivation and good coping to student

    THE HONEY CONSUMPTION TO HAEMOGLOBIN CONTESTS WHEN MENSTRUAL AT TEENAGE OF PRINCIPLES

    Menstruation is one factor that can reduce hemoglobin levels in young women. Hemoglobin is a protein in the form of an iron-rich oxygen-carrying pigment. Pharmacological therapy that can increase hemoglobin levels include the consumption of honey. This study aims to determine the effect of honey consumption on changes in hemoglobin levels during menstruation in adolescent girls at Ma\u27had Aly Pondok Boarding School Salafiyah Syafi\u27iyah Sukorejo Situbondo Year 2017 This research design using pre-experiment design. A sample of 15 respondents who confirm the inclusion criteria. Sampling technique is by proportional stratified random sampling . From the 15 respondents , all of them in the given consumption of honey . The data obtained were processed with SPSS 16 software. The Analysis of the data used is the Wilcoxon signed rank test trials . The results showed that the effect of honey on changes in Haemoglobin levels during menstruation in adolescent girls, performed by statistical test using Wilcoxon test with the help of SPSS for 16.0 windows obtained result p = 0,001 <α = 0,05. Thus Ho is rejected and H1 accepted which means there is influence of giving honey to changes of hemoglobin level during menstruation in adolescent daughter. Honey is able to increase hemoglobin levels because the iron content contained in honey is very effective in raising the levels of hemoglobin in the blood, especially during menstruation. Therefore, it is expected that honey still needs to be continued so that the risk of anemia in adolescent menstruation can be minimize
