KNOWLEDGE AS IMPORTANT DOMAIN IN REDUCE STIGMA AGAINST PEOPLE WITH MENTAL DISORDERS (ODGJ)
The negative stigma of people with mental disorder (ODGJ) has become a social phenomenon that harm sufferers. Discriminatory actions, gossip, the view that ODGJ cannot live normally, is an attitude that still maintains its negative stigma. The purpose of this study is to find a relationship between students \u27and nurses\u27 knowledge about mental health with the negative stigma that befalls ODGJ, Correlational design is used in this study. A cross-sectional research approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire, ie respondents\u27 knowledge of ODGJ was measured by the MAKS questionnaire, and the stigma questionnaire for students and nurses (MICA). A total of 115 student and nurse respondents were sampled in this study. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Statistical analysis using Spearman Rank correlation test. Correlation value obtained (r) 0.02 (p <0.05). The statistical results interpret the existence of a meaningful relationship between knowledge and the formation of stigma in society. There is a relationship associated with knowledge with the formation of stigma. The knowledge contributes greatly to the formation of a positive mindset of students and nurses about ODGJ (People with Mental Disorders). The role of nurses as educators is needed to block the increasing stigma. Continuity assistance and cross-sector collaboration are needed to succeed in a stigma-free program

Adolescent attitudes about infectious infections more than half of 45 respondents (60%) with positive attitudes and attitudes about premarital sex more than half 45 respondents (62.7%) with positive attitudes.
Conclusion: The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square statistical test, obtained the probability number (p) = 0,000 <(α = 0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship with women about the protection of sexually transmitted sex with premarital sex in Independent Practice of the Jombang Regional Midwife in 2019. Efforts should be made to overcome the problems of open sharing or consultation of related issues or protected matters in the BK (Counseling Guidance) and also as midwives their knowledge of premarital sex should be increased

THE CHARACTERISTIC DESCRIPTION OF COMPLIANCE WITH FLUID LIMITATION, INTERDYALITIC WEIGHT GAIN (IDWG), AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS IN PALEMBANG CITY
Patients with hemodialysis are required to carry out routine care, diet arrangements, and fluid restrictions. The highest non-compliance in patients is fluid restriction. Excessive fluid intake can be seen from weight gain between dialysis time (IDWG). IDWG in hemodialysis patients should not be more than 3.5%, where an increase in IDWG can cause the risk of death and decreased quality of life. However, at the hospital itself, routine identification of fluid restriction non-compliance activities was not carried out, so that there were still many patients with hemodialysis who experienced an increase in IDWG in the moderate and severe categories. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics, fluid restriction compliance, IDWG, and quality of life in hemodialysis patients. This is done to plan the provision of further intervention in patients. The design in this study was cross-sectional with sampling techniques with simple random sampling. The results of the study characteristics of respondents at the age of 46-55 years (64.7%) more male sex (55.9%), and high school education (47.1%), all respondents were married (100%), most not working (58.8%), the average length of hemodialysis is 18 months. The mean mean liquid restriction compliance was 27.35, the mean value of IDWG was 4.97 and the mean value of quality of life was 51.72.

Walking Exercise as an alternative choice in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients: Systematic Review
Introduction: Hypertension is a condition, where someone has a blood pressure systole ≥ 140mmHg and a blood pressure diastole ≥ 90nmmHg. Hypertension is a health condition that affects 26% of people worldwide. The World Health Organization (WHO) in the "Global NCD Target Reduce Hight Blood Pressure" explained that an increase in blood pressure caused 9.4 million deaths and a major risk factor for global death . Uncontrolled hypertension results in various kinds of complications, even death in a person. Therefore, complex management of pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies is needed to improve various organs. Walking exercise is one of the non-pharmacological methods in controlling blood pressure. The purpose of this study is to conduct a systematic review of walking exercise on hypertension patients\u27 blood pressure. Methods: Search for articles through a database: Pro quest, Scopus, Science Direct, and EBSCO. Published between 2010 -2020. The method used in the article search is PICOT frame work. Result: There were 13 journals that were analyzed. The review results from 13 journals show that walking exercise effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Conclusion: Walking exercise that is done routinely can reduce blood pressure systole and diastole in hyperetnsi patients. Walking exercise can be included as one of the independent nursing interventions through health education to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients
LITERATURE REVIEW: EFFECTIVENESS OF CARDIAC REHABILITATION IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE
Background: Cardiac rehabilitation is an evidence-based intervention that includes physical exercise, health education, and modification of health behavior in patients with cardiovascular disease. Cardiac rehabilitation is considered as secondary prevention after acute coronary syndrome and improves treatment outcomes in patients with coronary heart disease. This literature review aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of cardiac rehabilitation in coronary heart disease patients. Methods: This present study was a literature review discussing cardiac rehabilitation for coronary heart disease patients. Results: The result showed that the functional capacity of the CR group was more increased compared to non-CR (p <0.001; α <0.05), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) significantly increased in the CR group (p < 0.05; α <0.05), the medical cost of CR group was lower significantly (p=0.042; α <0.05), and the risk of recurrence rate was significantly lower in CR group (p=0.004; α <0.05). Conclusions: Cardiac rehabilitation is known to increase functional capacity, increase left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), reduce medical costs, and reduce the recurrence rate of patients with CHD
