THE ROLE OF SELF-EFFICACY AND FAMILY SUPPORT IN STABILIZING BLOOD PRESSURE OF PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION
Hypertension is a health problem for the majority of people in Indonesia. The Efforts to reduce the incidence rate of hypertension and controling blood pressure by changing the healthy lifestyle and by being in taking. To realize healthy lifestyle and behavior of hypertension, self-efficacy and support of the family as well as health care cooperation with the parties, the family, and society are required. The purpose of this research to know if self-efficacy and family support stabilizing blood pressure of patients with hypertension. This research is a pre-experimental research with One-Group Pre-Post test design approach. The study was conducted in 50 people with the stratified random sampling technique in Ketawang Village, Gondang Districtor 8 weeks. Measurement of the blood pressure was the Spignomanometer merk Onemed was given before and after the patients were given counseling self-efficacy and family support. The data was analyzed SPSS 21 Wilcoxon test. The Statistical test results obtained p value 0.000 to sistole and diatole so that there is a meaningful that self-efficacy counseling and family support stabilizing blood pressure of patients hypertension. Self-efficacy counseling and family support controling blood pressure for patients with hypertension, so they needs to be developed to reduce hypertension complications
The Factors That Affect Diet Compliance in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus at Nganjuk Hospital: Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract
Patients with diabetes mellitus must follow a strict diet to control blood sugar levels to keep them within normal limits. If it is not controlled, it will cause various diseases which will be caused by visual disturbances, cataracts, heart problems, impaired kidney function, sexual impotence, difficulty in healing wounds or even rot/gangrene, lung infections, vascular disorders, and strokes. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect dietary compliance in diabetes mellitus sufferers. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This study explores the experiences of people with diabetes mellitus when they are on a diet. The participants in this study were 10 people. The technique of collecting data was by conducting in-depth interviews so that the results were 3 themes, namely lack of knowledge about diet, lack of family support, and difficulty in adhering to a diet. The importance of support and motivation from family and health workers for diabetes mellitus sufferers to always adhere to a diet to avoid various complications.

EFFECT OF HYPNOTHERAPY IN REDUCING PHOBIA SYMPTOMS
A phobia from the perspective of psychoanalysis is a traumatic experience of the past which is repressed into the unconscious. Hypnotherapy is used to help someone easily, quickly, effectively, efficiently in reaching the subconscious mind, re-educating, reducing physiological and psychological symptoms caused by phobias and giving them more control in everyday situations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of hypnotherapy in reducing phobia symptoms. This research is aresearch pre-experimental using one-group pre-post test design. Participants numbered 20 people. The sampling technique used sampling incidental. The questionnaire in this study used the Fear Questionnaire (FQ). The results showed a characteristic age of 22 years, the majority of phobias were found in 80% women and 20% men. Based on the paired sample t-test results obtained data indicate that thevalue Asymp. Sig. 0,000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant change in the decrease in phobia symptoms by 51.87% after hypnotherapy. This study concluded that hypnotherapy was effective in reducing phobia symptoms with 2 therapy sessions in 4 meetings
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE OF THE USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND THE SELF EFFICACY OF PUSKESMAS NURSES AGAINST COVID-19 MANAGEMENT
The COVID 19 pandemic is a case which continues to be felt by the community especially health workers. Data shows an increase in cases of health workers, especially nurses as the frontliner, this is due to one of them the use of protective equipment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the knowledge of the use of personal protective equipment with the Puskesmas Nurses self-efficacy on the management of COVID 19. The method used in this study was analytic descriptive with a cross-sectional approach and used 146 samples surveyed online for 1 month based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The variable knowledge of the use of personal protective equipment was measured using a questionnaire developed by researchers based on the personal protective equipment guidelines by the Covid Task Force 19, (2020); Ministry of Health, (2020), while the variable of self-efficacy uses the General Self-efficacy Scale questionnaire by Schwarzer and Jerusalem (2010). The results showed a significant relationship between the knowledge of the use of personal protective equipment with the efficacy of the Puskesmas Nurse on the management of COVID 19 p-value 0.016. OR 2,780 which means nurses who have knowledge using good personal protective equipment have an opportunity of 2,780 times to have a good self-efficacy (sure) to the management of COVID 19 compared to nurses who have less knowledge. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop human resources including nurses conducted by the government as policy makers. Through this research, the researcher proposes that further researchers can develop this research by linking other factors that can influence nurse self-efficacy
MADURA’S POSTPARTUM HERBAL MEDICINE IN THE EYES OF MOTHER IN POSTPARTUM PERIOD
Currently the development of modern medicine is happening, the people in Sumenep persist in using and consuming Jamu (Indonesian traditional herbal medicine) to prevent and to cure diseases, in the process of pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. This habit was inherited from their ancestors. This study aimed to describe views and opinions of postpartum mothers on the puerperal herbal medicine that they consumed during the postpartum period. This study design was qualitative study with a phenomenological approach with total participants were 20 postpartum mothers and their families and 2 postpartum herbal medicine makers. Data were collected by direct observation through in-depth interviews. The results showed 5 themes describing the dynamics of the Madurese traditional herbal medicine in the viewpoint of post-partum mothers, namely their reasons for consuming postpartum traditional herbal medicine, the form of the herbal traditional medicine consumed, their knowledge of postpartum herbal medicine, the benefits of postpartum traditional herbal medicine, and the mother\u27s desire to consume the puerperal herbal medicine in the future. It can be concluded that there was different viewpoint that described by postpartum women about consuming postpartum herbal medicine. THE DIFFERENCES OF PATIENT’S FAMILIES PERCEPTIONS WITH BPJS INSURANCE AND GENERAL ABOUT RESPONSE TIME NURSE’S BASED ON TRIAGE IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM
Many families of BPJS or general patients assume that the nurse\u27s response time is slow. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in family perceptions of BPJS and general patients about nurse response time based on triage in emergency room. The method in this study is quantitative descriptive with a comparative approach. The design used was cross-sectional with taking consecutive sampling techniques. The variables studied were differences in family perceptions of BPJS patients and the general about the response time of nurses based on triage in the emergency room. The results showed that the majority of patients including BPJS participants had a negative perception of 27 respondents (67.5%). And in General patients, most respondents had a positive perception of 17 respondents (42.5%). The results of the T-test obtained data p = 0.649> a = 0.05, H1 was rejected and H0 was accepted, meaning that there was no difference in family perceptions of BPJS patients and General about the response time of nurses based on triage in the emergency room. this is because the results of observations about the response time of the nurse show that the new patient is treated with the right time <5 minutes more than the slow one. This is because in the results of the questionnaire researchers have spread out, the results are more dominant with a mean value of 21.90 on the experience indicator
RATUS-V TO REDUCE ALBUS FLUORINE: ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL MEDICINE IN INDONESIA
Fluor albus is prone to occur in women of reproductive age. Ratus-V can be a non-pharmacological therapeutic choice for treating albus fluorine. They consider this treatment can prevent fluorine albus and maintain moisture in intimate areas so that the cleanliness and intimate health of the area is maintained. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Ratus-V on Fluor Albus. This research uses Pre-experimental. The research design used was the One-Group Pretest - Posttest Design, with a population of all women working in the cable assembly section at PT. SAI Ngoro Mojokerto sub-district was 180 respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling. Statistical test results value = 0,000 where value < less than 0.005 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. meaning the influence of Ratus-V on fluor albus in women who work in cable assembly at PT. SAI Ngoro Mojokerto Regency. As for the conclusion of this study, working women who have entered childbearing age who have fluor albus can use Ratus-V as a natural vaginal treatment as well as an alternative non-pharmacological drug in dealing with fluorine albus.

PARTICIPATIVE LEARNING TO IMPROVE FEMALE ADOLESCENTS’ KNOWLEDGE ON THE RISKS OF EARLY-AGE MARRIAGE
Early-age marriage is still one of the most prominent issues in female health in Indonesia. Scarce information on the risks and dangers of early-age marriage has caused many adolescents to make a rash decision to get married. This study aims to discover the effectiveness of participative learning on the risks of early-age marriage in improving female adolescents’ knowledge about the matter. This is a quantitative study in quasi-experimental design, using pretest-posttest design method, conducted at Kalijaya and Kalisari Villages, Karawang Regency, on May 2018. The sample of 80 girls from Kalijaya Village and 101 girls from Kalisari Village was selected through purposive sampling from the population of all female adolescents at those villages. Data is obtained from two sources, questionnaire (for primary data) and annual report register in local Religious Affairs Office (for secondary data). Data is analyzed using paired T-test and effect-size (ES) measurement. The results show that in Kalijaya Village, the pretest score of R=69.10, s.b=16.45 increase to a posttest score of M = 77.58, SD = 15.88, [t(80) = 6.75, p = 0.000], and the pretest score of M = 66.14, SD = 15.38 in Kalisari Village increase to a posttest score of M = 76.36, SD = 16.10 [t(101) = 7.65, p = 0.000]. The intervention of participative learning has high effectiveness (ES ≥ 0.14) in improving female adolescents’ knowledge on the dangers and risks of early-age marriage (ES = 0.37). THE ENHANCEMENT TODDLER’S APPETITE THROUGH ACUPRESSURE TUI NA: ACUPRESSURE FOR ENHANCEMENT TODDLER’S APPETITE
Difficulty consumption is the complaint of most parents when it comes to paediatricians. Difficult eating continuously results in decreased calorie intake needed so that it can affect the growth and development of children. Acupressure can be a non-pharmacological therapy choice for increasing a child\u27s appetite. Acupressure is a form of physiotherapy by providing massage and stimulation at specific points on the body.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of acupressure therapy to increase appetite in infants aged 1-5 years. In this study used pre-experimental design with one group pre post-test approach. The variables in this study were acupressure therapy and appetite. Respondents are children aged 1 to 5 years. The treatment is acupressure therapy six times (every three days). The pretest is done before acupressure therapy with weight measurement and posttest weight measurement after surgery. Paired T Test tested analysis of the two data. The results of this study indicate a T-test correlation of 0.952 with a significance value of 0,000 where α = 5% = 0.005 so that 0,000 <0.005, which means that there is an influence of Tui Na acupressure on increasing toddlers\u27 appetite based on weight gain.

THE EFFECT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ONE STUDENT ONE CLIENT (OSOC) ASSISTANCE MATERNITY SERVICE MODEL TOWARD ANXIETY AMONG PRIMIPAROUS MOTHER IN THE POST PARTUM PERIOD
Background: Labor is an event and experience in a woman\u27s life. After giving birth, a mother experiences a postpartum period or puerperal period that is a recovery period. Uncomfortable feeling can cause anxiety, especially in primiparous mothers. Therefore, not to have an impact rise in stress, even untill postpartum depression, a midwife as a spearhead of provider maternal health care must be able to reduce the anxiety which experiences of postpartum mothers, especially primiparous through assistance ‘OSOC’ methods.
Objective: To determine the effect of the application of the OSOC assistance maternity service model toward anxiety among primiparous mothers in the postpartum period at Kendal District Health Center.
Research Methods: Quantitative data analysis was used to assess the anxiety of postpartum primiparous mothers with the intervention group and the control group, a type of Quasi Experiment research with a non-equivalent control group design. The subjects of this research was divided into two groups, they were intervention groups and control groups. In the intervention group, it was given in the form of providing OSOC assistance in the postpartum period, while the control group was given conventional puerperal care. The research at Kendal District Health Center in May-October 2019.
Results: There was a significant difference between anxiety in primiparous postpartum mothers with OSOC conventional assistance, and the magnitude of the effect of mentoring pregnant women with OSOC on anxiety by 7.804.
