ABSTRACT Diabetes mellitus with diabetic ulcers can cause complications, namely susceptibility to infection, pulmonary tuberculosis, and infections of the feet. Chronic complications include diabetic feet with the risk of foot ulcers (diabetic ulcers) and resulting in amputation, these diabetic feet can develop into gangrene. This study aims to analyze the effect of wound healing on diabetic ulcer patients who are given ozone bagging therapy. The research design used a quasy-experimental design with pre-test and post-test with control group design. Population 30 respondents. The number of samples taken is 26 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet. Statistical test using Man-Whitney test with (a=0.05). This research has been carried out Ethical clearance tested by the KEPK STIKes Ngudia Husada Madura. The results showed that based on the Man-Whitney statistical test with test results (p= 0.021) < (a = 0.05). So it can be concluded that there were differences in wound healing in diabetic ulcer patients in the control group (without ozone bagging therapy) and the treatment group (with ozone bagging therapy). It is suggested that this research can be used as a reference regarding wound healing in diabetic ulcer patients who are given ozone bagging therapy and can motivate patients with diabetes mellitus in controlling blood sugar levels, as well as serve as information about one way that can be done in controlling blood sugar levels daily.   Keywords: Ozone Bagging, Diabetic Ulcer, Diabetes Mellitus, Wound Healin

Background - Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder disease characterized by hyperglycemia. DM disease control aims to reduce mortality and morbidity, prevent complications and improve the quality of life of DM patients. DM treatment is carried out in a lifetime, requires large costs, causes mild to dangerous side effects, and requires a high level of medication adherence. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct an intervention that is cheap, easy to obtain and minimal risk. Objective - To prove that the administration of saponins has an effect on reducing fasting blood sugar levels and 2 hours post prandial in patients with type 2 DM. Methods - From 37,195 journals accessed full text, 18 journals were obtained from the screening results that met the inclusion criteria for a systematic literature review with the design used in this study used a randomized control trial design, quasi-experimental, and pre-clinical trial published in the 2015-2020 range. The subject of this study is related to saponins, fasting blood glucose, 2 hours pp in patients with type 2 diabetes. Results - Giving saponins to aloe vera plants with doses in the range of 300-500 mg/day is more effective in reducing fasting blood sugar levels with p value= 0.000 and effect size 1.42 (very strong) compared to other plants. Meanwhile, the saponin content in cherry plants with a dose of 15 grams was more effective in reducing fasting blood sugar levels 2 hours post prandial in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus compared to other plants with p value= 0.000 and effect size 2.85 (very strong). Conclusion - Based on the results of the analysis of the research subjects, that the saponin intervention was very effective in reducing fasting blood sugar levels and 2 hours of PP

Stroke is a major cause of long-term disability resulting in the inability to perform daily activities (ADL). Various daily activity assessment scales have been used for stroke patients including the Barthel Index. This study aims to determine the level of dependence of stroke patients based on the Barthel index score in daily living activities. This research is a descriptive study, where the research sample is stroke patients in the working area of the Kedundung Public Health Center, Mojokerto City, totaling 60 people using a consecutive sampling technique. Data collection using the Barthel index instrument to assess the ability of ADL. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution. The results showed that most of the respondents had mild dependence, namely 78.4% and 13.3% of respondents were independent in ADL abilities. The severity of the respondent\u27s dependence on performing ADL ability also depends on the severity of stroke symptoms. Patients with mild stroke may also experience ADL dependence in daily life. Appropriate and effective evaluation of ADL in stroke patients can be used as a basis for decision-making in treatment, rehabilitation, and nursing actions

This material helps students prepare for public speaking, such as providing health education to the public. The purpose of this study was to describe the preparation of experience-based oral presentation preparation materials. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data sources in the form of a book by Gorys Keraf entitled composition published by Nusa Indah and a book by Trianto entitled Designing an innovative-progressive learning model published by Kencana Prenada Media Group. The data in this study are the words, sentences or paragraphs in the two books. The data collection technique used by researchers was document study by collecting documents related to the preparation of materials and materials for oral presentation preparation. Meanwhile, for data analysis techniques, what the researchers did were: (1) data reduction. (2) displaying data by compiling relevant data, (3) drawing conclusions to get a meaning that scattered symptoms have deep meaning. The results of this study indicate that the preparation of oral presentation preparation materials using experience-based media produces a material concept map which in its presentation can be given examples through experience-based media. The existence of making a concept map for the preparation of oral presentation material makes the flow of oral presentation preparation clear and easy to understand, that in preparation for oral presentation there are three main components that must be done, namely 1) examining the problem where this point includes determining the intent, analyzing the listener and the situation, and selecting and narrowing the topic, 2) compiling a description. This point includes gathering material, drawing up a description outline, and describing it in detail, and 3) conducting an exercise. Powerful words are the key words at this point, that the speaker\u27s knowledge of the topic and the needs of the listener, being able to position himself to be closer to the listener, speaking according to facts and speaking honestly, and having the same line of thought as the listener are components that must be mastered by the speaker. , so that the material conveyed to listeners really hits and impresses

ABSTRACT   Almost all premature babies have hyperbilirubin due to immature body organs and liver function. Breast milk nutrition, which is often found, especially colostrum, can stimulate the baby\u27s bowel movements to help the excretion process through the feces so that it will clear meconium faster, this will help remove bilirubin in the baby\u27s body. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between breastfeeding nutrition and the incidence of hyperbilirubin in premature babies in the NICU room of the Wahidin Soedirohusada Regional Hospital, Mojokerto.         This type of research is analytic with cross sectional approach. The population of all preterm infants treated in the NICU room of the Wahidin Soedirohusada Mojokerto Regional Hospital was 24 respondents with a total sample of 20 respondents with consecutive sampling. This research was started on March 10 - April 9 2019. Data collection was done by observing drinking intake and observing laboratory results, with 2 independent and dependent variables. Data analysis by editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, chi square test. Furthermore, statistically tested using the chi square test using the SPSS windows program with a significance limit (ά = 0.05) H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected if ρ <0.05.         Based on the results of the research, some respondents, namely 11 respondents (55.0%) experienced good breastfeeding nutrition and there were no hyperbilirubin 12 respondents (60%) of 20 respondents who had good breastfeeding nutrition and did not occur hyperbilirubin as many as 10 respondents (50%) with chi square test, the value of ρ is 0.008, where ρ = 0.008 <0.05, then H1 is accepted. There is a relationship between breastfeeding nutrition and the incidence of hyperbilirubin in premature babies in the NICU room of the Wahidin Soedirohusada Regional Umun Hospital, Mojokerto.         The results of the study are expected for the hospital to increase education about the benefits of breastfeeding to prevent hyperbilirubin and to hold a breastfeeding corner.       &nbsp
