The study sample numbered 23 implementing nurses and 23 nurse leaders. The results of observation of the performance of nurses before being given supervision training at the head of the nurse (70%) are sufficient and after being given good performance training (100%). The results of the analysis found a meaningful influence of peer group supervision on the performance of nurses (p = 0.00) by showing a positive pattern. The better the leadership supervises, the performance of nurses is also increasing. Efforts to improve nurse performance by improving peer group supervision in a planned and scheduled manner, continuous training on supervision, and socialization of Standard Operating Procedures to nurses

Determinants Of Fertility Stagnation In Jakarta Province (Data Analysis Of Program Performance And Accountability Survey (SKAP) 2019)
The Total Birth Rate or Total Fertility Rate (TFR) is an important and strategic indicator to determine the success of a country or the entire country in controlling its population through the Family Planning program. Efforts made by the government, especially the BKKBN in reducing the TFR in Indonesia, yielded good results with the decline in the TFR in Indonesia in 2017 to 2.4 and has not reached the target of reducing the TFR to 2.1. The impact that will occur, if this stagnation cannot be reduced is the occurrence of a population explosion and has an impact on aspects of the economy, employment, health, and other population problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the determinant variables of fertility stagnation in Jakarta. This study used a cross-sectional method with secondary data from the Program Performance and Accountability Survey (SKAP) in 2019. The most determinants to cause stagnation are age 20 and >35 years, women of childbearing age not working and age at first marriage <20 and >35 years. This shows that the problems faced are diverse. It is necessary to enhance cross-sectoral cooperation to increase family planning coverage

CULTIVATION THE PILLARS OF CHARACTER, IN EARLY CHILDHOOD IN IMPLEMENTING CLEAN AND HEALTHY BEHAVIOR PROGRAM (PHBS) AFTER ONLINE LEARNING
Clean and Healthy Behavior Program PHBS education in early childhood is very important. Children\u27s brains were growing rapidly at that time so it would be easy to obtain PHBS educational materials. However, special materials for PAUD PHBS are not yet available. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the cultivation of the pillars of discipline, independence and responsibility for early childhood on the implementation of PHBS in schools. The research method used analytic observational and cross sectional research design. The population of this study was early childhood children aged 4-6 years who were counted in Early childhood education Al Izzah Balongmojo Puri Mojokerto as many as 104 children. The sample size was calculated using the Rao soft sample size calculator. With a margin of error of 5% and a confidence interval of 95%, a sample of 83 children was obtained. Sampling by purposive sampling method. The results showed that the difference in the implementation of PHBS before and before the cultivation of the pillars of discipline, independence and responsibility was -11.986 and the probability was (p) 0.000 then p <0.05. so it can be said that the cultivation of the character pillars of discipline, independence and responsibility in early childhood affects the implementation of PHBS in school

PREVALENCE OF STUNTING EVENTS IN CHILDREN AGED 6-59 MONTHS: A METHA ANALYSYS
Stunting becomes a very serious problem because it is associated with a greater risk of pain and death, obesity, and future non-communicable diseases, short adults. Stunting is an intergenerational problem in the world. This study is a meta-analysis study and a systematic study. Researchers defined the feasibility criteria using the PICO model: the population of children is 6-59 months, intervention is non-exclusive breastfeeding, comparison is exclusive breastfeeding and outcome is stunting. The articles used were obtained from several electronic databases including PubMed, Science Direct and google Scholar. The articles used in this study are articles that have been published from 2018-2022. The process of searching for research data using the search words Exclusive breastfeeding AND Stunting AND 6-59 months AND Cross-Sectional AND Adjusted Odds Ratio Articles were collected using prisma diagrams and analyzed using the Review Manager 5.4 application. The results of the meta-analysis study in this study there are 3 articles consisting of the State of Ethiopia. Breastfeeding cannot exclusively increase the risk of stunting in children (aOR= 1.20; CI 95%= 0.49 to 2.91; I2= 89%) exclusive breastfeeding affects the incidence of stunting in children aged 6-59 months
