CORRELATION STUDY OF NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF FEMALE 16-18 YEARS OLD WITH PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME
ABSTRAK
Premenstrual Syndrome was an increase in emotional tension and it was a factor that usually starts one week to a few days before the onset of menstruation and disappears after menstruation comes, although sometimes it continued until menstruation stops. Premenstrual Syndrome was influenced by several factors, including nutritional status. From this observation, it was found that there are still many women who experience Premenstrual Syndrome (60%). This study aims to analyse the relationship between the nutritional status of female16-18 years with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome in Sooko Village - Mojokerto.
This study used observational analytical research methods. With a population of 50 and a sample of 40 respondents using simple random sampling, data obtained from young women who experienced and did not experience Premenstrual Syndrome were processed by frequency tabulation and then analysed by contingency coefficient test using SPSS.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that 23 students (57.5%) had Premenstrual Syndrome with normal nutritional status, while 11 students with underweight nutritional status, of which 9 students (27.5%) had premenstrual syndrome. Then from the results of the Contingency Coefficient Test, it is known that there is a relationship between the nutritional status of female16-18 years old with the incidence of premenstrual syndrome with a value of sig = 0.000. So it can be concluded that students who have underweight nutritional status have the most premenstrual syndrome and will reduce or disappear by improving nutritional intake in a balanced manner. Meanwhile, those who have normal nutritional status also continue to experience Premenstrual Syndrome because their age 16-18 years old is included in the age category of high risk of developing Premenstrual Syndrome.
From the results of the research above, it is expected to be able to develop conceptual insight in providing Health Education to young women so that they do not experience severe premenstrual syndrome.

THE RELATION OF LONG SUFFERING CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (CKD) AND STRESS WITH MENSTRUAL ABNORMALITIES IN HEMODIALYSIS UNIT RSUD PROF. DR. SOEKANDAR
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a long-term disease where the kidneys have decreased function. In women who experience prolonged CKD, other problems will arise, namely Menstrual abnormalities. CKD patients who have just undergone hemodialysis therapy are prone to stress, if not treated immediately it will disrupt the menstrual cycle. This research design uses correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 49 women who suffered from CKD in the hemodialysis unit of RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekandar. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique Consecutive sampling type within a period of 3 weeks. The sample in this study amounted to 43 people. The instruments used in this research are DASS questionnaire and Menstrual abnormalities checklist sheet. Data analysis using logistic regression test. The results showed that 20 respondents (46.51%) had CKD >4 years. For stress levels, it was found that 17 respondents (39.53%) were at mild stress levels. And 39 respondents (90.70%) experienced Menstrual abnormalities. The results of the logistic regression test showed that the p-value = 0.048. It can be concluded that there is a long-standing relationship between chronic kidney disease and stress with menstrual abnormalities in the hemodialysis unit of RSUD Prof. Dr. Soekandar. Women who suffer from CKD in their bodies will experience hyperprolactinemia which will disrupt the menstrual cycle. A person who has just been diagnosed with CKD is prone to stress, which stress will stimulate the release of Corticotropic Releasing Hormone (CRH). Hyperprolactinemia and CRH can affect the performance of Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) which lead to menstrual abnormalities

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TRI CORE BREASTFEEDING MODELS ON MOTHER’S SATISFACTION IN BREASTFEEDING
The low rates of exclusive breastfeeding have effected the growth and the development of children. Some efforts to improve the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding have been conducted, like an education about breastfeeding, facilitating early breastfeeding initiation and providing motivation to mothers. These elements contain a form of health promotion care model called the Tri Core Breastfeeding Models. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Tri Core Breastfeeding Models on breastfeeding mothers\u27 satisfaction. This research was conducted in the working area of the Sidomulyo Health Center in Pekanbaru City in August 2019 to April 2020. This research is Pre-experimental Design. The population in this study was all third trimester pregnant women. The sample of 20 pregnant women was taken by consecutive sampling technique with 10 pregnant women in the intervention and 10 pregnant women for control. The Maternal Breastfeeding Evaluation Scale (MBFES) questionnaire was used to collect the data. The Mann Whitney Test with a significance level of 95% was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the average satisfaction of breastfeeding mothers in the intervention group was 134.80 (SD: 3.190) and the control group 119.10 (SD: 14.317), and it is found that there is a difference in breastfeeding satisfaction among mothers in the intervention group and the control group (p = 0.019). Finally, it is recommended that Tri Core Breastfeeding Models can be applied in providing midwifery care in the to support the success of exclusive breastfeedin
