A Study on Self-improvements of School Teachers in Better Counselling Activities for the Students
Get PDFある学校教師は,カウンセリングマインドについて,戸惑いを持っています。それは学習指導・生徒指導・クラブ指導で忙しく,カウンセリングマインドで生徒や親に応対する時間がないという訴えです。生徒を甘やかすと統制が取れないという意見もあります。又カタカナ英語では,しっくりと来ないという意見が出ています。私は日常気軽にカウンセリングマインドを行動で示せる方法を開発しています。生徒理解には,「生徒との協力」を進めることによって,不信感や対立感,指示的命令的,強制的な行動を回避しつつ,共生の立場から「友好的な関係」の樹立をまず第1義にして行動すれば,可能だと考えます。感情対立をさけ友好的対応を優先しからだと心の交流を優先します。そして,子どもの「人になる」成長と発達を現代風に促進するため,どうしても「カウンセリングマインド」を身体に感じて,家庭でも学校でもどこでも,行動で対応し言葉で2倍は応答する必要があります。警察でも病院でも,市役所でも,県庁でも同じ状況が出ています。「大人は自分の思いを相手のこどもの中に押し込める」のではなくて,こどもを互いに1人の人格を待ち,権利と義務を持ち,責任をもって生きている尊敬すべき人として応対するのです。次の世代の良き「後継ぎ」として成長するには,大人がまずカウンセリングマインドを持たないと,子どもは良好な感情や精神が持てないのが人の常,特に現代社会といえるのです。Some school teachers are puzzled when they heard a word of "Counselling Mind." They always complain that they are busy in teaching so that they can't spend their times counselling the students or their parents. There is a saying: "Spare the rod and spoil the child." I have developed the way to use "Counselling Mind" for the students easily in daily life. By establishing the methods for "Cooperating with the Students," we'll be able to prevent the distrusts and conflicts between the students and teachers. We must avoid ordering or forcing the students to do something. Thus, establishing the friendly relations between the students and teachers by thoroughly communicating with each other are the most important and helpful activity for the teachers to use their "Counselling Mind"for the students. To bring up the children to the sound adults, even at home, at school, and wherever they are, we should use the "Counselling Mind" for taking care of them. To apply this "Counselling Mind" we aiso need to visit police offices, hospitals, city halls, and even government offices. "Counselling Mind" is the concept that we must respect the children as the independent human beings with their own wills, thoughts, personalities, and the rights and duties to live together with us. Survey on the PPK Campain in Nagano Prefecture
Get PDFMost of the senior citizens hope to be getting old healthily and die naturally without any pains. All aged persons wish this not only in Japan, but all over the world. These wishes are not for them personally but for the societies, because to be getting old healthily can reduce the medical expenditures for them, the burdens of the people taking care of their daily lives, and number of the female workers leaving or giving up their own jobs for taking care of the senior citizens. In this survey, I wanted to get the information about "PPK Campaign" in detail in Nagano Pref. Before doing this survey, I questioned myself why there had been so different regions where for many healthy aged lived and worked after their retirements, and on the other hand, regions where few healthy aged lived and worked, in this country. At that time, I got the information about PPK campaign titled "Looking for Healthy Japan 21", under which the community drived the campaign for the public health program, many healthy senior citizens lived and worked even in agriculture, and young volunteers regionally support them to enjoy their healthy and indispensable daily lives. I visited Chino-shi, and Ooshika-mura in Nagano Pref. for surveying the real lives of the aged. Studies on the Students' Subjective Symptoms of Fatigues in Their Practices for Food Service Management in the College
Get PDF本学食物栄養専攻生(36名)を対象に給食管理学内実習における疲労の自覚症状についての調査を行い,次のような結果を得た。1)試作・大量調理の実習における疲労の自覚症状の訴えは実習前後ともに身体的症状の「ねむい」が一番高く,次いで「横になりたい」であった。2)試作よりも大量調理の方が身体的症状及び神経的症状の訴えが高くなった。3)アルバイトの有無に関わらず身体的症状を訴える者が多くなった。4)睡眠時間8時間以上の者の方が高い値で訴える項目が多くなった。We surveyed the students' subjective symptoms of fatigues in their practices for Food Service Management in the college. The students were majoring in Food & Nutrition study. The practice consisted of two cookings, one for sample dishes and other for the catering. The findings were as follows; 1) Their subjective symptoms of fatigues were mostly "sleepy", and "want to lie" followed, after their practices both for cooking sample dishes and for cooking the catering. 2) Their subjective symptoms of fatigues were higher in the practice for the catering than in the practice for cooking for sample dishes. 3) Number of the students appealing their subjective symptoms of fatigues had increased, in spite of whether their having the part-time jobs or not. 4) The students with more than 8 hours sleeps appealed their subjective symptoms of fatigues more frequently than the students with less than 8 hours sleeps.8KJ00005175505journal articl
