Structural research on the training system for recreation leaders : Mainly focusing on "Discourse" over leisure and recreation
Get PDFThis text intends to provide reviews mainly on aspect of ideas that supports Recreation training system in a word, "Discourse". In regard with the review on the structural aspect, our consideration was developed along with two axes of (1) "Operational system" and "System to promote mutual friendship and amicability (Convivial system)" as well as (2) leisure recreation as industry and that as vernacular activity by quoting and developing the concept of Ivan Illich. A study of the revision of Chinese corporate law : It centers on consideration especially about the Sole Proprietorship Enterprise Law
Get PDFAs we know, in order to promote economic development in China, law revision has been performed since 1980. Development of a private company or a private management sector has been remarkable for the first time in the revision since then. However, legislation concerning this was not done, and it was not necessarily protected the individual manager and the corporate main private enterprise in the legislation degree. The Sole Proprietorship Enterprise Law was approved as the measure on August 30, 1999. Thereby, it has been observed both at home and abroad as a concrete law about a private company for the first time in China. It is the one that non-public-owned system economy as an international rule of not providing the amount of the minimum of the capital was adopted, and the protection of the profit of the private. enterprise and the individual management body, etc. was admitted. On the Use of Benefit the Construction「o～suru」
Get PDF「お+動詞連用形+する」について,先行研究では授益,或いは受益があるとされてきた.本稿はその制約条件を再検討した上,「お～する」という表現形式とその動詞を分けて考察した.その結果,「お～する」は動作の及ぶ相手に敬意を表する機能のみあり,利益性の有無はその動詞の利益性の有無によることがわかり,謙譲表現「お～する」表現形式に利益性がないことが明らかになった.また,授受表現には丁寧度の異なる敬語表現も同時に備わっているため,動作の及ぶ相手だけでなく,第三者に利益もマイナス利益も向けていくことができる.授受表現と謙譲表現とのそれぞれの特微から見ても「お～する」表現形式に利益性がないことが明らかである.7KJ00004167080研究論文Research Paperjournal articl
