Get PDF2010年に続き、専門科目のレポート作成を支援する日本語科目を2科目に拡充し、11科目の専門科目の協賛を得て開設した。2010年度に問題となった、学習者の資料読解力とレポート内容の不足に対応するため、教室活動にピア・ラーニングを取り入れた。その結果、学習者の文章の質が向上し、添削による個人指導に比べて、学習者個々人の持つレポート作成スキルを向上させることができた。しかし、専門教員からは、2010年度と同様に、形式は整っていても内容が不十分であるという問題が提起された。今後、日本語科目における学習項目と教室活動について専門教員の理解を求め、日本語科目と専門科目において、レポート作成に関する学習項目を共有することを含めた協力体制の形成が望まれる。9KJ00007773180研究ノートResearch Notejournal articl

Get PDF本学食物栄養学専攻1年生が給食管理実習に入る前にたてた献立と、献立作成に関連する行 動・意識についてのアンケートから、学生の献立作成能力について検討を行った。結果を以下 に示す。1)学生の献立はエネルギー量が基準量よりも高くなる傾向であった。2)日本料理は西洋料理と中国料理に比べてエネルギー量が低かった。3)学生は料理や食べることは好きであるが、食事バランスには気を配っていなかった。4)献立作成能力を向上させるポイントは料理を好きになることであった。We investigated situation of the menu planning ability with food action and food consciousness in junior college students. This investigation was conducted before food service management practice.A result is shown below.1)The student's menu is the tendency for an amount of energy to be higher than a standard.2)Japanese food has a low amount of energy compared with Chinese food and European food.3)Although students liked cooking and eating, the students were not careful about meal balance.4)The point which raises menu planning ability is taking to cooking.15KJ00007772680論文journal articl

The students expressed highly positive impressions ofJapanese life, culture and people in spite of their anti-Japan ideology, but think Japanese leadership in the world is weak. On the other hand, their impressions of Chinese leadership are strong, while they place low value on South Korea. Continuance and Transformation of Meals of Traditional Event in Fishing Community
Get PDF今回の調査によって、奈屋浦において現在でも精霊棚(餓鬼棚)の慣習が残っていることが確認され、さらに供えられる料理や食物の内容の詳細を明らかにすることができた。奈屋浦で精霊棚(餓鬼棚)の伝統的な姿が残ったのは、次に示す3点に下支えされていることが要因であると考える。1)集落人口が維持されたこと(伝統を継承する若年層が一定数確保された)2)生業構造(漁業人口)が維持されたこと(類似した生活構造にある人々が多い)3)地域住民のつながりが深いこと(精霊棚に供える野菜などを分け合ってまかなっている)This paper examines continuance and transformation of meals of traditional event in fishing community. Specially, it investigates how Gakidana, special meal for the spirits of ancestors in Bon period, has been changed and maintained in Nayaura, a fishing village located in southern Mie prefecture. By meticulous research into traditional meals and literature study on socioeconomic background of this village, the study reveals three factors that have maintained the custom of traditional meals:1) Maintenance of population supported by economic development has produced flame keepers.2) Maintenance of population of fishery industry has given inhabitants similar life structure.3) Close relationship among inhabitants results in sharing ingredients for traditional meals.14KJ00007772659論文journal articl

An introduction to Seki town history and the role it has so profoundly played in Japan'sown long and vibrant development is also ripe for a new discovery. The aforementioned rites of summertime would not have been lifted to such artistic and spiritual heights if it were not for the underlying transcendence of Seki.
