TINJAUAN TEORITIS TENTANG PENGEMBANGAN PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT KNOWLEDGE GURU MELALUI LESSON STUDY
Menjadi guru berarti menjalankan tanggung jawab sebagai guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Pedagogical Conten Knowledge (PCK) merupakan salah satu jenis pengetahuan yang penting bagi guru dalam mengajar agar materi yang disampaikan dapat dengan mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Lesson study merupkan program pembinaan profesi pendidik secara berkelanjutan agar terjadi peningkatan keprofesionalan pendidik melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secara terus menerus, berkala dan berkolaborasi. Langkah-langkah pengembangan PCK guru melalui lesson study yaitu mengintegrasikan komponen-komponen PCK pada setiap tahapan lesson study, yaitu: (1) tahap perencanaan (plan), secara kolaboratif, dosen merencanakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada mahasiswa berbasis permasalahan di kelas, (2) tahap pelaksanaan (do), seorang dosen atau guru melaksanakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, sementara dosen/guru lain mengobservasi aktivitas belajar peserta didik, (3) refleksi (see), dengan prinsip kolegialitas, secara kolaboratif merefleksikan keefektifan pembelajaran dan saling belajar.

APPLICATION METHODS FOR CONVENTIONAL AND MODERN DEVELOPMENT OF ONION (ALLIUM CEPA L.) IN ABIOTIC STRESSES
Onion is one of the featured vegetable crops that can not be substituted to function and contribute considerably against the economic development of the region. These commodities include annuals but the need for onion every year has increased. Thus, done the researchaim to obtain crops of onion (Allium cepa L.) high producing through conventional techniques, and obtain clones of onion (Allium cepa L.) that is capable of producing and productivity both on salinity and drought condition through plant tissue culture (modern). This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden and Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Cokroaminoto Palopo University. Each of these methods using three-factor factorial design in a randomized block design. Development of onion on abiotic stresses done using conventional methods and modern. One of the increase in crop production is done through the implementation of cultivation techniques is the use of organic fertilizers can be derived from the dregs of sago and palm bunches that can improve the physical and biological properties of the soil. While through tissue culture techniques can improve the genetic diversity through somaclonal variant induction. Somaclonal variation proved able to acquire the plant variants with specific characteristics. Through this modern technique can be selected using selective media is NaCl and PEG 6000 to identify variants somaklonal tolerant to salinity and drought and to develop cultivars tolerant of abiotic stress conditions
PRODUCTION OF BIOETHANOL FROM SARGASSUM CRASSIFOLIUM USING SELLULASE ENZYMES FROM TRICHODERMA RESEEI AND ASPERGILLUS NIGER
Indonesia has the potential as the world's largest bioethanol producer. The efforts to produce bioethanol using non-crop raw material are recently developed. Sargassum crassifolium is a promising raw material for biofuel production since containing a high concentration of polysaccharides. The purpose of this study to determine Sargassum crassifolium bioethanol production by using enzymes from Trichoderma reesai and Aspergillus niger. Pre-treatment of Sargassum crassifolium at working pressure of 15 Psi, temperature of 121 0 C and sulphuric acid concentration of 0.2 M increased the reducing sugars concentration up to 0,000558 mg/L. The application of cellulase enzymes from Trichoderma reesai and Aspergillus niger (3:1) helped increasing the reducing sugars concentration up to 1031,67 mg/L Fermentation using a naturally yeast, Saccharomyces cereviceae (JCM 3012) (0.15 g/mL), produced bioethanol up to 0,727 % during fermentation that assisted the degradation of Sargassum crassifolium
THE USE OF HYPNOTIC LANGUAGE PATTERNS IN ENGLISH CLASSROOM
The objectives of this research were to find out: (i)The types of Hypnotic Language Patterns used by the teachers in English classroom, (ii)The reasons of teachers for using Hypnotic Language Patterns in English classroom, and (iii)The students’ perceptions toward Hypnotic Language Patterns used by the teachers in English classroom.This research was qualitative research and it applied purposive sampling technique. The participants were 2 English teachers and the students of SMP Negeri 6 Makassar. The instruments of the research were observation and interview. Then the data collected were transcribed to analyze by using Miles and Huberman model. The researcher also conducted interview to the teachers and the students to gain the relevant data.The results of the research are: (i)There are 27 Hypnotic Language Patterns used by the English teachers in English classroom, (ii)The teachers tend to use Hypnotic Language Patterns in English classroom because they can be used as a technique to explain English material, to motivate the students to study, to encourage the students to pay attention, to create a comfortable and enjoyable state in order to get the students’ attention, and to involve them in teaching and learning process, and (iii)The students perceive that Hypnotic Language Patterns are very useful in teaching and learning process in English classroom because by using Hypnotic Language Patterns, the teachers could organize and build up communication with students as well as make their students motivated, enjoyable and comfortable. So, the students paid more attention to the material explained by the teachers during teaching and learning process
ANALYSIS OF ELECTRICITY ENERGY POTENTIAL OF TABANG RIVER, SAWITTO VILLAGE, BUANGIN DISTRICT, ENREKANG REGENCY
The objective of the research was to determine the average of flow rapidity, flow rate of water, cross-sectional area of the river, as well as electricity energy potential of Tabang River, located in Nating, Sawitto Village, Buangin District, Enrekang. Sawitto Village, Buangin District has a mountainous topography and has many great potential energy sources for electricity generator. By considering the resources potential for electrical generator, it needs one study about flow potential of river water that can be used for electricity power and planning of electricity generator system to make the production of electricity energy maximum. Based on the result of data analysis, it found that electricity Energy potential of Tabang River flow was 2,07 MW. Then, the generator eficiency was 2029,805 KW or 2,02 MW, and the turbine eficiency was 93% and the turbine energy output was 1926,243 KW or 1,92 MW
TEACHING WRITING THROUGH LESSON STUDY AT THE SIXTH SEMESTER STUDENTS OF PALOPO COKROAMINOTO UNIVERSITY
This research deals with the effective way to apply lesson study effectively in teaching writing at the sixth semester students of Palopo Cokroaminoto University. This research applied Classroom Action Research method by using four stages, such as planning, action, observation, and reflection.The population of this research was the sixth semester students of English Language Education Study Program in CokroaminotoPalopo University in academic year 2016. The total number of population was 15 students. The researcher applied the purposive sampling technique. The instrument is writing test and observation.In collecting the data, the researcher has done three cycles. Every cycle comprises four steps, namely planning, acting, observation and reflection. Based on the findings and discussion in the previous chapter, the researcher concludes that applying lesson study is effective in teaching writing at the sixth semester students of CokroaminotoPalopo University. It can be proven by students’ mean score in the first cycle 43, in the second cycle 60 and improve became 79 in the third cycle
THE PROSPECT OF SAGO AGROPOLITAN AREA IN WEST MALANGKE DISTRICT NORTH LUWU REGENCY
This study aims to know: 1) the supporting factors to establish agropolitan area in District of West Malangke North Luwu Regency; (2) planning of program to form agropolitan area in West Malangke. This research was conducted in District of West Malangke North Luwu Regency. This research carried out qualitative methodology through study literature and data analysis. The data collection technique was performed by several method including interviews, direct observation in the field and data tracking secondary. The sample was collected done with simple random sampling. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research results showed that the supporting factors to establish an agropolitan area in District of West Malangke including: sago as a competitive commodity in West Malangke, local government policy related to agropolitan area, transportation system, economic factors, cultural factors, and institutional agribusiness. As for planning programs to form agropolitan area, including: (1) the concept agropolitan sago socialization, (2) an assessment about the rules or regulations relating to utilizing land for agropolitan area, (3) Study about the need of facilities and infrastructures that supporting the area of agropolitan. THE EFFECT OF QUALITY SYSTEM AND QUALITY INFORMATION TOWARD USER SATISFACTION AND IMPACT OF INDIVIDUAL: PERSPECTIVE OF SUCCESS MODEL DELONE & MCLEAN (EMPIRICAL STUDY OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS PALOPO CITY GOVERNMENT)
The implementation of system within government organization to support information needed by all management level in order to make decision. The point of a tool used to achieve government goal in giving financial information as a part of the management information system of local government, so in this research focus on the role of Regional Information System toward government organization how the SI success is applied in practice. This study aims to evaluate whether the SI was successful and have a positive impact toward user satisfaction and impact on individual by using model of DeLone and McLean (1992). This research use path analysis form. By the sampling method is purposive random sampling is a sampling method based on the certain criteria. While in testing validity and reliability on the result of preliminary testing, is conducted by PLS 4.0 program. The result shows that of the five hypotheses which are built in this research there are four hypotheses that can be accepted: (1) Quality of system significance has positive effect toward user satisfaction. (2) Information quality has significant effect on user satisfaction; (3) Information quality has effect directly and indirectly in positive significantly on impact individual; (4) User satisfaction has significant positive effect toward impact individual. While one of hypothesis is rejected namely the quality of system has effect not significant directly or indirectly on impact individual. The quality of system, by the employees does not give motivation effect because they more focus on quality information is produced regardless the form of quality of the existing system
EFFECT OF PLANT GROWTH PROMOTING RHIZOBACTERIA (PGPR) AND LIQUID ORGANIC FERTILIZER ON GROWTH OF SPINACH (AMARANTHUS SPP.) AND CHILI (CAPSICUM ANNUUM) ON VEGETATIVE PHASE
Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobateria (PGPR) and liquid organic fertilizer is one of alternative replacement for synthetic fertilizer in improving plant growth. This research were aimed to determine the influence of PGPR and liquid organic fertilizer on growth of spinach and chili on vegetative phase. The reasearch were done in Maros Sulawesi Selatan. Data of number of leaf, leaf area and palnt height were collected. Data were analyzed by using analysis of variance according to Randomized Block Design when three was difference among the treatment, it was continued with Least Significant Difference (p≤0.05) (BNT) signification level. This reseaarch with 4 treatments, P1= PGPR 500cc/10 liters and liquid organic fertilizer 500 cc/10 liters, P2= PGPR 500cc/10 liters, P3= liquid organic fertilizer 500 cc/10 liters and P4= without treatment. Observation at 7 HST, 14 HST and 21 HST. The result showed P1 (PGPR 500cc/10 liters and liquid organic fertilizer 500 cc/10 liters) was the treatment to plant height, number of leaf and leaf area on spinach. On chili P2 (PGPR 500cc/10 liters ) was the best treatment
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dalam Pembelajaran Biologi di SMA
Penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan Postest Only Non-equivalent Control Grup Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X semester genap SMA Negeri 1 Watansoppeng tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini digunakan kelompok eksperimen berupa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kelompok kontrol berupa model pembelajaran langsung. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar yang berbentuk uraian dan untuk mengukur keterampilan metakognitif menggunakan rubrik MSI (Metacognitive Skill Inventori) yang diintegrasikan dengan tes hasil belajar. Pengujian hipotesis digunakan statistik parametrik dengan menggunakan analisis manova satu jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (i) Hasil belajar siswa yang diajar melalui model pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang berada pda kategori cukup sebesar 6,6%, kategori baik 86,8% dan kategori amat baik 6,6%. Sedangakan melalui model pembelajaran langsung yang berada pada kategori sedang 6,6%, kategori cukup 83,4% dan kategori baik 10%; (ii) Ada perbedaan hasil belajar biologi siswa yang diajar melalui model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran langsung. Hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran langsung
