No full textMany students from the Salafiyah Islamic boarding school cannot continue their education to a higher level because of constraints in formal diplomas. Basic education program is one of the programs of the Ministry of Religion to overcome this. However, in its implementation it depends on the pesantren\u27s own stakeholders, such as the role of the pesantren caregivers, pesantren head and pesantren instructors. Like in PP. Darutta\u27lim Wadda\u27wah Malang, which is one of the pesantren in Malang that has implemented a fair education program. In this case, the role of the head of the pesantren is very influential. Therefore, researchers are interested in carrying out research related to how the leadership of the pesantren head in implementing the fair education program. The focus of this research is about (1) How is the leadership of the pesantren head (2) how is the implementation of this program and also (3) what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the program.The results of this study found that (1) Leadership characteristics of Darutta\u27lim Wadda\u27wah Islamic boarding school leadership in the implementation of the Elementary Education Program included in a democratic leadership style, including: Prioritizing deliberation in decision making, involving pesantren stakeholders in making policy, and providing opportunities to all pesantren stakeholders to give their opinions for the achievement of the success of the Elementary Education Program at the Darutta\u27lim Wadda\u27wah boarding school. (2) Implementation of the Basic Education Fair Program in PP. Darutta\u27lim Wadda\u27wah started with the socialization of the Ministry of Education, after the socialization activities, the City Ministry of Education also provided guidance to pesantren who wanted to implement the Elementary Education Program in their pesantren. Guidance includes how the licensing process to how the evaluation later. (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of the Basic Education Program at the Darutta\u27lim Wadda\u27wah boarding school include: the support of pesantren caregivers, the availability of educational infrastructure, experienced teaching staff, and the availability of supporting books. While the inhibiting factors include: the lack of time for learning activities, the tutor has not been able to get an educator certificate, the problem of funding, although getting assistance from BOS funds, the size depends on the number of students, learning facilities are still lacking, and limited teaching time for teachers
STRATEGIC QUALITY PLANNING DALAM MEMBANGUN MADRASAH UNGGUL

The study is based on experience and analysis of various sources and expectations for building exellent Islamic Schools (madrasah). Some steps in strategic quality planning in an effort to build exellent madrasah are conceptualized into 7 steps : 1). Formulate the vision, mission, values, goals and exellent programs with consideration not to get out of the corridor of national education goals and the peculiarities of the madrasah; 2). Analyze the madrasa market by considering location, needs, and carrying capacity; 3). The need for a SWOT analysis that can be divided into internal and external analysis and important success factors contained in the vision and mission statement, 4). Short-term detailed planning through the Annual Work Plan, 5). Following the standard determined; 6). Quality costs related to the creation, identification, repair and removal of damage; and 7). supervision and evaluation to what extent the institution is able to achieve its mission and strategic goals. Tulisan ini merupakan refleksi penulis dalam mengelola dan mengembangkan madrasah. Kajian didasarkan pada pengalaman dan analisis berbagai sumber serta harapan-harapan untuk membangun madrasah unggul. Beberapa langkah dalam strategic quality planning dalam upaya membangun madrasah unggul terkonsepkan kedalam 7 langkah, yaitu: 1). Merumuskan visi, misi, nilai-nilai, tujuan dan program unggulan dengan pertimbangan tidak keluar dari koridor tujuan pendidikan Nasional serta kekhasan madrasah; 2). Analisa pasar madrasah dengan mempertimbangkan lokasi, kebutuhan, dan daya dukung; 3). Perlunya analisa SWOT yang dapat dibagi ke dalam analisa internal dan eksternal serta faktor penting sukses yang tertuang dalam statemen visi dan misinya, 4). Perencanaan detail jangka pendek melalui Rencana Kerja Tahunan, 5). Mengikuti standar yang ditetapkan; 6). Biaya mutu terkait dengan penciptaan, pengidentifikasian, perbaikan dan pencagahan kerusakan; serta 7). pengawasan dan evaluasi sejauh mana institusi mampu mencapai misi dan tujuan strategisnya

Hasil temuan penelitian dari sejarah pendidikan di Malaysia; Pertama, Malaysia yang dikenal sebagai sistem kerajaan, dan raja yang pertama menganut agama Islam sehingga mempengaruhi pendidikan bagi rakyatnya. Kedua, sejak kaum penjajah yang datang di Malaysia, maka sistem pendidikan mengalami dualisme, antara sistem pendidikan Ulama dan sistem pendidikan ala barat yang dibawa oleh kaum penjajah, yang mana peran penting dari kaum penjajah tersebut adalah Inggris. The development of entrepreneurship at the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school is an actualization of the role of the Islamic boarding school as an independent institution and a printer of superior human resources. The issue that will be examined is how the management of entrepreneurship development in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school in Malang, as well as several supporting and inhibiting factors in entrepreneurship development in the Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school.This research is a case study with qualitative descriptive research. Data obtained from research subjects such as caregivers, business unit heads, board administrators and students managing business units Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data condensation, data presentation and then drawing conclusions by paying attention to findings in the field with theory.Based on the research that has been done, the results show that, first, entrepreneurial development management in Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school through four management functions (1) Development planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation, and (4) Supervision. Second, supporting factors for entrepreneurship development at Bahrul Maghfiroh Islamic boarding school are (1) caregiver support, (2) entrepreneurship curriculum, (3) assistance from academics, and (5) adequate infrastructure. PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS ICT MENGGUNAKAN MACROMEDIA FLASH PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA MI/SD
Get PDFThe purpose of this reseach to describe the process of planning or designing, the level of practicality, and the effectiveness of applying ICT-based learning media using Macromedia Flash in class science subjects IV SD / MI. The method used in this study is research and development (R & D) using a four-dimensional model (4-D) including the definition, design, development and dissemination stages. Data collection methods using interviews, observations, expert validation questionnaires and respondents\u27 questionnaires, as well as tests of learning outcomes. Data analysis in this study uses percentage analysis. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The design or design of the media includes the cover page, media, program, material (text, videos, exercises) and tests. (2) The level of practical application very practical average with a total average score of 87.5 on the response of teachers and learners answers obtained Total score 154 with a total average of 90.58 classified as very practical. (3) Effective use of the media is very effective in achieving student learning outcomes. The results of votes accumulated three cognitive, emotional and psychomotor aspects obtained the number of 1423 and an average of 83.70 with both categories.
