HARD SKILLS DAN SOFT SKILLS: APA MEMBANGUN INOVASI GURU SEKOLAH ISLAM?
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh hard skills dan soft skills terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru sekolah Islam di Jakarta dan Tangerang yang dimediasi oleh organizational culture. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana melalui elektronik ke populasi guru di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 667 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hard skills dan soft skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi organizational culture. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kemampuan inovasi guru sekolah Islam di antara para guru di Jakarta dan Tangerang melalui peningkatan hard skills dan soft skills dengan organizational culture sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era pendidikan 4.0

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan manajemen implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Madrasah Aliyah (penelitian di Madrasah Aliyah Integratif NU Al-Hikmah di Kabupaten Malang). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data dan penyajian data. Di Madrasah Aliyah Integratif NU Al-Hikmah di Kabupaten Malang, peneliti menemukan beberapa fakta tentang kegiatan implementasi kurikulum 2013, yaitu kurikulum 2013 yang menjadi kurikulum inti dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di madrasah tersebut dipadukan dengan kurikulum untuk memperkuat segi keagamaan siswa yang menjadi ciri khas pendidikan Islam yang ada di Indonesia. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research on classroom action research (CAR). The results of this study are the Scramble Learning model in the Al-Qur\u27an-Hadith which has an influence in improving the competence in reading short surah choices after applying the Scramble model proven research results show that the level of competence in reciting and reading Al-Quran verses in subjects Al-Qur\u27an Hadith cycle I reached 91.3% enough category and cycle II there was an increase in achieving Al-Quran reading with Al-Qur\u27an Hadith students obtained 91.5% very good category

Get PDFCultivating character values in early childhood is very important. This will be the basis for future children\u27s character orders. The inculcation of Islamic character values is not only done through theory, but also requires practical control. The method used to instill Islamic character values is telling stories. The storytelling method is a method that tells orally about the history of Islam, the story of prophets, messengers, and friends. The purpose of applying this storytelling method is to introduce, immerse, and make eating habits based on religious and moral characteristics. This research is a literature review, where researchers collect primary and secondary data in the form of journals which are then analyzed. The results showed that the storytelling method for instilling character values in early childhood is the right method. Because with the storytelling method children are more interested, can learn various Islamic characters such as being honest, creative, peace-loving, sincere, patient, independent, getting to know their God better, and knowing the obligations they have to do. The teacher\u27s role to develop in storytelling is to become a leader, more inviting, facilitating, guiding, teaching, being a motivator for early childhood to understand good and bad morally and see the content of religious teachings on children\u27s growth and faith

The results in this study that the element of Sense of Humor is owned by KH Hasyim Muzadi during the lecture, the aspect of Sense of Humor used dominantly on the aspect of innuendo or criticism and aspects of a funny story. Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan Model SERVQUAL dan IPA (Important Performance Analysis) pada Jurusan Tarbiyah STAIN Gajah Putih. Dimensi pelayanan yang digunakan yaitu : Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dengan Model Sequential Explanatory, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1576 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 94 mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat tiga atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori yang harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, sembilan atribut layanan yang berkategori layanan yang baik tetapi mempunyai tingkat prioritas yang rendah, sepuluh atribut layanan yang berkategori atribut layanan yang mempunyai harapan dan persepsi yang rendah serta empat atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori kinerja yang baik dan telah melampui harapan dari para mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, SERVQUAThis study examines the quality of service using the SERVQUAL and IPA Models (Important Performance Analysis) at the STAIN Gajah Putih Tarbiyah Department. The dimensions of the services used are: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The research approach used was Mix Method with Model Sequential Explanatory, the number of population in this study amounted to 1576 students with sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling using Slovin Formula with a total sample of 94 students. The data used are primary data using a Likert Scale. Based on the results of the study there are three service attributes that have special attention categories, nine service categories that are categorized as good but have a low priority level, ten service attribute categories that have low expectations and perceptions and four service attributes has a good performance category and has exceeded the expectations of the students.Keywords : Service Quality, SERVQUAL And IP
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN DI MADRASAH MU’ALLIMIN MU’ALLIMAT PONDOK PESANTREN SUNAN DRAJAT LAMONGAN
Get PDFAbstract :Leadership plays a very important role in the overall effort to improve work performance. In this study raises a problem that occurs, namely how much influence the leadership on employee performance at the Mu\u27allimin Mu’allimat Madrasah Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School? From the problems raised, we aim to measure. We want to measure how much influence leadership has on employee performance at the Mu\u27allimin Mu’allimat Madrasah Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. This research is a type of survey research on all employees and teachers who work in the Mu\u27allimin Mu’alimat Madrasa Sunan Drajat Banjarwati, amounting to 45 people. The results of the analysis show a correlation (R) of 0.448 with an opportunity for error (p) of 0,000. while the effective contribution of leadership to work performance can be seen from the Determination coefficient (R2) of 0.201, which means that the contribution of leadership variables to work performance is only 20.1%, the remaining 79.9% indicates the possibility of other factors that affect the work performance of your Madrasah employees\u27 allimin Mu\u27alimat Sunan Drajat Abstrak: Kepemimpinan memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam keseluruhan upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Pada penelitian ini memunculkan suatu permasalahan  yang terjadi yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan ?. Dari permasalahan yang diajukan  maka kami bertujuan ingin mengukur Kami ingin mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey  terhadap semua karyawan dan guru yang bekerja di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’alimat Sunan Drajat Banjarwati yaitu berjumlah 45 orang.. Hasil analisis menunjukkan korelasi (R) sebesar 0.448 dengan peluang galat (p) sebesar 0,000. sedangkan sumbangan efektif kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja dapat dilihat dari koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.201 yang berarti sumbangan variabel kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja hanya sebesar 20,1 % selebihnya 79,9 % mengindikasikan adanya kemungkinan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja pada karyawan Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’alimat Sunan Draja
